The concert 3
They expected to see his classical tattoo and nose rings. Unfortunately, they saw none.
“I think there was a mix-up. The last time I spoke with him, he informed me that he would arrive from Kent this morning with the first flight. Let us wait for the second flight. No sacrifice is too much for our celebrity.”
Brian announced. His statement made sense to the crowd, but some people left. The people who left had their tickets, but they left because they needed to attend to some issues before 2 Pm.
At the Springfield Tourism and Resort Center
The multipurpose hall was filled to the brim and a lot at the gate waiting for a resale of a ticket but unfortunately, there were none to be sold. Mr. Sullivan Wood, who was aware that Tim Princewill was already in the suite, did not bother the fans with going to the airport. They had their nice Orange colored T-shirts upon jean trousers which made them to stand out. They stood conspicuously at the entrance and waited for the young celebrity.
At the Stadium in Dover.
All was set, and the guests had arrived. The electronic backdrop was displaying the dignitaries as they arrived. The celebrities of Kent were there to be associated with the upcoming artists, while some were there to impress Mr. Nicholas Fields, who sent the invitation to their Actors Guild Platform.
Meanwhile, Mr. Arthur Bailey, who felt that he had disturbed Cassandra Owen, Mr. Louis Bailey's secretary during his surgery, decided to compensate her. So, he bought a ticket for her and asked him to come along with her. Now, he had no excuse to give to his father rather than to obey. To ensure that he did not have any course to be close to her, he decided to go to with his driver, who picked Cassandra Owen from her house and subsequently picked him from his house.
“Good morning, boss.”
“Good morning, Mr. Bailey.”
The driver and Cassandra Owen greeted one after the other when he got into the car. He gave them a cursory reply.
“Good morning.”
And the driver took off. They drove silently until they got to Dover. To avoid running into Olivia, he took his seat at the back. Meanwhile, Cassandra Owen, who dressed her best to appeal to the man that she loved, could not tell whether he spared her a glance at all. She walked to the picture stand and took selfies with other celebrities who she only saw on the screen. Then, the host began.
“Ladies and Gentlemen, I wish to welcome you… Now, it's time to welcome the host as the host, Young Master Daniel Anderson, for his opening remarks.”
Now, Daniel, who was sandwiched between his parents and uncles, clasped hands with his dad and uncles before he began to work up to the stage. Meanwhile, when he had the hand clasped, the camera captured the act and projected on the electronic backdrop and that raised an uproar. His paternal and maternal grandparents were over the moon with contentment. The members of the Bailey Family Heads were gobbed smacked. Meanwhile, the youngsters who were there because of Tim were not as thrilled as their parents. Likewise, Mr. Louis Bailey, who was missing his nephew made up his mind, Olivia or no Olivia, he must meet with his nephew. Then, Daniel De Pianist began his opening remarks.
“Ladies and Gentlemen, I welcome you to this epoch making event in the entertainment industry. In most cases, children are left behind in this industry, or we play supporting or insignificant roles. Today, the tide had changed.”
He paused and looked at the crowd when a thunderous hand clap erupted and the camera men were projecting Mr. Nicholas Fields, who was smiling happily and Daniel intermittently. Then, he continued
“…. Once more, I wish to appreciate my grandparents, my parents, my manager, my uncle and his beautiful wife and all of you who are here today to support us. Welcome and enjoy your stay.”
The audience clapped as he walked back to his seat. Meanwhile, his parents were expecting him to return to his seat, but he walked past them and ran into the hands of his uncle, who was sitting behind his parents. They looked back to know where he was going. When they saw Louis giving him a hug, they exclaimed.
“Oh! Louis is here.”
He exchanged a head nod with them before he whispered into Daniel's ear.
“You made me proud, Daniel. You can return to your seat.”
Daniel nodded his head and clasped hands with him too before he returned to his seat. Meanwhile, the host had taken the microphone and teased.
“If you're in the entertainment industry, and you do not carry the children along, repent.”
The audience cheered and agreed with the host while the projector was focused on Mr. Nicholas Fields. When he could not hold on, he spoke.
“We have repented.”
The audience clapped more heartily. Now, Olivia was going through her speech when Daniel walked down from the stage. She was oblivious of how he returned to his seat. Now, the host announced again.
“Ladies and Gentlemen, let us welcome the Chief Executive Officer of Daniel De Pianist Show. She is the brain behind the show. She is Mrs. Olivia Bailey.”
Mr. Denise Bailey who was glad to be the husband of a beautiful achiever gave her a smile as she stood up and began to walk to the stage while all eyes were on her. When she got to the stage, the host handed the microphone over to her, and she began.
“Thank you, MC.”
She looked away from the MC and looked at the audience with joy radiating over her face.
“Before I give my speech, I would love my handsome husband, my friend, brother, lover of humanity. The man who gave me life when I was dying to be by my side.”
Now, the audience clapped for that wonderful husband even before he stood up. When he began to walk to the stage, they clapped more and more and finally, he was at the stage beside his beautiful wife.
