Chapter 517 Where Do You Want to Bite
The person in the photo was Daisy, covered in blood, glaring at her with a fierce expression.
She looked just like a ghost from a horror movie.

Sophia took a few steps back in fear, scanning her surroundings but finding no suspicious signs.

Her voice trembled, "Coke, let's go home."
Hearing her call, Coke immediately ran to Sophia's side, barking furiously at the terrifying photo.

She grabbed a Coke and ran towards home.
She hadn't gone far when she bumped into someone.
Sophia instinctively let out a scream.
Seeing her panic, Alexander immediately asked gently, "Sophia, what's wrong?"
Hearing his voice, Sophia clung to it like a lifeline.
Her eyes wide with horror, she looked at Alexander, "Alexander, there's a really scary photo over there. It's Daisy's."
Alexander frowned. "Where?"
"Right by the bushes near the flower bed."
Alexander's expression changed instantly. He gently rubbed Sophia's head to comfort her, "Don't be scared. I'll go check it out."
He walked in the direction Sophia pointed.
Alexander saw the photo immediately.
He even felt a sudden tightness in his chest.
He bent down to pick up the photo, staring at it closely.
This was very strange.
Daisy had been dead for several days, and Aaron and his son Kurt were both in prison.
Even if they wanted to avenge Daisy, it wasn't possible.
So, who put this photo here?
Alexander quickly took out his phone and called his assistant, "Find out who Daisy was involved with before she died."
"Yes, Mr. Cross."
After hanging up, Alexander put the photo in his pocket.
He walked back to Sophia, looking at her pale face, and gently comforted her, "Don't be scared. I'll get to the bottom of this. Let me take you home."
He took Sophia's hand and started walking back.
Feeling her cold hand and seeing her dazed expression, Alexander stopped and looked at her gently, "Can you walk back?"
Sophia didn't speak, just stared at him nervously.
She was clearly terrified.
Alexander leaned down and kissed her forehead, teasing, "Aren't you usually pretty brave? A single photo scared you this much?"
Sophia's eyelashes fluttered, her voice tense, "Alexander, is Daisy really dead?"
"Yes, she is. My dad helped with the cremation. Aaron and Kurt are in prison, and she has no other relatives. Don't overthink it. It's probably just someone playing a prank."
He gently patted Sophia's head and asked softly, "You look like your legs are about to give out. Let me carry you home."
Sophia didn't refuse, letting Alexander lift her.
Her heart was in turmoil.
It wasn't until she buried her face in Alexander's chest, feeling his strong heartbeat, that she began to calm down.
Back home, Alexander placed Sophia on the bed.
He gently stroked her head, soothing her, "Close your eyes and try to sleep. I'll stay right here until you do."
Sophia had never been so compliant.
She stared at Alexander for a few seconds before closing her eyes.
But the terrifying photo kept her awake.
After a long time, she heard Alexander's low voice.
"Still can't sleep?"
Sophia nodded slightly.
Her cold hands clung tightly to Alexander's arm.
Seeing her like this, Alexander chuckled softly, "Want me to hold you while you sleep?"
Sophia's bright eyes stared at him, not saying yes or no.
This was completely unlike her.
Normally, she would have kicked him out long ago.
She must be really scared.
Alexander leaned down and kissed her forehead, looking at her gently.
"You invited me, remember? I'm not taking advantage of you."
With that, he quickly climbed into bed, lying beside Sophia, holding her tightly.
He gently stroked her back, his voice low, "Sleep now. I'm not leaving tonight."
Sophia lay in Alexander's arms, her anxious heart instantly enveloped in warmth.
She slowly closed her eyes.
After a long time, Alexander finally heard her soft breathing.
He looked down at her delicate face.
Unable to resist, he gently pinched her cheek, smiling, "Sophia, can you always be this good?"
The next morning.
When Sophia opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was Alexander's incredibly handsome face.
Alexander had a high nose bridge, perfect lips.
A sharp jawline.
Thick eyelashes cast a shadow on his eyelids.
Every feature on his face was perfect.
Sophia couldn't help but stare at his handsome face for a few more seconds.
Just then, she heard Alexander's low voice.
"Have you seen enough?"
Startled, Sophia quickly looked away, moving back a bit.
She snapped, "You were pretending to sleep."
Alexander opened his eyes, a mischievous smile on his lips, "If I didn't pretend, how could I see your greedy look? Like you wanted to eat me up."
As he spoke, he held Sophia tightly, his stubbly chin gently rubbing against her neck.
It made Sophia's scalp tingle.
"Alexander, let go. Go back home. My mom will be up soon."
Alexander chuckled softly, "You're really ungrateful. You clung to me last night, now you want to kick me out. No way."
"What do you want?"
"Let me kiss you, and I'll consider leaving through the window."
"In your dreams."
"Then I'll stay here. When your mom comes in, I'll tell her we did everything last night and ask her to make it official."
Sophia punched him angrily.
Alexander had lost his memory, but his ability to blackmail hadn't changed a bit.
If her family found out, they'd force her to marry Alexander immediately.
At this point, Sophia had no choice but to give in.
She blinked a few times, her voice small, "Kiss me and then leave through the window. If you try anything, I'll bite you."
Alexander looked at her with a mischievous smile, "Where do you want to bite? If it's where I think, I'd rather you bite me to death."
