Chapter 533 Three Days and Three Nights

Sophia was getting lost in Alexander's kiss, her breath coming in short gasps. "Alex, let's go upstairs. Someone might see us here."

Alexander's eyes were filled with an unquenchable desire.

He bit down on Sophia's chest like a ravenous wolf, tearing at her dress without a second thought.

His lips trailed down her delicate collarbone.

Sophia couldn't handle the intense stimulation, a low, raspy moan escaping her throat.

But her rational mind told her this place wasn't safe.

They could easily be caught by paparazzi.

Alexander's high-profile proposal tonight had probably already made the headlines.

If they were caught making love in the car, her reputation would be ruined.

Sophia struggled a bit, softly coaxing, "Alex, let's go home, okay? I don't want to do this here."

Alexander slowly lifted his head from her chest, his eyes burning with passion.

His voice was hoarse and rough.

"Soph, I love you."

"I know, let's go upstairs, okay? I don't want to be seen."

Alexander finally regained a bit of his sanity, took off his jacket, wrapped it around Sophia, and carried her upstairs.

As soon as the door opened, the familiar surroundings and the familiar person in his arms brought back a flood of memories.

Their eyes met, breaths mingling.

Alexander gently caressed Sophia's cheek, his voice low and husky, "Soph, I've missed you so much."

He leaned down and kissed her lips.

They didn't even have time to turn on the lights before they were passionately kissing.

As the atmosphere grew more heated, clothes were scattered all over the floor.

The room was filled with the sounds of their passion throughout the night.

It wasn't until dawn that the room finally returned to its usual calm.

The next morning.

Sophia was woken up by the sound of her phone ringing.

Still groggy, she answered the call, and Betsy's excited voice came through, "Sophia, you're trending! Alex's proposal video is all over the internet, and now everyone is talking about you. The studio has received tons of calls for you to star in new projects."

Sophia wasn't surprised by this.

She had anticipated this outcome.

Fans nowadays crave authenticity.

Unlike in the past, when finding out their favorite star was in a relationship would make them unfollow.

Now, real-life love stories moved them more.

Sophia and Alexander's relationship had been on and off many times.

This time, their reunion was what everyone had hoped for, making fans believe in true love again.

Sophia smiled faintly, "I know. Handle the work stuff for me. I can't make it today."

Betsy chuckled knowingly, "I figured you wouldn't. But I have another big piece of news for you."

"What news? Did someone steal my spotlight?"

"You've been trending at number one since last night, but Edgar posted on Twitter this morning, and now you're second."

Sophia was surprised, "What happened with Edgar?"

"You won't believe it. Edgar announced that the movie you're working on with him will be his last. He's retiring from acting."

This news shocked Sophia.

She and Edgar were good friends, but he had never mentioned any plans to retire.

Could this have something to do with Bianca?

After hanging up, Sophia got dressed and walked out of the bedroom.

She immediately saw Alexander in the kitchen, cooking.

He was wearing a gray loungewear set, his hair unstyled and falling naturally over his forehead.

It softened his usually rugged features.

Sophia leaned against the doorframe, taking in the scene.

A warm feeling surged in her heart.

She and Alexander had gone through so much, only to end up back where they started.

Two years ago, he would make her breakfast every morning.

Now, they were more mature and loved each other even more.

Sophia walked up behind Alexander and hugged his waist.

Her voice was husky from sleep. "What are you making? It smells so good."

Alexander put down what he was holding, turned around, and hugged her, kissing her forehead.

He smiled, "Soup. I need to replenish after last night. I think I lost a kidney trying to satisfy you."

Sophia looked up at him, "Who was the one who wouldn't stop? I didn't say anything."

Alexander chuckled, "It was me, okay? Go freshen up. I'm making you some noodles with top-quality chicken broth. It's delicious."

He carried Sophia into the bathroom.

Looking at her makeup-free face in the mirror, her cheeks soft and dewy, he couldn't resist pinching her chin and biting her lip.

"Baby, I don't need my other kidney. I just need you."

With that, his hand slipped under her nightgown.

Startled, she pulled back.

"Alex, stop it. I'm really hungry."

Alexander squeezed her soft flesh a few times, his eyes deep as he looked at her, "Call me 'husband,' and I'll let you go."

Sophia turned her head away. "No."

"Then don't blame me for being rough."

He lowered his head and bit her softness.

The intense sensation made Sophia cry out.

She quickly softened her voice, "Husband."

Hearing her call him 'husband,' Alexander's eyes filled with an uncontainable smile.

He slowly lifted his head, kissed her lips, and said hoarsely, "Good girl, your husband will just kiss you."

Later, Sophia realized that Alexander's idea of a kiss meant not missing an inch of her skin.

Inside and out.

In the end, she couldn't take it anymore and surrendered.

After such an intense morning workout, Sophia was completely exhausted.

She couldn't even hold her utensils during breakfast.

Alexander ended up feeding her bite by bite.

And so, they spent three whole days and nights in that small apartment, just eating and sleeping.

It wasn't until the fourth day, when Paxon called, that Sophia's life returned to normal.

As soon as she answered, Paxon’s young voice came through.

"Sophia, have you been working hard to give me a wife these past few days?"

Sophia burst out laughing at his words.

She replied with a smile, "Don't worry, I'm working on it. Have you arrived in Snowpeakia?"

"Just got here. There's a really pretty lady with us. She's Lydia's sister."

Sophia knew the child, Orla Green, Tyler's niece.

Her parents had died in a kidnapping incident.

She was raised by her grandparents and uncle.

Sophia was surprised, "Why is she with you?"

"Mr. Green said she's going to college in Snowpeakia, and he didn't have time to bring her, so Dad and I brought her. She's really pretty and gave me candy."

"Does that mean you like Orla more than me now?"

"No way, Orla is Orla, and you're you. It's different. Sophia, I bought you your favorite chocolate."

His words melted Sophia's heart.

As they chatted, she suddenly heard Sebastian's voice, "Alright, enough talking. Leonard is here to pick us up."

Paxon quickly hung up and looked towards the arrival gate.

He spotted Leonard in a gray suit standing in the crowd.

Excitedly, he ran towards him on his short legs, shouting, "Uncle, I missed you so much."
