Chapter 164
Jennifer
I woke up to an empty bed clearly Romeo had very early meetings today. I got up and got ready I wanted to go to the florist and make sure everything was as I wanted it. When I was ready, I went down to the kitchen to get breakfast and coffee before we left, I mean I needed some substance especially after last night and I was still horny that was a problem for me I’ve never withheld an orgasm from myself yet but clearly, I’m going to try the rest of the week should I say. When I was done with breakfast, I found Elijah and Levi waiting for me in the foyer. “Morning Levi, Elijah?” “Morning Jennifer.” “What are you doing here Elijah you need to rest.” “I can say the same to you, if you go out, I go out.” “And there is nothing I can say to change your mind?” “Nope.” “Well then we don’t have the whole day let’s go.” Levi open the door for me and Elijah jumped in next to me. I’m very sure there was nothing he could do if something happened but be that as it may I’m not going to tell him he can’t come with. We went to the florist she showed me the flowers I wanted the orchids, peonies, roses and some lilies everything looked just like I wanted it to on her sketches which made me very happy when we were done at the florist, I asked Levi to take me to the bakery I wanted to see what was going on there.
When we stopped Elijah walked with me into the bakery leaving Levi outside with the SUV. “Elijah I’m just going to the kitchen quickly go sit down and take a minute.” “Are you sure?” “Yes, please go relax.” Elijah went to go and sit at my table while I walked into the kitchen “Hi Eleanor Matilda.” “Hi Sweetie, we didn’t expect you.” Eleanor said. “I just though I’ll drop in and find out how things where going?” “No complaints did you look at the books?” “I did it looks really good thank you Eleanor. Just not good enough to open that other store, or should I say not yet.” My phone started to ring when I looked at the caller ID, I saw my dad was calling me but I was really not in the mood for him so I let it go to voicemail. “So why are you guys so busy today I mean it’s after 12 in the afternoon and you still baking?” “We got a big order for a Christmas dinner for tonight.” “I’m so sorry I can’t help Eleanor.” “No worries we’ve got everything under control.” “You sure? I don’t want me to call in a casual?” “No, the end is in sight.” Eleanor said as my phone rang again. “I’m taking it its your father?” Eleanor asked “Yes and I’m really really not in the mood for him.” “I understand.” “Well then, I’m going to leave you guys to it. I can’t stand here and watch you work it makes me feel bad, I’ll come around again on Friday maybe we can talk then Eleanor.” “No problem sweetie.” I left the kitchen got each of us a cup of coffee and muffins. Elijah came to help me carry some of the stuff. I’m sure we looked very funny trying to carry the stuff one of us had a broken leg and the other one a broken arm when we got outside Levi jumped up and ran to me “Good God you two really look funny.” He took the muffins from me and the coffee from Elijah when I offered to carry the coffee he just refused. We all got back in the SUV and went home. On our way home my phone rang yet again but I just put it on silent, he was not going to spoil my day. Was all I could think off.
When we got home, I went straight to bed, after last nights shenanigans and the trip this morning I was feeling tired and I definitely didn’t want Romeo to find me tired he just might cancel our play time in the playroom and I was not letting that happen not a change. I don’t know how long I slept but I was woken up by Romeo kissing me on the forehead. “Hey sleepy head you should get up.” I open my eyes and looked into Romeo’s gorgeous brown eyes. “You home early.” “No darling it’s past 6 already.” I got up so quickly my head was starting to spin so I fell down on the bed again. “Slowly darling.” “I didn’t think I slept so late.” “It’s no problem, but I need to talk to you.” I got this feeling it’s about my dad looks like he was going to spoil my day after all.
Romeo
On my way home I was debating how I was going to tell Jennifer everything that happened today, I mean she has a right to know and we need a way to get Brad away from his businesses as soon as possible he was just fucking everything up at this stage. I was going through the files Josh gave me and the things the people were complaining about was terrible and I had no idea how they didn’t leave yet. Was it really that difficult out there to get another job? Was what my thoughts were. When we got home, I went to the kitchen first to look for Jennifer but she wasn’t there, then I went to the library her office also no sign only place left was our bedroom. When I walked in, I saw she was still sleeping it was already pass 6 pm I couldn’t believe it. I kissed her saying “Hey sleepy head you should get up.” When she opens her eyes and looked at me it felt like she was looking through my soul. “You home early.” “No darling it’s past 6 already.” She got up so quickly she fell back on the bed, I was sure she got dizzy from the quick movement. “Slowly darling.” “I didn’t think I slept so late.” “It’s no problem, but I need to talk to you.” I could see on her face she knew it was going to be about her father.
