Chapter 149
Yesterday afternoon, after lunch, she got in the car and had just taken off her coat when Leopold pinned her down and had his way with her. Oh right! The partition was lowered when they went to the service area, and she forgot to raise it back up when they returned, giving Kevin the chance to secretly take this photo.
There were millions of comments in the comment section, and the top one was from a user: "Ahhh, such a handsome and domineering CEO, I can't take it anymore!"
The second comment was surprisingly from Kelly: "Look at how you're squishing your wife, can't you give her a bit more space?"
"The official love story, the saddest thing ever!"
Agnes spent over half an hour just scrolling through these comments until the continuous barking of dogs reluctantly made her put down her phone.
Oh no! She not only forgot to take Fluffy out for a walk but also hadn't fed him yet.
"Fluffy, stop eating dog food all the time, have some water! Oh right, Leopold said you need to eat meat too. Never mind, I'll cook it for you myself."
She went into the kitchen and motioned for Fluffy to come over. "Tell me, how much do you want to eat, how should I cook it, and do you want salt?"
Fluffy glared at her angrily with his little eyes, refusing to move, just staring at Agnes.
Afraid of messing up, Agnes was about to call Leopold for help when the doorbell rang. The kitchen was quite far from the villa entrance, so she quickly ran to the living room sofa to check the surveillance screen. Outside stood a woman with an anxious look on her face. Curious, she asked, "Who are you?"
The woman quickly explained, "Mrs. Neville, I'm sorry, I'm here to feed the dog. I had an emergency at home that delayed me a bit, I'm really sorry."
It turned out Leopold had hired a professional to take care of Fluffy.
She tapped the screen, and the automatic door opened. The woman changed her shoes and hurried into the house, apologizing non-stop: "I'm really sorry, something came up at home and I was late. Please don't be angry, Mrs. Neville, this job is really important to me."
Seeing this, Agnes quickly waved her hand to comfort her: "It's okay, it's okay. Fluffy is hungry now, you should go feed him."
The woman was so moved she almost cried, thanking her repeatedly before running off to get the dog food and meat.
Agnes watched curiously as she added a few pieces of chicken to the pot, sprinkled some seasoning, and covered it.
"Is it that simple?"
"Yes, Eskimo dogs can eat meat, dog food, and also vegetables and organs."
"Alright then."
After Fluffy finished eating, Agnes took him out for a walk. She needed to go for a night run anyway.
Although the streetlights in the estate were bright at night, Agnes couldn't help but feel a bit nervous being alone in such a large place.
While she was distracted, Fluffy took the opportunity to break free from the leash and ran off! He really ran far!
Agnes looked at her right hand, which had been holding the leash just a moment ago. That disobedient dog had run off with just a little effort.
"Fluffy, stop right there! Don't run around!" Afraid that Fluffy, who looked like a wolf, would cause trouble in the garden, she immediately chased after him.
When Leopold returned home, he didn't see Agnes right away, and his calls went unanswered. He asked the security and found out she was walking the dog in the back.
When he arrived, Agnes was panting heavily, facing off with Fluffy: "Can you let me put the leash on your collar, just for a moment? Hey, don't dodge, what good does it do you to tire me out?"
Fluffy seemed to be deliberately making things difficult for her, dodging every time Agnes tried to grab the leash on his collar.
Leopold's cold voice rang out: "Fluffy!"
Hearing his name, the dog quickly pounced to the side. Seeing this, Agnes realized Leopold had arrived. With one command, Fluffy obeyed, and Leopold seized the opportunity to grab the leash and control him.
Agnes pointed at Fluffy and complained, "You wouldn't believe how much effort I spent trying to catch him. He must be a female dog, attracted to you."
"Attracted to each other?" Leopold repeated her words.
Agnes froze for a moment, then realized what she had just said. Did she just say Leopold and the dog were attracted to each other? She quickly turned and ran with a playful smile: "Am I wrong?"
Leopold patted Fluffy and ordered, "Chase her!"
Then he watched as Fluffy darted off to chase Agnes, leisurely following behind. Finally, amidst Agnes's screams, he caught her and pulled her into his arms: "With which female am I attracted to each other?"
Agnes mischievously replied, "Not Fluffy, Ms. Garcia, Ms. Fisher... Ah, Leopold! Let me go, I'm wrong!"
Despite this, Leopold eventually carried the pouting Agnes back to the villa, with Fluffy obediently following the playful couple.
Under the moonlight, the scene of the three of them and the dog was particularly warm and beautiful.
But two days later, the dog named Fluffy was sent away. The reason was simple: instead of increasing her stamina by having a pet, Agnes was falling asleep early, leaving no chance for him to test her physical condition.
Agnes was heartbroken for a long time, constantly protesting that Leopold was too heartless. Leopold didn't mind; it was just two days after all.
To appease the emotional Agnes, Leopold promised to get her a suitable puppy after they returned from Beacon City for New Year's.
After finally calming Agnes down, Leopold breathed a sigh of relief. He really couldn't understand such fleeting emotions.
At night, it was time for a bath. They had planned to relax together, but as he reached the bathroom door, he received a call from across the ocean.
He opened the study door to answer: "Dad."
As soon as he spoke, Gerald started yelling: "You still remember I'm your dad, huh? You got married without telling us about such a big event! Were you planning to keep it a secret forever if the media hadn't exposed it? Marrying some woman from who knows where, how is the Woods Family supposed to explain this?"
Leopold was already used to Gerald's thunderous questioning and silently listened to the accusations and dissatisfaction.
