Akira's POV
"Where are you going?" I froze on the spot, pulling my phone from my ear and placing it behind me, staring at him in shock, "don't you know how to talk?" His husky voice came up pulling me from my shock. I twitched my lips. I shut my eyes, there was no way I could tell him who was calling me, "Don't make me repeat myself, where are you going?" I bit my lower lips raking my brain to think of a good alibi to save me from this demon in front of me.
"I just went to go outside..." He stared at me, still having that poker face. "yes...outside for fresh air..." I paused, waiting for him to say something, "...it's hot and..." I said having that smug smile, hoping that he would buy my alibi because I was sure, he didn't hear me talking on the phone, there is no way he can, the cracking of the door must be what he heard, "it's suffocating inside..." I added then he pointed to the side of the big living room, my heart thudding loudly in my chest.
"There is air-conditioned everywhere, you could always increase it when it's too hot, or suffocating, as you said..." His voice was truanting, I twitched my lips giving a forceful smile.
"Yeah, you are right, I will just go back inside," I said with gritted teeth.
"Good..." He said slipping his hand into his pocket while staring at me, I stood there, still looking at him, "You can leave,"
"Yes..." I said in a hurry, turning without looking at where I was going and I hit a rocky chest, I staggered behind and my bum hit the floor almost too quick to be called a flash, "fuck..." I curse, rubbing my bum that just hit the floor.
"Miss Akira..." Mr. Williamson called stretching his hand to me, "I am sorry Miss Akira, I didn't know..."
I interrupted him, "It's fine..." I said in embarrassment taking his hand as he helped me to my foot, still rubbing my bum and avoiding the gaze of Wolfie.
"Are you okay?" He asked picking up my phone from the floor, which was ringing, I grabbed my phone from him, knowing that my mom would be the one calling since I ended the call before she could even say anything.
"Yeah, I am fine, I will just get the call," I said forcing a smile before I hurried out, almost falling on the stairway.
"Careful..." Meredith yelled from behind and I cursed my stupid clumsiness, it's all the fault of that naughty mother of mine.
"Is she..." I hear Mr. Williamson's voice but the other part fades away as soon as the first part comes up. I have pressing issues and I didn't want to bother myself with irrelevant issues plus, I want to disappear, fast from there.
Pressing the answering button, immediately I got into the room.
"Now, you have become so arrogant that you end calls on me?" Mother snarled from the other side of the phone.
"It's not..."
"Fuck it, just kiss that necklace goodbye,"
"Mother please..." I pleaded with her.
"Akira, you are annoying and you know, I hated pleading, I gave you simple instructions to go be with Ethan and then you could get your necklace. But what did you do? You went there and hurt the innocent soul, I didn't train you to be heartless, how could you hire the service of a gang to beat up Ethan? He just wants to talk and then you beat him up, with some thugs." I shake my head, tears are already welled up in my eyes.
"Mother please, listen to me, Ethan was the one trying to rape me, he drugs..."
"You are being a bitch again, not wanting to take responsibility for her actions, Akira, what should I do with you? Even with all the training, I am giving to you, you still turned out evil, I guess the saying that an apple doesn't fall far from its tree, it's evident in your fucking system." I shut my eyes in frustration if it wasn't for my necklace, I wouldn't be talking to this woman or anyone associated with her family, it's bad enough that she talks so little about me, and now she is extended it to my mother, I may not know who she is but I'm not judging her without knowing the reason I ended up with my father.
"Mother, forget about Ethan, just tell me what you want,"
"You this brat, come over, I will give you the necklace,"
"Really? You will give it to me? Even..."
"I am not that evil Akira, just come over and I will give it to you, I am fucking tired of you and your annoying father and your worthless mother whoever she is."
"I will do that tomorrow..."
"Today, after today, just forget it." I wanted to protest before she ended the call, so I threw my phone to the bed.
"Fuck this woman," I grunted pulling my hair in frustration, she is driving me wide and it's annoying.
I needed to get out but I didn't know how, my eyes suddenly moved to the window and a reassuring smile covered my face, looking at the baggy clothes, I was wearing, I sighed but I could make do with it. I will just sneak out and return before Wolfie will even know.
I carefully pushed the window, and a cracking noise echoed in the silent room, my heart racing in my chest, hoping that I would get out of there.
I lurched towards the door and turned the lock on before I hurried back to the window, and took a deep breath, my hands were trembling as I hoisted my leg over the windowsill. I glanced at the distance that I was going to jump, I might not survive it. A pang of fear creeps into my heart and the harm that might be before me jumping from here, I am going to crash and be left with broken bones, I don't want to die now, I retrieve my legs for the second time, while my eyes roamed the room, looking for possible means and then I found a rope, I smirked, pressing my lips on it, "you are God send," I said before I tie it to the window frame, pulling to see if it's strong enough to hold my wait, although it's not long enough to reach the floor, I still had to jump at one point but I couldn't stop myself, I am retrieving my necklace today, and I am asking Wolfie if he could help me find the family with that heirloom if truthfully the necklace was a family heirloom. I swung my other leg over, grabbing the rope, I climbed through the rope with a deep breath, and I let go of the rope, landing softly on the carpet grass.
"Whew... That was easy," I straightened up and moved swiftly across the yard, my eyes darting around to ensure I wasn't seen. My legs mistakenly stumbled across a ladder, and it fell creating a huge noise.
"Who is there?" My body froze.
