This Injustice Must Stop 1
It was not a secret that Jeff was the best student in the school, but he manipulated the results and published that Shirley was the best. Since the offended did not appeal for the verification of the result, everyone pretended not to see.
That was the reason his staff members wanted him out of the way so that they can have someone who would redeem the tarnished image of the school. Then, Mr. Benjamin Noah threw a general question to the class.
“How are you preparing for your Mini Projects?”
As usual, they would not respond unless they were appointed to do so. Therefore, Mr. Noah decided to be personal.
“Jeff, tell us. How are you preparing for your project?”
“I'm cool. Thanks for your concern.”
Jeff responded. Meanwhile, his voice was unwavering, and that was undoubtedly what Mr. Noah wanted. Then, he asked others too to disguise his quest. Nevertheless, he teased the class before he left.
“I'm sure some of you will make the Cherry Fields or Endless Love Arcadia your case studies?”
The class cackled with laughter as they gave their different responses.
“How is that possible?”
“Those places are out of our leagues.”
“Mission impossible.”
Jeff also smiled. He had already made up his mind that his Case Study would be the Endless Love Arcadia.
After the first lecture, Jeff requested Sidney.
“I want to check on my brother. Inform. Kindly inform Mr. Brown that I will be a bit late.”
“It is all right. I will do that.”
Subsequently, Jeff stood up, and the class became quiet. They were ranting about the question from Mr. Noah, but as soon as Jeff stood up, they all kept mute. They have heard how he humiliated the terrors of the campus. Furthermore, they talked among themselves after he walked out.
“I learned that he beat up Shirley, the most beautiful girl on the campus, when she made love advances to him.”
“He must be a gay, then?”
“I think so.”
Meanwhile, he, met Mr. Brown at the staircase as he walked down.
“Good morning, Mr. Brown.”
He greeted.
“Good day to you, Jeff. Where are you heading to?”
“I wish to check on my brother. I will be back soon.”
“It is all right. Be brief about it, please. Meanwhile, you look good today.”
Jeff smiled and acknowledged the compliment.
“Thank you, Mr. Brown, I will be back soon.”
At the Vice Chancellor's office
He walked quickly to Leon's lecture hall, ignoring the eyes leering at him from the windows. Then, he picked Leon from his class, and they proceeded to the Vice Chancellor's Office with one mission, to ensure that the gangsters leave the school. He was longer bothered about his result.
Unfortunately for the Vice-Chancellor, the gangsters were in his office in response to his summons. When the secretary saw them, he allowed them in too, thinking that the VC summoned them as well.
“Good morning, Prof. Miller.”
They greeted when they walked into his office. Now, the four boy, as well as the VC, were startled when they heard their voices.
“Hi.”
Shirley greeted as she gave Jeff a seductive look, which everyone noticed, including her boyfriend. Meanwhile, Jeff, who, was already aggrieved when he met them, reduced her to nothing with his next move.
“I'm not as cheap as your boyfriend, so don't look at me that way again.”
They were all shocked at such a disrespectful and irreverent chap. Nevertheless, Leon went straight to the point.
“Prof., we are surprised to see these miscreants. We wish to know when they are leaving the school or, do you want to leave along with them?”
Then, the infuriated Vice-Chancellor, who must defend his integrity, cautioned him.
“Young Man, watch your tongue, I won't have you insult me in my office.”
Then, Jeff intervened.
“We are sorry, Prof. Miller, if our attitude was rude. We only need to know when they are leaving the school because we cannot stand studying in the same school with them.”
By this time, the gangsters were sweating profusely because their secrets were about to be exposed, but the Vice-Chancellor still believed in them.
“I can't stand your empty threats anymore. I got a response to my emails yesterday from Cherry Fields despite your threat. Now we know who the higher-ups are.”
Now, Jeff smirked.
“Well, you have six more days to expel them, or you will regret ever switching my result.”
At that point, the VC showed fear, but covered up with a threat.
“Leave my office, or I will call the security on you brats from impecunious families.”
Leon was more anxious. He reminded him.
“Anyway, we are leaving, but as we promised yesterday. If we see them around, we will beat them up.”
The gangsters were not expecting it when the two used hand kicks and dealt with them. Meanwhile, Leon concentrated on Shirley's face and gave her more slaps that would remind her never to ogle on Jeff. Just like that, they walked out unscathed back to their classes.
When they left, the Vice-Chancellor was relieved. He had to condone the delinquencies of the youths for now because the mismanagement of that may create another saga for him. He already had enough on his plate. Now, he turned to the upset gangsters and gave a soothing smile to quell their grievances.
“Never mind the church mice. Their days are numbered in this school. By the time your parents show up, I will show them the way out.”
Now, the gangsters remained glued to the spot due to the pains they sustained from the kicks. The truth was about to emerge, and they feared what would befall them. Then, the VC continued.
“Come and give me the details of your parents at the Cherry Fields Oil and Gas Group.”
He announced, smiling and shoving a piece of paper towards them, but they remained mute and transfixed. When they were unmoved, he offered to assist.
“All right, just call out your father's Full name: Department: Contact: Date of employment, I will fill the form on your behalf.”
