Chapter 540 The Day of the Grand Wedding

One week later.

The Queen of Snowpeakia was getting married.

The grand wedding took place in the royal palace.

After all the elaborate and complex ceremonies were over, Bianca finally had a chance to rest in her room.

Paxon came running in with a box of pastries, his little legs moving quickly.

"Auntie, I brought you something yummy."

He ran up to Bianca, picked up a small cake, and handed it to her, looking up with wide eyes. "Auntie, you should eat something, or you'll starve. If you die, the masked man won't have a wife."

Bianca took the small cake, put it in her mouth, and smiled. "Did your grandma ask you to bring this?"

Paxon's bright eyes sparkled with mystery. "Nope, it was the masked man. He said you hadn't eaten much all day and was worried you'd be hungry, so he asked me to bring it to you. He also told me to give you this, saying you'd need it."

Paxon pulled a box of medicine from his pocket and handed it to Bianca.

Seeing the box, Bianca felt a jolt in her heart.

It was the stomach medicine she often took after drinking.

After breaking up with Edgar, she had once drunk so much that she ended up with a stomach hemorrhage, so every time she drank, her stomach would hurt.

Only those close to her knew about this. How did Smith know?

This person knew far more about her than she had imagined.

Bianca clutched the bottle tightly, her emotions unclear.

Just then, the Winters Family walked in.

Elise took her hand with concern. "Bianca, I know you've been through a lot. For the sake of the entire Winters Family, you sacrificed your freedom and gave up love to enter a political marriage. It breaks my heart."

Although she had always known this was the path Bianca had to take, as a mother, Elise couldn't get over it.

If it hadn't been for catching that great demon, the one sitting in the palace now should have been her.

Bianca wouldn't be in such pain now.

Bianca smiled and comforted Elise. "Mom, today is my wedding day. Please don't cry. What's wrong with a political marriage? He lives his life, I live mine, and we don't interfere with each other. This is exactly the life I want, so don't worry."

Derek patted her shoulder. "I think Smith seems like a good person. Try to get along with him. Not all political marriages are devoid of love."

"I understand, Dad."

After chatting with Bianca for a while, they prepared to leave.

Sebastian picked up Paxon. "Say goodbye to Bianca. We'll come visit her when we have time."

Hearing that Sebastian was taking him away, Paxon immediately hugged Bianca's neck.

He pouted. "You all go. I want to stay with Auntie. I'm afraid the masked man will bully her."

As soon as he finished speaking, a warm, pleasant voice came from behind.

"Don't worry, I won't bully her."

Smith, dressed in a sharp, elegant suit, walked in with long strides.

He nodded slightly to Derek and Elise. "Dad, Mom, don't worry. I'll treat Bianca well and make her happy."

Hearing this, Derek nodded heavily. "I only have one daughter. If she suffers, I'll use all the Winters Family's power to settle the score with you."

Smith smiled. "Rest assured, that day will never come."

He bent down, picked up Paxon, and pinched his cheek. "What do you call me?"

Paxon blinked his bright eyes. "Masked man."

"I married your aunt. Shouldn't you call me Uncle?"

Paxon stared at him for a few seconds, then said, "Mr. Cross gave me a gift when he asked me to call him Godfather. You didn't give me anything, so I won't call you that."

Hearing this, Smith chuckled.

He immediately pulled a gift from his pocket and handed it to Paxon, smiling. "Can you call me Uncle now?"

Paxon took the gift, his little eyes lighting up with excitement.

"Wow, it's more than what Mr. Cross gave me."

He hugged Smith's neck and sweetly called out, "Thank you, Uncle."

"Good, come play here often."

Paxon put the gift in his small backpack, his bright eyes looking at him. "If you let me stay with Auntie, I'll call you Uncle again."

Seeing the mischievous glint in Paxon's eyes, Smith couldn't help but laugh.

"Not today. Today is our wedding night."

"What's a wedding night?"

"It means the groom and bride sleep together."

Paxon's bright eyes turned, and then he looked at Sebastian. "Why didn't I see Mom and Dad's wedding night? Did you hide me because I was little?"

Hearing this, the whole family laughed.

Sebastian held him in his arms and patted his little butt. "You were in your mom's belly then. Alright, we should go now. Don't keep your aunt and uncle from resting."

He glanced at Smith with a meaningful look. "Take good care of Bianca."

Smith nodded. "Don't worry, I will."

The Winters Family left, and the room suddenly became quiet.

In the large room, it seemed they could hear each other's heartbeats.

Smith walked to the bed, knelt, and grabbed Bianca's ankle.

Startled, she pulled away. "Smith, I told you, we're only married. There won't be any intimate contact."

Smith smiled and grabbed her ankle again, slowly removing her high heels.

Seeing two blisters on her toes, he immediately bent down and gently blew on them, then asked, "Does it hurt?"

"No, I'm used to it."

What woman doesn't get blisters from high heels?

She wasn't that delicate.

Before Bianca could react, Smith had already picked her up.

He walked towards the bathroom.

Startled, Bianca struggled. "What are you doing?"

Smith looked down at her slightly embarrassed face and smiled. "Don't worry, I won't touch you until you fall in love with me. You're too tired today. Let's take a hot bath. I'll add some rose oil."

He placed Bianca on the sink.

Then he bent down and turned on the bathtub faucet.

The bathroom quickly filled with white steam.

Smith wore a white shirt and black trousers.

His shirt sleeves were rolled up, revealing a bit of his toned forearm.

The shirt buttons were undone, showing his sexy, firm chest.

Bianca's heart couldn't help but flutter.

She didn't know why, but she always saw Edgar's shadow in him.

But Sebastian had clearly told her that Smith was fine, just the youngest son of the William Family.

She shouldn't have such ridiculous thoughts.

As Bianca stared at Smith's exposed chest, a shadow suddenly appeared in front of her.

Smith's warm, wet hand gently caressed her earlobe, his deep, magnetic voice penetrating her eardrum.

"If you like looking at my body, I can strip for you."
