Chapter 121

"Let go of me! You're ruining my makeup!" She pushes me but I don't move too far from her. She's jealous! Yes! A bitch is jealous! Her eyes are burning with so much hate that I can see it.
"All you ever care about is your makeup. Silly girl," I say.
"My makeup, FYI, costs me more than your entire closet cost you," she says through gritted teeth and I laugh quite loud at what she just said.
"Oh, Sabrina, Sabrina, Sabrina. You never stop amazing me. Has no one ever told you?" I pause and cock my head to one side. "Even if you put lipstick on a pig, it'll still be considered as a pig!"
And the crowd in my head goes wild!! Now that comment, was a show stopper. She gasps and scowls at me.
"Now, what was I supposed to do? Right, go inside the Dawson house. Alone," I say, flipping my curly hair and I continue walking.
At the door, I ring the bell and seconds later I hear Sabrina quickly running towards the porch, her heels clanking loudly. When Carla opens the door, she smiles at me but her smile fades when her eyes land on the witch behind me.
I walk straight in and turn just after passing Carla, Sabrina rushes up the stairs.
"Carla, darling. How are you? I've missed you so much," she says. She's just faking it all.
"I haven't missed you at all. Good day," Carla says and slams the door right in her face.
I did not see that coming.
Go Carla!
"Oh my God, Carla. You did not just..." I point at the door, my mouth wide open.
"I've always wanted to do that. She's an annoying, childish woman. I don't like her one bit. In fact, she's the lousy mallard, not you," Carla says and I let out a loud laugh.
"You heard everything?" I ask and she nods.
"I saw everything too. I was peeping through the curtains. Sorry she ruined your mood," Carla apologizes.
"It's okay. I feel like we both handled her the right way," I say and smile.
"Yes we did," she agrees straightening her white uniform and grey sweater proudly.
"Where is he? Are his parents home?" I ask.
Carla's mood changes very quick and she frowns.
"He's been waiting for you since morning in the study room, his parents aren't around... as always. I guess I'll leave you two to talk." Carla excuses herself.
I sigh, preparing myself to see him. I've missed him, so much and I just want to see him and kiss him.
"Kyrah?" I hear his voice behind me and a part of me is happy to hear it. I turn and spot him standing outside the study room. Shirtless. He's just in black sweatpants and black Adidas slides. His hair is unruly and his muscles look tense. His face looks grim, he's wearing a frown. My eyes drop down his chest. The abs on his stomach make me want to lick him already. They aren't as huge as Scott's but they sure are making me want to drool. There's just something about abs that tends to drive me nuts.
"Blake," I say calmly.
Seconds later he's running to me and secures his arms around me tightly and lifts me off my feet as we twirl around the house. A smile curves on his face when he puts me down.
"Babe, I've missed you. I never thought you'd come," he coos, taking my hands into his and gently rubbing his thumbs on them.
"I'm right here," I say and smile joyfully. One hand of mine escapes his gentle touch and moves to cup his cheek. "You needed me and I couldn't allow myself to be selfish anymore like I've been lately," I say.
"I know there's alot to talk about but, all that matters is that you're here, in my arms. I know I've never told you this but... I need you more than my next breath. Thank you for coming," he says and in no time, our lips lock into a sensational kiss. My arms fly around his neck and his arms go around my waist and he pulls me closer to him.
How I missed his touch, his lips, his minty breath... His everything! His tongue plunges in and out of my mouth and I swear, there's an entire volcano about to erupt inside me. I came here to talk but if things go down this road, we'll end up in bed and never sort out our issues. So I break our kiss slowly, as my hands cup both his cheeks which are now warm and full of color. His blue eyes, these damn blue eyes are what blew me away since day one and as I look at them, I realize that there's so much pain behind them.
As I glance up at him, tendrils of his unruly hair drop to his face as he leans to kiss my forehead, and his warm breath lingers on my skin for seconds and I close my eyes to enjoy the feeling.
It's been long. Way too long that my womanhood is aching for him. When he squeezes my hand, I land back to reality from my thoughts.
"How'd you get past the media and everyone... Sabrina even?" he asks, his frown growing harder.
"I don't even know how I did it, but I convinced them that no one was home. As for that rotten skunk, I delt with her, properly," I say proudly and he smiles, Carla crosses behind us.
"Your woman sure is a feisty one. You should have seen her in action. She almost threw Sabrina away like a little weightless feather," she says and I laugh. Blake's eyes go wide in surprise, he's trying to find words but just shakes his head instead.
