The Latest Grandchildren 3

When the call ended, Mr. Louis Bailey, who was aware of the battle ahead of him, resolved to give his brother a call. Then, he dialed his number and when it rang, he rested his back on his swivel chair and awaited his response but to his astonishment, he heard his father's voice.
“Hello, Louis.”
“Father, where is my big brother.”
Now, his father took a deep breath and kept. Nevertheless, Mr. Louis Bailey became restless when he noticed that his father took a deep breath and sat up. Then he pressured.
“Father, what is the problem? Where is my brother?”
When Mr. Arthur Bailey noticed that he was being hysterical, he called out.
“Son.”
“Yes, father.”
He responded hastily.
“We did not wish to bother you with the bad news, that was why we informed you of the good news alone. Your brother was involved in an accident yesterday, but he is stable now and recuperating.”
Now, Mr. Louis Bailey's voice became emotional, and he spoke.
“Father, are you talking about my brother? Oh! My God.”
“Louis.”
Now, he had cut the call and began to prepare for a trip to Dover. When his father called him back, and he did not pick, as usual, he gave his secretary a call and when she picked, he requested.
“Hello, Cassandra, can I speak with your boss?”
“Good morning Chairman. I will give him the phone.”
“Thank you.”
Now, Cassandra Owen was beginning to get uncomfortable with the errand because she was afraid that it may result in Louis venting his anger on her someday. All the same, she knocked and opened the door. She showed her face before moving in, but her boss, who knew why she was coming, stopped her from moving forward.
“Tell him that I will call him back.”
He said, without lifting his face from his phone.
“Okay, boss.”
She passed the information to her Chairman, returned to her desk and resumed her work. Just like he promised, he gave his father a call.
“Hello, Louis. I hope you are not planning to drive yourself to Dover.”
“Not at all. The driver will bring me.”
“It is all right. Safe trip.”
“Okay, father.”
He cut the call and walked out of the office. Then he asked.
“Is there any news about the janitor, Cassandra?”
“Yes. Boss. His parents said he is in a hospital in a suburb.”
“It's all right. Erick.”
“Yes, boss.”
“Come with me.”
“It is all right.”
Erick got up at once and followed. While they were walking out, he gave his driver a call, and he arrived at once with his car.
“Erick, get into the car. I hope you know the hospital that she is referring to?”
“No, boss.”
“So what do we do? I want us to see the janitor briefly before I move to the headquarters.”
“I suggest that Cassandra comes with us.”
However, Mr. Louis Bailey, who was trying to avoid any closeness with Miss Cassandra Owen, had no choice but to go with her. Then he came up with an idea.
“That is good. You can pick her with your car and lead the way.”
“It is noted, boss.”
Subsequently, they hit the road and when they got to the hospital, Mr. Louis Bailey was shocked. The hospital building could collapse on the patients and staff. They met the janitor, who was still unconscious, and he was moved with pity. After seeing the janitor, they walked out and held a brief meeting while standing beside his car.
“What do you think about the janitor's condition?”
“He may not survive it with the poor medical attention they are giving to him.”
Erick said with boldness, while Cassandra only looked on. She had many things to say to her boss, and prominent among them was 'be my man'. Then Louis Bailey said.
“The company clinic does not have a medical package for janitors otherwise, I would have suggested that we move him to the clinic.”
“You are right, boss.”
Erick confirmed. Mr. Louis Bailey was aware that Miss Cassandra Owen is smart, and her input could be cogent. Then, he asked.
“Cassandra, say something. What do we do?”
Just as he thought. Her suggestion was legit.
“I suggest that we present his case to the management and request for assistance on his behalf.”
“Do that right away and send the proposal to my mail. I will table your request before the Chairman.”
“All right, boss. Safe trip.”
“Safe trip.”
“Thank you.”
He acknowledged before he got into his car and the driver took off.
“She had such an idea and kept me waiting all the while. “
He murmured with disgust. Now, he had started working with Cassandra Owen again as his secretary. Even if he asked Erick to do that, the Chairman would have queried it. So, he was in order.
At the Bailey International Conglomerates.
Mr. Louis Bailey got to the complex and walked straight to his father's office. Meanwhile, his father was prepared for his claim over the babies.
“Welcome, Louis. I hope that your trip was smooth.”
“Yes, father.”
“Let's go to the clinic.”
“All right, father.”
When they got to the clinic, the doctor took them to the ward, where they met Denise still sleeping and advised facing Mr. Louis Bailey.
“I will advise that we allow him to rest.”
“You are right, doctor.”
Now, they began to walk out of the ward and headed towards the exit door.
“Thank you, doctor.”
Mr. Arthur Bailey greeted. Then they returned to the office and took their seats, and Louis asked.
“How did he survive such accident? I saw his damaged car.”
“From the information that I have gathered so far, it was a set-up.”
“What do you mean by a set-up?”
After the accident, he was kidnapped and the sponsors of the kidnappers were ammunition dealers who were not happy that he stopped the war at the United Dunforn Republic.”
“That is barbaric.”
“You are right.”
After Mr. Arthur Bailey narrated the incident to him and how they rescued his brother, he was elated. Afterwards, he forwarded the Cassandra's proposal concerning the janitor to his father and announced.
