Chapter 93
Lexi
I had intended to take a quick shower before lunch. Oh, I took a shower but it was anything but quick. You see what happened was Ryan joined me in the shower insisting on helping me wash my back. My back did get washed after he got on his knees, threw my leg over his shoulder and ate me out like a starving man. And I gave him a blow job in return. Just when I thought my shower was over Ryan stepped out and Luther stepped in offering to wash my hair. He did after he pressed my back against the shower wall, my legs wrapped his waist as he fucked me.
While I was getting dressed I thought about the differences between their styles of love making. For one Luther hasn’t made love to me yet. We have fucked. Rough and hard. Don’t think I am complaining because I am not in any way. I just didn’t know I would like it so much. Then there is Ryan. His method is slow and sweet. At least that is what they are like so far. It could change for all I know. And if it does I will go with it unless I am uncomfortable. But right now I have the best of both worlds.
I’m sitting in the dining room that reminds me more of a large cafeteria. I honestly love it as weird as it sounds. It means we can eat as a pack, a family. That is what a pack is right. A family. I want a room like this if Ryan and Luther agree to build a second packhouse between the two territories. I want to have meals with as many of my pack as I can as often as possible. I want my pack to feel comfortable to come and go in the packhouse as they please. If they want to come grab a snack or go hang out in the games room.
I want our pack to feel free to talk to us about their concerns before they escalate into bigger problems. Or just to chat with us. Sit and have a cup of coffee and talk about their day. I want to hear their thoughts,ideas and hope for the future. That’s what I am thinking about as we head to the conference room. Evan waits for everyone to get seated before he starts the meeting. “ I want to thank all of you for coming and agreeing to this meeting,” he said.
Kent spoke up “ Excuse me Alpha, could we address the elephant in the room first?” I look around confused about what he is asking about. “ I’m going to assume you are referring to Lexi’s wolf,” Evan said. Kent and several more Alpha’s nod. “ I don’t understand. Is there something wrong with my wolf?” “ Nothing is wrong with her.” Kent told me. So why did they want to talk about Arya? “ Baby, I think they want to discuss how unique Arya is?” Luther said. “ I’m sorry. I still don’t understand.” I said to the group.
“ To put it bluntly Lexi. None of us have ever seen anything like her before.” Kent said. Arya pokes forward “ Silly Alphas. Of course they haven’t. I’m one of a kind. Just like you, Lexi.” “ If I may. Arya said that she is one of a kind. She says I am as well.” I told them. “ Arya, will you help me answer their questions later? I want to get this meeting dealt with.” I asked. “ Alpha’s, Beta’s. I’m sure you have many questions. Arya has agreed that we will answer all of them after the meeting. But we both feel this is more important.” I said.
When everyone has agreed we turn our attention towards Evan. “ You all have been informed why we called this meeting. Honestly it was Lexi’s idea to gather all of you so I’m going to turn it over to her.” Evan said. Okay I didn't expect him to do that. “ It’s alright, honey. We are right here.” Ryaan said, squeezing my hand under the table. Luther squeezed the other in a show of support. “ We have this.” Arya said.
I stood up so everyone could see me. “ You all know who I am. And what I’m supposed to do.” I said. They all nod. “ I won’t be able to do that without your help. I’m supposed to bring all of us shifters together. But I’m smart enough to know I can’t do it alone. I am going to need all of you to agree to work with me. It is not going to be easy. Not by a long shot. Is it doable? Yes. If we work together. My mate Luther and Alpha Evan have offered to have any of your packs that want to train with my group of elite warriors. They have trained hard with me and the Elders on how to fight vampires. I personally invite anyone who is interested to come train with me personally. I encourage you to talk with our Elders to learn everything we have on Valerose. Talk with anyone you like to help make your choice.” I said.
I continued “ I’m not above begging for your help. Every single person has more experience than me. I’m a new wolf and new to shifters so I’m sure there are many things I can learn from you.The things I have learned about Valerose is the stuff of nightmares. He has murdered or enslaved too many of our people in the desire to rule the supernatural world. If we work together I’m sure we can come up with a plan to win this war. And after the war I’m sure we can maintain at least working relationships with each other if not friendships.”
“ I don’t expect any answers right now. But I do hope to hear from you soon. Alpha Evan and Alpha Ryan have given you their numbers for when you reached a decision. I will even give you my number if you feel more comfortable.” I told them. I laid everything out there for them. Now the ball is in their court. “ And while you think, I am open to any questions.” I said as I sat back down. Luther, Ryan, Evan and Scott were beaming at me. I guess I did a good job.
