New Phase 4
Olivia, who was taken aback by her father-in-law’s question, gave her husband who heard their conversation a questioning look, and he whispered.
“A car.”
Freya, who was watching them, smiled and nodded to whatever her brother who she must support said. But Olivia was not comfortable with such a gigantic gift and could not keep her father-in-law waiting, smiled and said.
“Oh! I am so happy, father. Thank you. Can I think over it?”
“It is all right. I am waiting.”
(Cut)
She looked at her husband and sister-in-law and asked.
“How would father feel when I make such a massive request? Won’t he think that I am an opportunist?”
“Make the request first and let him think whatever he wished to think about. Is it easy to have a beautiful daughter-in-law?”
Freya teased and they smiled. Then, Denise added.
“What do you think is suitable to ask? A body cream?”
“Or a purse?”
Olivia added and laughed heartily. Then, Daniel who had not seen her laughed that way before laughed too. Now, Denise picked a piece of the Vanilla Fudge and bite, ignoring Olivia, who was laughing. At that instance, Denise phone rang, and he looked at the caller.
“Father is calling me.”
He announced ad they kept quiet and watched him pick the call.
“Hello, father.”
“Hello, Denise. Angel is shy to tell me what she needed. What do you think I should get for her?”
Olivia had never had it so good before. The ball had shifted to her husband’s court, let him play it. To Denise, that was an open check. He diplomatically declared.
“Now that she is trying to venture into entertainment, I think she would need a car that would befit her status.”
“I get it. See you later.”
“Okay, father.”
(Cut)
Freya screamed in jubilation while Olivia gave her husband a hug. Daniel, who was exceptionally happy to see everyone happy, asked his mother.
“Mommy, what happened?”
“Grandpa will get a car for your auntie.”
“Oh! That is great.”
He gave Olivia a hug too and sat quietly beside her. A few minutes later, he slept off.
“Angel, please repeat what you told me about the concert for kids to big sister.”
Mr. Denise Bailey demanded from his wife. Then, she briefed Freya about her plans and she was delighted.
“Wow! That is quite interesting. My husband would be happy to hear this.”
Then, Olivia turned and reminded her husband of an important aspect of their visit.
“Hubby, what about the private tutor for Daniel.”
“Leave that to me and Phil. We will work that out.”
“It is all right.”
They chatted for a few minutes before they took their leave.
“Thank you for coming.”
“It is all right. I will speak with your husband later.”
“That will be fine. Angel, thank you for thinking good about my son.”
“Oh! It is my pleasure. Take good care of him.”
Mr. Denise Bailey teased his wife as they were driving home.
“What will you give me to me for coming to your rescue?”
Olivia laughed again and declared.
“Ask for whatever you want, I will give it to you.”
Now, the traffic light had turned to red, and he stopped. He gave his wife, who did not understand the magnitude of the word ‘anything’ a look and admired her innocence.
“Do you realize the meaning of ‘anything’?”
“Certainly. Just ask for anything.”
“Okay. I want our baby to be a girl.”
Olivia screamed and said.
“No way. It is not part of the anything.”
Denise laughed and drove off as the light had turned green. Soon, they were at home.
Saturday Morning.
When Mr. Denise Bailey said that they should leave the matter of the Private Tutor to him and Phil and that they would work it out, he had Jude Addy in mind. Though he had not tested his ability. Later, he asked the Security Officer to find out how good he was in piano. He reported back to him that he was good.
Now. Mr. Phil Anderson would come to his house with his family and pick Olivia before proceeding to the Tourist Center. The arrangement appealed to Denise, who had been thinking of what excuse that he would give to his wife. He was afraid that she would love to accompany him to Sevenoaks and would not wish her to come with him for many reasons.
Firstly, he would not want to involve her in the feud between him and his brother secondly, he believed that the mysterious man in his dream that promised to come for his baby after birth was connected with her ex. For that, he would not want her to visit Sevenoaks for now if possible, forever.

“Good morning, my Angel.”
He greeted as he attempted to wake his wife from sleep. Olivia opened her eyes and yawned and Denise, who got infested by her yawning, yawned too.
