Chapter 285 The Mysterious President of the Nightfall Union!

"If you like doing the splits, then keep doing them," Alan said with a smile.

The bearded fat man gritted his teeth in anger. "Move your foot, this is your last chance, or I'll make sure you leave this game!"

Alan lifted his foot and then stomped on the bearded fat man's face. "Is this where you want me to move it?"

The bearded fat man trembled with rage. "Bastard, you're asking for it!"

With that, the bearded fat man swung his long knife at Alan.

He had entered combat mode!

In the town, simple physical collisions are not considered attacks; one must enter combat mode to be judged as attacking.

The bearded guy swung his knife, but with a sharp crack, it shattered on impact.

Alan had blocked the strike with the Divine Whip of Striking!

The guy's eyes went wide, and he yelled to the crowd, "Anyone from the Black Tiger Guild around? You're just gonna stand there and let this happen?"

A dozen players gradually emerged, including warriors, archers, and mages.

They surrounded Alan.

"Bastard, don't cause trouble for yourself. Kneel and apologize to our vice president, and maybe you'll have a way out."

"Kneel?" Alan pressed the Divine Whip of Striking against the bearded fat man's forehead, "This guy? You think he's worth it?"

"If you're hell-bent on digging your own grave, don't blame us for what's coming," an archer growled, pulling back his bow and letting an arrow fly straight at Alan.

But to Alan, that arrow might as well have been moving in slow-mo. He casually sidestepped, letting it whiz past him like it was nothing.

With the Shadowpiercer Lens and his insane agility, a single arrow? Please. That wasn't even a warm-up.

Suddenly, a sharp voice cut through the chaos. "What the hell's going on here? You know fighting's off-limits in Sunset Town."

It was the town guard—right on cue.

The players from the Black Tiger Guild dared not make a move.

If they continued after the warning, they could be confined for twenty-four hours, or even seventy-two hours in severe cases.

"Guard, this guy's been harassing me! You gotta lock him up and make this right," the bearded fat man whined, switching from tough guy to victim in a heartbeat.

The guard glanced at Alan and scolded, "Fighting is prohibited in Sunset Town. Take your issues outside."

Alan didn't even glance at the guard, his eyes locked on the bearded guy. "What's your name?"

The fat man smirked, "What, you wanna come after me? Fine, I'll tell you—I'm Fierce Tiger, VP of the Black Tiger Guild. And trust me, today ain't over!"

"Fierce Tiger," Alan muttered under his breath, committing the name to memory. Back in his old life, as just some nobody, he'd been pushed around by trash like this.

In the game, many people acted lawlessly, relying on their influence.

In the real world, laws exist, so even the wildest people restrain themselves somewhat.

But in this game world, it's different. As the saying goes: Killing someone just means they respawn! You can kill anyone you dislike!

Fierce Tiger was just one of many targets, including the Nightfall Union, that Alan had in his sights.

In the game, people let loose their darkest impulses.

It wasn't just about places like The Blossom Tower or casinos.

For some, it was about picking on the weak—that was their thrill!

In his past life, Alan had been the one getting pushed around.

As for the Dream Pursuit Guild?

Would they ever stick their necks out for a lowly coin collector?

Not a chance!

When the Dream Pursuit Guild had beef with other guilds and needed a scapegoat to smooth things over, it was always guys like these collectors who took the fall.

"I'll give you a chance. Call in every last one of your Black Tiger Guild buddies. I'll give you one shot to take me down." Alan had initially thought about just ending Fierce Tiger right then and there, but memories of the past made him reconsider.

Killing him outright was too easy. At least, he wanted to wipe out the Black Tiger Guild once!

Alan kicked Fierce Tiger to the ground and turned to leave.

"Very well," Fierce Tiger growled, glaring at his back. "Tonight, outside Sunset Town. I'll be waiting. If we can't take you down, the Black Tiger Guild might as well rebrand as the Black Cat Guild."

"Deal. I'll be there," Alan shot back, making his way to the resurrection altar in Sunset Town.

At this moment, the Ambitious Soloist was experiencing inhumane torture, dying and resurrecting repeatedly.

Alan approached the resurrection altar and changed Ambitious Soloist's name to Night Spirit God Marigold.

The stacking of life points is endless, so it shouldn't be wasted.

This time, Ambitious Soloist wasn't killed instantly upon resurrection.

He breathed a sigh of relief and was about to leave.

But Alan blocked his way. "Ambitious Soloist, right?"

"Who are you?" Ambitious Soloist looked at Alan warily.

"The one making your Nightfall Union die in turns," Alan replied casually.

Hearing this, Ambitious Soloist clenched his fists, seething. "You're asking for it, you bastard!"

"Think it's me who's asking for it?" Alan shot back, raising an eyebrow.

Ambitious Soloist growled, "Ice King, I know it's you. Yeah, we blocked you once, but wiping out our entire Nightfall Union and dropping us over ten levels? That's too much!"

Previously, SnowflakeChaser had guessed Alan's identity.

It's not surprising that the Nightfall Union could guess it too.

"It's not about the past," Alan said calmly. "Your guild messed with the wrong person. Someone called in a favor, asking me to wipe out your Nightfall Union."

Lysander had forced out the essence of the Sea God, otherwise, killing the Sea God would have been difficult.

But now it didn't matter.

There was still one person in the Nightfall Union Alan hadn't killed.

According to Blade Warrior's information, that person should be the Nightfall Union's president, with strong combat skills.

"You're here because you haven't taken me out yet," a calm voice cut in before Alan could speak.

A figure stepped forward, wearing a ghost face mask.

The second he appeared, the Sea God's voice echoed in Alan's mind. "That mask… it's radiating divine power."

Alan raised an eyebrow. No wonder Blade Warrior couldn't track his ID.

"From the moment you started wiping out our Nightfall Union, I knew it was you," the masked man said. "At first, I thought it was just payback for blocking you. But after you slaughtered so many of us, I realized it's more than revenge. You're on a mission, aren't you?"
