Chapter 618 Things I Want to Do
Kaia clapped her little hands and exclaimed, "Yes, yes! We need to get Mommy a ring. Grown-ups need diamond rings when they get married!"
Theodore chuckled and pinched Kaia's cheek. "Alright, we'll check out wedding dresses too. When the wedding comes, you can be the flower girl, okay?"
"Okay! Paxon already told me about it. He said flower girls get presents too. Daddy, will you give me a present?"
"Of course, sweetie. Daddy will give you a big present because our Kaia is so cute and well-behaved."
Theodore wrapped his arm around Wilhelmina's shoulder, gazing deeply into her eyes. "Honey, I made your favorite spaghetti bolognese. You and Kaia sit down, and I'll serve it."
He kissed Wilhelmina on the forehead and led her by the hand towards the dining room, completely ignoring Phoenix behind them.
Phoenix was fuming, her high heels nearly breaking from her stomping. No matter how much she called out to Theodore, he didn't even turn around.
Darren, supported by Reginald, walked over and said with a smile, "Phoenix, you can see it yourself. Theodore is very happy now. Why degrade yourself by trying to interfere in someone else's marriage? Is this what your elders taught you?"
Phoenix gritted her teeth. "Mr. Vale, do you really think Theodore is happy now?"
"What man wouldn't enjoy having his wife and child by his side? Even though I can't see anymore, I can feel that Theodore is much happier now than he ever was with you. Take care of yourself. Our family doesn't welcome you anymore, so don't come back."
Reginald gestured towards the door. "Miss Thomas, please."
Being shown the door was a first for Phoenix. She glared at Reginald and stormed out. As soon as she stepped outside, her phone rang. Seeing the caller ID, she answered immediately. "What did you find out?"
"Miss Thomas, Wilhelmina has a gambler father who was sent to jail a few days ago. Theodore personally put him there. This man abused Wilhelmina since she was a child, and Theodore doesn't want him to get out."
Hearing this, Phoenix smirked. "Send me his information."
After hanging up, Phoenix received a message with Brian's file. She stared at it, her eyes darkening. She gritted her teeth. "Wilhelmina, you dare to take my man? I'll make your life a living hell."
After breakfast, Theodore took Wilhelmina and Kaia to the mall, buying lots of clothes and daily necessities. The family of three also picked out a wedding dress.
When Wilhelmina stepped out in a white wedding dress, Theodore and Kaia were stunned. After a long moment, Kaia ran over, looking up with a beaming face. "Mommy, you look so beautiful, the most beautiful bride in the world. Right, Daddy?"
Theodore hugged Wilhelmina from behind, kissing her exposed skin. Looking at their reflection in the mirror, he smiled. "Yes, Mommy is the most beautiful bride, and you are the most beautiful little girl. You both are Daddy's favorites."
Kaia giggled. "Paxon says Mommy is Daddy's true love, and we're just surprises. Daddy, Mommy is your true love, and I'm just a surprise, not your favorite."
Theodore laughed. "What nonsense is Paxon filling your head with? When I see him, I'll give him a good talking to."
"Don't scold Paxon. He likes me a lot. He even let me kiss Zaid and Ingrid. Daddy, they're so cute, with soft little hands. I want a little sister too."
Hearing this, Theodore kissed Wilhelmina's lips, looking deeply into her eyes. "That needs Mommy's approval. Honey, how about we grant our daughter's wish tonight?"
Wilhelmina glared at him. "Theodore, can you not say such things in front of the child?"
Theodore chuckled, whispering in her ear. "Alright, we'll talk about it under the covers tonight."
As he spoke, he blew warm air into her ear, making Wilhelmina's scalp tingle. Her ears were her most sensitive spot, and just a kiss could make her lose control.
Wilhelmina glared at Theodore. "If you keep talking, I won't speak to you anymore."
Seeing her flushed cheeks, Theodore's desire grew stronger. He quickly took out his phone and called his assistant. Within a minute, the assistant arrived and took Kaia and the staff away, leaving only Wilhelmina and Theodore in the fitting room.
Theodore's true nature emerged. He slowly leaned down, his eyes burning with desire. His voice grew huskier. "Honey, do you know what I want to do most right now?"
Wilhelmina sensed something was off and backed away, stammering. "Theodore, this is a bridal shop, not home. Can you not mess around?"
Theodore grinned mischievously, biting her ear lightly. "Didn't you always dream of owning your own bridal shop? This shop is my gift to you, so it's now our private place."
Wilhelmina looked at him in disbelief. She had studied fashion design in college and applied to Vale Group as a designer. But Vale Group had high standards, requiring both expertise and experience. As a fresh graduate, she had no chance of being hired. So she chose to start as a secretary, hoping to learn from the designers. But her pregnancy put that plan on hold.
Now, hearing Theodore mention it, she was surprised. She had casually mentioned this dream to Theodore when she was his secretary, never expecting him to remember.
Moved, she looked at Theodore, unsure how to express her feelings. Seeing her reaction, Theodore's desire intensified. His warm lips trailed down her delicate collarbone. His voice was husky. "Don't you want to know what I want to do most right now?"
Wilhelmina, still emotional, was thrown off balance by his teasing. Her voice trembled. "What do you want to do?"
Theodore stopped, his eyes burning into hers. "I want to see you in that wedding dress, under me."
