A few days later...
Paxon had been taken to various places by Smith and Leonard, and he was almost having too much fun to leave.
But when he heard the news that Sophia was pregnant, he immediately packed his bags and prepared to go home.
Leonard playfully pinched his cheek and said, "In such a hurry to leave? I was hoping to take you out for a few more days."
Paxon paused his packing, blinked his big eyes, and said, "No matter how great it is here, it's not as good as my wife. I need to go back and build our relationship. Dad says Mom loves him so much because he treated her well even when she was still in the womb."
Leonard couldn't help but laugh at his words. "I'm twenty-eight, and I don't love my wife as much as you do."
"That's because you're silly and don't realize someone likes you."
Leonard frowned, "Do you know something I don't?"
"Of course, but I won't tell you. I have two secrets, one about Uncle Leonard and one about my uncle. I'm a man, and I have to keep others' secrets."
"You're talking like it's true. Mr. Green is here to see Orla; let him take you back."
Paxon nodded obediently, "Where is he now?"
"At school. I'll take you there, and then you can go to the airport with him."
Leonard took Paxon to Orla's school.
When the handsome duo appeared, they instantly attracted a crowd of girls.
"That guy is so handsome! I want his Facebook."
"Wake up, didn't you see he has a kid?"
"Why do all the good-looking guys get married so young?"
As the students were chatting, Orla and Tyler came down from upstairs.
Seeing Paxon, Orla immediately ran over, bent down, and picked him up.
She kissed his chubby cheek, "Paxon, I'll miss you when you leave. What should I do?"
Paxon held her face with both hands, his eyes smiling, "I'll call you, Orla. While I'm away, you have to keep going strong."
Orla understood his meaning and smiled, kissing him again, "Okay, remember to keep my secret."
"Don't worry, I won't tell anyone."
Tyler saw the two being affectionate and smiled at Leonard.
"When did these two get so close?"
Leonard shrugged, "How should I know? But I feel like they're hiding something from me."
Tyler chuckled, "What could they possibly be hiding? It's not like Paxon has a crush on Orla."
"Shut up. Paxon already has a wife in the womb. He's rushing back to build their relationship."
"What if Sophia has a son? This kid would go crazy."
"Can't you wish Paxon well? Be careful, your niece is in my care. If you bully my nephew, I'll bully your niece."
"Why are you so protective? I'm just joking. Look at me, my daughter is in kindergarten, and my wife is pregnant with our second child. It's the peak of my life."
Leonard kicked him, "Get lost. Stop showing off."
Tyler laughed and picked up Paxon, "Let's go, kid. Say goodbye to them."
Paxon waved his little hand, "Uncle Leonard, take good care of Orla and don't bully her."
Leonard smiled and ruffled his hair, "Alright, hurry up. If you don't leave now, you'll miss your flight."
Watching their car drive away, Leonard's eyes suddenly felt warm.
This was the longest he had spent with Paxon.
He suddenly felt reluctant to part.
At this moment, he understood the happiness Sebastian had.
But he was still alone.
This kind of happiness seemed far away from him.
Seeing him a bit sad, Orla smiled at him, "Uncle Leonard, are you thinking about getting a wife?"
Leonard snapped out of his thoughts and tapped her head, "Kids shouldn't meddle in adult affairs."
"I'm eighteen. Why do you and Uncle Tyler still treat me like a kid? Do I have to date someone to prove I'm an adult?"
Leonard glanced at her, "Try it, and see if he doesn't break your legs."
Orla grumbled softly, "You think I wouldn't dare?"
"What did you say?"
"Nothing. I was asking if you'd like to stay for lunch. The food in our cafeteria is really good. My treat."
Orla's eyes were sincere, and Leonard couldn't bear to refuse.
He smiled and ruffled her hair, "Let's go."
The two walked into the cafeteria, causing quite a stir.
Given their age difference, they attracted even more attention.
A classmate approached, "Orla, is this your boyfriend?"
Before Orla could respond, Leonard's deep voice answered, "I'm her uncle."
The girls were surprised and immediately started chatting, "Sir, I'm Orla's college friend. We're really close. Can we add you on Facebook?"
Leonard was surrounded by several girls asking for his Facebook.
Orla didn't help; instead, she watched the scene with amusement.
Leonard tapped her head, "Seeing me surrounded, aren't you going to help?"
Orla grinned mischievously, "Do you really want my help?"
"Of course, or this place will be chaos."
"No matter what method I use?"
"As long as you can get them to leave. They're girls; I can't just push them away."
Orla's lips curled into a sly smile, "You said it."
She then grabbed Leonard's arm, leaned her head on his shoulder, and smiled, "Don't trouble him. He likes me. He's just my uncle's friend, not my real uncle. We're together."
Hearing this, not only were the classmates shocked, but Leonard was also surprised.
He looked down at Orla's innocent face.
Leonard couldn't help but laugh.
He whispered in her ear, "You're really sacrificing yourself to save me."
Orla looked up at him, "You promised not to blame me, no matter what method I used."
Leonard shook his head helplessly.
Orla, like Paxon, had many quirky ideas.
She even claimed he liked her.
If this were true, their families would be furious.
But given the situation, Leonard had no choice but to let Orla continue.
A classmate asked, "Orla, is this the man you've been secretly in love with?"
Orla nodded without hesitation, "Yes, isn't he handsome?"
"Why didn't you get together sooner? Why torture yourself?"
"Because of our families' status. We couldn't say anything. Even now, we're secretly dating. Please keep it a secret, or my family will break my legs."
"Forbidden love with an uncle, it's my dream. Orla, you must stay together forever."
"Yes, Orla, we know your secret love story. Now that you're together, stay together forever."
Facing everyone's blessings, Orla wasn't embarrassed; she handled it gracefully.
Leonard couldn't help but smile.
Orla's acting was impressive, making it seem real.
She should be in Hollywood.
After the classmates left, only Leonard and Orla remained.
Orla raised her eyebrows at Leonard, "Uncle Leonard, I've scared them off. No one will dare approach you now."
Leonard smiled, "Aren't you afraid no one will pursue you?"
"Of course not. For you, I'd do anything."
She said this, but inside, she was thrilled.
She finally expressed her feelings publicly.
This was her second step in pursuing Leonard, making him understand her feelings.
Orla smiled and took Leonard's hand, "Let's go. Couples should act like couples. We need to complete the act."
She then linked her arm with Leonard's and walked to the cafeteria window.
At that moment, someone took a picture of them with a camera.
