Luther

I was working with Ryan in his office trying to figure out how to merge our packs without too much strain on our members. But no matter what we came up with we knew it was going to cause stress to our pack members. We had been going at it for two hours with no perfect answer. I was getting frustrated and so was Ryan. “ I hate to say this but there is no easy solution.” Ryan said. “ I’m right there with you. Do you want to revisit Lexi’s idea?” I asked. Ryan leans back in his chair and stretches his arms above his head. “ I’m thinking we should have done that from the start.We could have saved ourselves a headache.” Ryan yawns. “ Let’s look at the plans for the new pack house and see if it is doable.” I suggested. I grabbed the plans from the corner of the desk while Ryan moved the papers about our packs that we were looking at. I rolled out the plans for both of us to look at.

I stood next to Ryan looking over the plans. I looked at where the packhouse will be. “ Your dad picked a great spot.” I pointed to the packhouse. “ It is perfectly between both our packs.” I said. Ryan pointed to two small patches of land. One between my pack house nad the new one. The same with Ryan’s. “ We need to acquire those patches of land. We could build roads from both packs to the new house. We will do what Lexi said. Built what we need on the new land and leave everything else the way it is.” Ryan said.

I’m trying to remember all the suggestions Lexi had come up with when I felt intense frustration, anger, and disgust come trough the bond. I looked at Ryan and could see he felt it too so it wasn’t coming from him. “ Lexi is upset.” Diesel said. I know we left her in the kitchen to talk with the head of it. Lexi had been working on her Luna duties at each of the packs. I have never felt her like this at my pack but she also had my mom by her side to walk her through it. “ Ryan, what was Lexi working on today?” “ She wasn’t specific. Just said she wanted to get an idea of how our kitchen was run. I figured she was just going to compare mine to yours to figure out how to staff the new packhouse. ” Ryan said.

Just as quickly as it came the frustration and disgust died down but the anger was still there. “ Ryan?” I asked. He knew I was wondering if we should go get her. I wanted to go to her anyway because I had been away from Lexi for too long as far as I was concerned. Hell five minutes was too long. “ Not yet. We have to trust her to come to us when she needs us. If we go charging down there it will make it look like we don’t have faith in her Luna abilities.” Ryan said. I shook my head “ You know I hate it when you are right.” Ryan laughs “ I’m sure you will be right once in a while.” Asshole I think to myself but I’m not pissed.

We go over the plans drawing in Lexi’s ideas to see if they will work. From time to time we feel her anger get stronger as well as her frustration. We stop what we are doing and wait to see if she needs us. We won’t go to her unless she calls out for us. Ryan is right. We have to let her do this on her own. She needs to prove to herself and the pack that she has what it takes to be a good Luna. “ I checked in with Arya. She said Lexi is frustrated by something with the budgets. When she is done she will be coming up to you guys.” Diesel told Ryan and me. “ Thanks Deisel.” Ryan said. Then he shook his head “ Got to tell you it is still weird.” “ I agree.” I told him.

“ Get used to it boys. It isn’t going away. I suggest you two come up with something to relax your mate when she gets done. She is stressing herself too much.” Arya said. “ Speaking of relaxing. Stone, Diesel I could you some relaxing myself. Care to help me with that?” Arya asks. “ See you later, Luther.” Diesel said as he retreats. I guess Ryan got something similar because he is shaking his head and I can see he is laughing. “ You get a see you later?” I asked being curious. “ Nope, I got ‘ Coming honey’ before Stone blocked me out.” Ryan laughed. I couldn’t help but laugh myself.

Ryan and I got back to work but kept in tuned to Lexi. “Got any ideas on how to relax Lexi when she comes up?” I asked. Ryan smirks “ I was thinking I could use her to test how sturdy this chair is.” I’m liking where he is going with this. I place my palms on the desk and press down as hard as I can without actually doing any damage. “ You know it probably wouldn’t hurt for one of us to test this desk with her too. You know just to make sure it is make with solid wood not the cheap crap.” I said.

Ryan knocks on the desk “ You know that isn’t a bad idea.” I am already picturing all the things we could do with Lexi on just the desk alone. I see Ryan looking around his office and smile. Ryan rubs his chin for a second “ You know that couch is fairly new. I don’t think I have sat on it a handful of times. We should probably test it to make sure it would hold up under extra weight. We need to make sure it won’t crash to the floor if we have a few warriors sit on it.” “ Yea, not a bad idea.” I said. I look over aat the coffee table “ You know I put a lot of things on the table in my office. Do you know if yours could hold up?” I asked. I watch Ryan turn his head to look at it. “ You know, I’m not sure. We should put that on the list things to check out. With Lexi’s help of course.” Ryan said. “ Of course. We will need her input on what she thinks. We might have to replace a few things to meet her needs.” I said.

“ Good idea. We might even have to test the furniture in your office. That way will know what to put in our new offices.” Ryan said. “ I like the way your mind is heading.” I said. I’m still haven’t taken my eyes off the table. I pictured Lexi laid across it naked me feasting on her sweet pussy while Ryan sucked her nipples. I could see her arching her back. “ Damn it. We should have never gone down that road. I need Lexi like I need air.” Ryan complained. “ Let’s take our minds off it for a few minutes by looking at these plans again.” I suggested. “ Worth a try. And cross our fingers Lexi gets finished soon before I run down stairs and throw her over my shoulder. I don’t think she would like the caveman act.” Ryan said. I had to laugh “ You aren’t kidding. She would probably zap your ass.”

We were able to get back to work and did our best to keep our mind off Lexi. Well, naked Lexi that is. It also helped that we could feel Lexi’s emotions through our bond. The door opens with a thud and Lexi stands there holding a stack of papers in her hands grumbling. “ Baby?” I call out. Lexi looks up and sees Ryan and I standing behind the desk. That is all it takes for her glow to calm, her shoulders drop and smile. “ You have no idea how happy I am to see you two. Or how much I have missed you even though you were only two floors away.”
