We went to bed without doing anything the mood was ruin as soon as he talked about Sebastian’s cousin, I know I can’t blame Romeo but come on the Sebastian’s cousin ruined our wedding and now he wants to come here and ruin our honeymoon as well. When we got into bed Romeo pulled me towards him and hugged me, “I’m sorry angel.” “It’s okay Romeo it’s not your fault.” He didn’t say anything further because what was there to say. The next morning when I woke up the bed was empty, I could hear him speaking but I couldn’t hear to who he was speaking. I got up put my robe on and went looking for him. He was standing in his boxers in the kitchen making coffee and speaking on the phone. “Okay thank you Fred.” He said before he disconnected the call. “Morning Jenn.” Romeo said as he was walking towards me with a huge smile on his face. “Morning Romeo.” He pulled me to him and hugged me “Today we are getting married for a second time.” He said with so much happiness I didn’t wanted to be Debbie downer and tell him ‘if Sebastian’s Cousin doesn’t show up’ so I just said “It is.” “You can sound a bit more excited angel, it’s a beautiful day, we are going to have breakfast in the swimming pool and then you going for a spa day.” “You organized everything for me?” “Off course I did I want this day to be perfect so go and get in the pool Fred is bringing the breakfast.” “Does it mean I have to put a costume on?” “No jump in naked I’ll join you as soon as the food arrives.” I was starting to feel a bit better Romeo’s positive attitude made me feel a bit better. I went to the bathroom brushed my teeth pulled a brush through my hair and went outside. It was indeed a beautiful day, “Come on Jenn enjoy the day appreciate everything he does for you.” I told myself over and over, I was just struggling to forget about last night.
When I got outside Romeo was already in the pool and there was a huge tray floating in the pool next to him. “Come Jenn it’s so nice in here.” I got in slowly I didn’t want to make waves and let the food mess around on the tray. When I got to Romeo and saw the food, I was immediately hungry. “This looks amazing.” “Well dig in.” There where all kinds of fruit, bacon, eggs, toast, flapjacks, toast everything you could think about. “I like this way of having breakfast.” “You naked in a pool I would say it’s my favorite as well.” Romeo said with a huge smile on his face and then I asked the question “Any news?” “Jenn let’s not think of them today okay I’ll tell you when there is anything to worry about you just enjoy our time here. I promise you I will tell you when you need to know anything.” “It’s not that easy.” “Please Jenn try for me.” “Okay I’ll try for you.” “That’s all I’m asking.” He walked closer to me took me in his arms and kissed me like really kiss me, when we come up for air, he pushed a mimosa in my hand. “To us Jenn to our second wedding on a beautiful Tropical Island.” “To us.” I lifted my glass as well smiling.
Romeo
I woke up early, I didn’t sleep much I was worried I didn’t want Sebastian’s cousin to come here and ruin everything or should I say I didn’t want to kill him in a place I don’t know so well and where it will be difficult to get rid of the bodies. I called Lucas to make sure there was nothing on his end and then I called Fred to find out if he found out anything at the airport. So far there is no sign of any planes coming in from the States. I made sure to order Jenn and I a nice breakfast we can have in the pool and made sure Fred organized all the treatments for Jenn at the Spa. Fred, Lucas and I will be decorating the beach I’m sure Fred will bring a few more helpers for the occasion and I needed to see the judge that will officiate the wedding. I know we already have all those things and the wedding certificate but I wanted it to be beautiful for Jenn. When Jenn walked into the kitchen, I could see she was still upset about what I told her last night. I needed to make her relax, I’m sure the massages she’s getting at the Spa will also help but I need to set her mind at ease.
When we where finally in the swimming pool and the food has arrived, Jenn got in very carefully, I mean what is sexier than having breakfast naked in a swimming pool this should make anyone relax. I was trying to be as positive and as upbeat as I could be but I could see last night was bothering her after a while she asked.” “Any news?” “Jenn let’s not think of them today okay I’ll tell you when there is anything to worry about you just enjoy our time here. I promise you I will tell you when you need to know anything.” “It’s not that easy.” “Please Jenn try for me.” “Okay I’ll try for you.” “That’s all I’m asking.” And that was really all I was asking for her to enjoy our time in the Maldives and not to worry about anything. I will sort everything out and I will definitely tell her when something is up. If there is one thing, I’ve realized with Jenn was that I could tell her anything and she will be fine with it. I couldn’t love her more for that. When breakfast was over, I told Jenn to go and take a shower “You going to join me?” She asked. Oh, good she’s got her sass back. “No angel or else you won’t be in time for all your treatments.” “Oh, do I get a whole spa day?” “Yes, and when you see me again you will be walking down the aisle which will be on sand towards me and getting married to me again.” “I’ll marry you every day Romeo for the rest of my live.” “Diddo angel Diddo.”
