Chapter 173: Do You Want to Die?

"I'm fine!" Henry replied dismissively, then told Victoria to drive. She immediately got into her car. As Henry sat in the passenger seat, she asked, "Where to?"

"To my place!" Henry clarified, "The Supreme Residence."

He had taken Victoria's advice and hadn't carried his Desert Eagle, almost costing him dearly today.

Victoria drove towards the Supreme Residence. Henry called Charles, "Charles, a question: besides you, who else in Harbor Springs has a Desert Eagle?"

Victoria was stunned. When did they become friends?

Charles replied, "No one! The Desert Eagle is quite advanced. Even in the south, it's hard to buy, even with money."

"What about handguns?"

Charles said, "As far as I know, no one. Before I came to Harbor Springs, gang members didn't use firearms. The so-called Four Young Masters are known for different skills: Xavier for martial arts, Gavin for social skills, Nathan for being loud and arrogant. They didn't dare mess with me because I had a Desert Eagle and a handgun. Honestly, if they had firearms, I wouldn't have established myself so easily."

Henry asked, "Heard of anyone getting one recently?"

Charles shook his head, "No. Why?"

"Oh, just asking. Thanks!"

When they arrived, Henry went upstairs to retrieve his Desert Eagle. Victoria called Charles, "When did you become friends with Henry?"

Charles was surprised, "Who said we're friends? Do you think I'd be friends with him?"

Victoria laughed, "I'm back at the bar. Henry called you from my car."

Charles nodded, "People need to survive. If you can't beat them, you bow down."

Victoria asked, "Do you really not know who has firearms?"

Charles replied, "Why should I tell him?"

Victoria said, "Even if you don't, he'll find out. He was ambushed at the bar, dodging four shots. With his personality, he'll dig them out. I know you're biding your time, waiting for a chance. If he asks, why not do him a favor?"

Charles smiled, "If I tell him, he'll go straight to them. Let him dig; it might make the whole of Harbor Springs his enemy. Victoria, have you fallen for him?"

Victoria sighed, "Do you think he'd be interested in me?"

"True," Charles said, "I know you're capable. To gain his trust, you don't need to sleep with him."

"So, will you tell me who has firearms?"

Charles said, "Victoria, I can't."

He knew if he told her, Henry would know. Hearing footsteps, Victoria said, "He's back. I'm hanging up."

Henry got in and told Victoria, "To the hospital!"

"Which one?"

"The Second Hospital!"

Victoria knew he was either going to see Ryan or Erick, both there. "Henry," she warned, "It's fine to be tough on gang members, but Ryan is with the police. His father was once the top in Harbor Springs. If something happens to him, it could be serious."

Henry said nothing. Victoria didn't push further, knowing her advice could only go so far.

They arrived at the hospital, parking in front of the inpatient department. Henry got out, followed by Victoria, who wanted to prevent him from being too impulsive.

Henry headed straight to the orthopedics department, asking the nurse for Ryan's room and walking quickly. Victoria hurried after him.

The door was open. Erick and Ryan were getting IVs, and Ruby, who was off, was peeling an apple for Ryan. Hearing the hurried footsteps, especially Victoria's high heels, Ruby turned and saw Henry approaching, making her stand up in fear.

Erick, seeing Henry, was terrified. Ryan, lying flat due to his injuries, saw Henry enter and panicked, thinking Henry wasn't here for him. But Henry walked past Erick, stood between Ruby and Ryan, ignored Ruby, and pulled out his Desert Eagle, cocking it and pointing it at Ryan's head, "Are you tired of living?"

Victoria, who had followed, wanted to intervene but didn't dare speak, watching Henry with wide eyes. Ruby dropped the apple in fear. She knew Henry was ruthless but had never seen it firsthand. Now she understood why her brother was so scared. Henry's presence exuded a deadly aura, making Ruby feel the threat of death.

Everyone in the room believed Henry would shoot if provoked. Ryan, pale, stammered, "Bro...brother, no, Henry, I...I didn't do anything!"

"Didn't you just order someone to attack me?" Henry said coldly, "They fired four shots at me. I never take a loss or let things slide. I'll return four shots!"

Henry's eyes flashed with murderous intent, making Ryan tremble, "No, I didn't...I didn't order anyone to attack you. Besides, no one in Harbor Springs has firearms except you!"
