The next few days went by so fast, between everything we needed to do with the wedding and the fact that Romeo send me for every treatment there was under the sun I couldn’t believe our wedding day has finally arrived. My arm looked so much better, better than I thought it would look, they treated me everyday with exfoliating my arm and self-tanning lotion. Everything you could think of, I went for, so many massages I was supposed to feel relaxed but today is our wedding day and I was so nervous I didn’t know what do to with myself. I started to think maybe I should ask Eva if she had something like a tablet, I could drink just to calm my nerves but on the other hand I wanted to be lucid and know what was going on around me at all times I didn’t wanted to be in lala land the whole day. Eventually Eva got to the spare room when she took a look at me, she asked “Are you okay Jenn?” “No, I’m so nervous it feels like I want to puke.” “Why? You scared you are making a mistake? Is there something wrong with the décor or something with the wedding?” “No and God no I’m very sure of Romeo in fact I’ve never been so sure in my life of anything and it looks like a fairytale out there you did everything absolutely right in fact it looks better than I’ve ever thought.” “Then what is wrong?” “My dad I’m afraid he does something stupid.” “I’m sure he won’t try to do anything not with Mr. Bianchi.” “For some reason he pushes Romeo as far as he can.” “Is there anything I can do to help you relax, I mean it is your wedding day and we want you to enjoy it.” “I don’t know can you perhaps just have a look where he is and what his doing.” “Okay but why do you think something will happen?” “His just, my dad is unhitched at the moment and I think if I tell him his not walking me down the aisle his going to go bat shit crazy.” “You haven’t told him yet?” “No, I’m too afraid to.” “Jenn you need to tell him before you get dressed.” “Will you go call him for me I’m afraid I’ll Walk into Romeo.” “Off course I will.”
Eva
It was the day of my bosses wedding and my friend Jenn; I mean Jenn and I got close the last few days she even invited me to some of the treatments she was getting at the best spa in Las Vegas but unfortunately, I couldn’t go but as I was standing here in front of her, I realized I should have made a plan. She was a nervous wreck and that just because she was afraid of her dad. I’m very sure Romeo won’t let anything happen but clearly Jenn didn’t feel the same way. This is something I can do for her I mean the poor girl didn’t have any friends it was just me at this stage and just because I knew how so-called friends just used you for who your father is. I told her I will go get her dad and tell him to go up to her room she needs to tell him his not walking her down the aisle as soon as possible if he wanted to throw a tantrum, he needs to do it before the festivities starts. I walked out of Jenn’s room and down the stairs to where the venue is, while I was just about to walk out of the house Romeo or should I say Mr. Bianchi because his still my boss, stopped me. “Eva how is Jenn doing?” “Mr. Bianchi….” “Romeo please Eva.” “Sorry Romeo she’s a nervous wreck.” The look on his face was one of fear, I had to tell him very quickly it wasn’t because of him “No she’s not a nervous wreck about the wedding she’s nervous about her dad and his reaction of walking her down the aisle.” “Oh, I thought she didn’t want him to walk her down the aisle?” “She still doesn’t want him to walk her down the aisle she just didn’t tell him yet and she’s afraid of his reaction. I’m suppose to get him and send him to her.” “You know what Eva; you go back to Jenn I’ll sort Brad out and tell her to relax in fact give her a few glasses of champagne and just have some girl talk with her if you don’t mind, I will sort out the rest.” “Are you sure?” “Yes, I’m sure, my bride’s state of mind is much more important for me.” “Thank you, Romeo I’ll get a bottle in the kitchen.” “Thank you, Eva.”
Romeo
It was eventually our wedding day something that started of as an arrangement is real and I can’t wait to make her Mrs. Bianchi. She was everything I’ve ever wanted in a woman I mean my first wife was a disaster but Jenn is my other half. When I walked into Eva and she told me Jenn was a nervous wreck my heart almost stopped was she afraid to marry me that was the first thing that went through my mind I’m only human after all but Eva quickly set me straight and told me it was because of Brad Jenn was nervous I thought she told him days ago he wasn’t going to walk her down the aisle but still she hasn’t no wonder she’s a nervous wreck but I’ll sort this out for her no problem Brad and I have butted heads a few times this week about work what is another issue? I walked around searching for Brad but I had more encounters with other guest that wanted to chat I couldn’t believe it for Christmas Eve all our guest had actually RSVP that they will be attending clearly, they thought it was the wedding of the year and if you look outside and how the décor looks it definitely is the wedding of the year. When I got myself detangled from all the guest, I found Brad at the bar I should have started looking for him here apparently this is all he does since I told him he can’t go to his office anymore. When I got to him it was clear he was already drunk. “Brad.” I said “What the fuck do you want?” He slurred at me. I grabbed him under his arm and walked with him to the house some people tried to approached me but when they saw I was with Brad, they left me alone, when our friends Rufus, Arlo and Tom saw us they quickly walked to us and helped me to get Brad to my study without any interruptions. “What the fuck are you guys doing?” He screamed at us, at least we where in the house and there was no guest in sight.
