Even carried me to the nearest couch and laid me down. “ The doctor needs to have a look at you,” he said. I opened my eyes and smiled at him. “ I’m fine, Evan. I swear. Just some scratches. And I burned a little too much energy. The wolves that were brought in. We need to have someone check them over. And the injured, someone needs to check them. Diesel and Razor looked rough. Doctor, could you check on them?” I asked. “ I will check on them shortly. And the other injured went to the hospital and are being looked over as we speak. I need to look you over now.” the doctor said. I didn’t argue anymore. I was too tired to do so. I watch with heavy eyes as the doctor checks my arms, legs and hands.

“ Miss Lexi, you are already healing. Once we get some food in you and some rest you will be feeling much better.” the doctor said. I sit up slowly. Damn that took all my effort. I hold out my hand but can hardly hold it up. “ Thank you.” I said. “ You are welcome. If you need anything just have someone link me.” Evan says “ We will. Will you check on the guys before you head out?” The doctor nods but doesn’t get a chance to say anything. “ No need dad, we are good.” Luther says from behind me. I push off the couch to stand up but wobble. The next thing I know I have three sets of hands holding me. Evan, Luther and Aiden. “ Doc cleared me. I’m just a little weak. Relax guys.” I said.

Luther sits down and pulls me with him. Once I’m on his lap he asks “ Did the doc really clear her?” Evan nods, “ Said she just needed food and rest.” “ And I’m adding a long hot bath.” I said. “ Luther, why don’t you boys take Lexi up and I will have the kitchen bring you some food.” Evan said. “ Will you see if they have any of that fruit salad from the other day? If it isn’t too much trouble.” I asked. “ Of course.” Evan said. Luther picks me up. “ Luther, what are you doing? Put me down. I need to check on you. And how are Diesel and Razor? I saw them hurt. And I need to check on the warriors that helped us.” I said.

“ Diesel and Razor are fine, we will let you talk to them in a minute. First you get a bath and eat. Then we will go check on everyone together.” Luther said. I looked over his shoulder just as we reached Luther’s room and saw Aiden. Luther takes me to the bathroom and sets me on the sink. Aiden goes over to Luther's tub that is big enough to fit four people the size of Luther. Aiden turns on the taps and plugs the tub. “ How hot do you want it?” Aiden asks. Before I can answer Luther says “ If it feels warm to you it is fine. Lexi still gets cold from time to time.” Luther grabs the hem of my shirt that I just now noticed is torn in a few places. Likely from claws and lifts. I place my hand on top of his. Luther looks up “ Baby?”

I lean in to get close to his ear and whisper “ I have never been naked in front of Aiden before.” Luther chuckles and Aiden suddenly stands up straight. “ Do you want me to leave? As much as I would like to see for myself that you are healing. I will if you are uncomfortable.” Aiden said still not turning around. “ I. Umm.” I stutter. I don’t know what to do. I know shifters are comfortable with nudity. It is nothing to them. But I’m not there yet. And Adien is my mate, at least for now. On the other hand being naked feels too intimate to do with Aiden. I don’t fully trust Aiden. “Maybe this will help,” Aiden said. Before I could ask I saw Aiden’s eyes change and knew Razor was coming forward.

“ Razor, what are you doing? And are you alright? You had blood all over you.” I asked. “ Easy my beauty. I am fine. Just a few bites and scratches that are already healing. As for what I’m doing. Aiden thought you might be more comfortable with me. I know you didn’t want to take your clothes off in front of him. I want to assure you that this isn’t about sex. Seeing people naked is the norm for us. For Aiden and me this about seeing with our own eyes that you are healing and not seriously injured. I know the same is for Luther.” Razor said. Luther nodded in agreement.

“ I won't lie and say I am not looking forward to seeing you naked. My dick will probably get hard but you have a rocking body, what do you expect?” Razor said. I giggle at him. “ Will you stay? I don’t want Aiden to see me yet. I’m not ready to completely trust him.” I asked. “ Yes, my beauty. I will stay.” Razor said. I know. I know. Now that is settled Luther helps me undress. When he has removed all my clothes I hear a growl come from Razor. “ Sorry beauty. “ Thank you Razor. I’m flattered.” I said. Luther lifts me off the sink and helps me into the tub. Once my ass was in the water I slid down letting my body relax. I lay my head back on the edge of the tub and close my eyes. “ Razor, tell Aiden he got the water perfect.” As the steam rises I notice a scent of herbs in the air. “ Luther, what is that smell? I can’t place it.” “ It is a blend my mom gives us. It helps us relax and speeds up the healing.” Luther said. “ Remind me to ask her for some. I love the smell. And forget relaxing. I'm becoming one with the water.” I moan. Luther chuckles “ I’ll make sure you get as much as you want. Just lay there and let us take care of you.”

I am not going to argue with that. I feel wet clothes going down my arms. One goes down my stomach and the other across my chest and boobs. I feel my body heating and it isn’t from the water. It isn’t his fault I don’t trust his human. “ Razor, why don’t you get her out and dried off. I’ll get her clothes and see if our lunch has arrived. We need to feed her before she falls asleep.” Luther said. “ I would love to.” Razor said. Luther pulled the drain while Razor lifted me out. He stood me on my feet and grabbed a towel. I thought he would just wrap it around me but no. He dried me and helped me get dressed before helping me into Luther’s bed. That is where the three of us sat and hand lunch. They made sure I had all the requirements and a little extra before I dozed off. I kept thing why could Razor be my mate instead of Aiden.