“Good morning, hubby. I hope you slept well?”
“You should know better.”
He teased before he got off the bed. Olivia sat up and smiled at her husband’s joke before she spoke.
“Let us have our twenty minutes’ walk out before it escape our memories again.”
Denise smiled and responded.
“You are right.”
They dressed up, had their walkout and returned to the house for breakfast. Then, they were ready for their programs for the day. Mr. Nicholas arrived at 7:30 am and picked Denise.
“My Angel. Freya would be here soon. I hope to meet you at the Tourist Center.”
“I will be waiting.”
(Peck)
He walked out briskly to meet his Godfather who parked at the courtyard, and Olivia followed him at once.
“Good morning, Mr. Fields. Good to see you.”
“Good to see you, Angel. How are you?”
“I’m good. How is Mrs. Fields?”
“She is fine. Take care. I will keep your husband away from you for long.”
She smiled and bade them farewell.
“See you later.”
She watched them drive out of the gate before she returned to the house. Mr. Nicholas Fields volunteered to accompany him to see his brother Louis, not because he had all the time, but because he was interested in the matter. He could not guarantee that Denise would handle the matter to his satisfaction, besides, he would want to see Louis too and find out his reason for such silence.
“Is he aware that we are coming?”
“No. Godfather. Do you think I should have informed him?”
“Not really. But I am thinking of the possibility of meeting him at home.”
“He is not the outgoing type, and he has a few friends. Tracking him won’t be a problem. I must see him today, come what may.”
“It is all right. Thank you for taking the initiative. I am proud of you.”
“Thank you, Godfather.”
After one hour twenty minutes’ drive, they were at Mr. Louis Bailey’s house in Sevenoaks. Now, Mr. Nicholas Fields parked at the car port beside Louis’ car after the Security Guard opened the gate for him. Incidentally, Mr. Louis was at home. He had declined Dr. Kadon Quain’s invitation to join him at the training that morning with the excuse that he was going to work at home.
“Good morning Sirs. Good to see you.”
The Security Guard, Tony, greeted when they got off the vehicle and began to walk towards the house.
“Good morning. How is work?”
Mr. Field responded.
“Work is fine.”
Now, Mr. Denise Bailey asked.
“How is your boss? We would like to see him.”
“He is fine. Come in.”
Now, the security guard led them into the parlor and said.
“Kindly make yourself comfortable while I inform him of your arrival.”
Mr. Fields appreciated and took his seat, while Denise ignored his advice and began to walk towards the bedroom, where Louis was busy with his work. Meanwhile, the Security Guard was not familiar with him, but he noticed some resemblance between him and his boss and he seemed to be conversant with the house. At that moment, Denise was in the bedroom door and Tony could not stop him. Then, he knocked on the door, before astonished Louis could look up from his system and respond to the knock on the door, Denise pushed the door open and got in.
At the Tourist Center.
Mr. Phil Anderson with his family drove to Mr. Denise Bailey’s house and picked Olivia, who was already waiting for them. When she got into the car, she exchanged greetings with Freya and her husband, then, the excited Daniel who was at the back seat with her greeted.
“Good morning, Auntie Angel.”
“Good morning, Daniel, how are you?”
“I am fine, and you?”
“I am fine.”
Then Mr. Phil Anderson spoke.
“I am sorry, Angel. I was not at home when you visited the other day.”
“No problem, Uncle. You were well represented.”
The stunned Phil looked at his wife who was on the passenger’s seat for a clue. She cackled and responded.
“Daniel was the chief host. He ushered them in, and before I could come downstairs, he had served them with Vanilla Fudge.”
Mr. Phil Anderson laughed heartily and said.
“Thank you for representing Daddy, Daniel.”
Meanwhile, Daniel, who had forgotten about the incident, was busy with Olivia’s phone as he watched his videos and photographs.
“Auntie, I will make music for you again today.”
“That will be nice. I will record you again.”
Soon, they were at the Tourist Center. The Security Officer, who had been expecting them, welcomed them cheerfully.
“A warm welcome to you all. Good to see you.”
“Thank you, Officer.”
