Chapter 104: Escape from Moonvalley
Kurt
My brother has a plan, and even though I don't like what it entails, I trust him and know it's what's best for everyone. Logan is a disgrace and doesn't deserve my trust, but Dom seems quite hopeful that our big brother is having doubts. Mentally, though, I'm not counting on him, but on Dominic and the twins, who have been acting like true betas.
"Lionel," I say as he enters my cell. My friend looks awful, and I know it's the distance from his mate. Unfortunately, we're going through the same thing, though it's worse for him because Robin is marked.
"Okay, Alpha, here's the plan: we're going to pretend that you all betrayed me, because sady, I have to stay here to keep you informed about what's going on in this pack the Goddess seems to have forgotten about it; even in the days when wolves roamed the world like savages, nothing like this was seen," he explains, giving me more details of Dominic's plan.
"All right, the trick is that we've received an external request for help and I free you so you can help. I hope everything works out, Logan will be asking questions," he whispers, and I sigh as we head out. They don't give me any more wolfsbane and I have to admit that the idea of getting out of here lifts my spirits and I can feel my wolf slowly waking up.
"There's no one around. I'm sorry, Alpha, but your uncle must be involved in something, and probably Irina as well. As for Logan, nothing has been heard from him in the last few days." Lionel speaks, looking everywhere.
"I understand more than well man" All this is embarrassing now. We arrive at the meeting point, but there's no sign of my brother. Time passes and he doesn't show up.
"Something must have happened to him," says Lionel.
"Unfortunately, I have to agree with you. My brother was never late. In fact, the only time he was late was when we came out of our mothers' wombs. I've always said that he would have made a better Alpha than Logan if only he'd been born first," I huff, and it's not even a joke; this is serious.
"We'll have to look for him," Lionel concludes. Following Dominic's scent, we arrive at what used to be his office, and to our horror, we also pick up Irina's scent. This can't be good. But when we break down the door, we could never have imagined what we'd find. The warrior was lying on top of my brother.
She wasn't just naked, she was rocking on top of him, her legs spread across his lap, her breasts shaking, trying to ride him. Dominic is tied up, eyes closed, fighting what's happening.
There's underwear on the floor and I can see her shaved pussy rubbing against my brother's dick, Dom has bite marks on his neck and love bites from what she's done to him. It doesn't take a genius to see that Irina has planned all of this. She wants to seduce him. He was right, she wants all three of us.
"By the holy goddess and all the stars," Ajax roars in my head. Even my wolf has awakened to protest the scene before us. Lionel is speechless and in shock; Dominic looks like he's suffering and Irina... is horny.
What kind of crazy world have we landed in, where a warrior seduces a wolf with a mate?
I have to admit that we wolves are willing to share a mate, and to see my brother with my mate... you could even say it turns me on. When Maddie moans in his arms, or when he takes her and she looks at me... I swear I get hard as a rock.
Although if the situation was with Logan, I mean... I don't know how I would react. But this... Goddess, no!
To make matters worse, the woman seems to think I came here to join them. What?
While Lionel plays his role of loyal beta to the pack perfectly, my brother and I start making excuses to leave. Irina sways naked, stroking her breasts and insisting that I stay with her, while my brother pulls up his pants as best he can, desperate to get out of here. He leaves his office shaking, and Lionel and I grab his arms. He seems weak, and I already know exactly what's going on.
"She gave me wolfsbane, I swear!" he gasps in distress.
"I know, Dominic. You don't even have to explain," I whisper as we hide behind the houses. We didn't want anyone to see us or find out about our plans.
"I underestimated her. I never imagined what she's capable of… Goddess that was... damn!" he whispers, still stunned.
"No one, Alpha. Irina is completely out of her mind. By all the heavens, that image will be burned into my brain," the beta comments, still in shock, as he signals us to move. The forest was close by, and as always, it would be our salvation.
"We just need to create a distraction," I say as Lionel seems to receive a message and his expression changes completely.
"My mate... my brother," he says in a panic, and as we try to calm him down, he begins to hyperventilate. "I received a message. They're in danger, the Night Wolves, Gerard... I think they've been captured. I've just lost contact with Liam!" our beta says, and we have to calm him down so he doesn't make a scene at this critical moment.
"Calm down, Lionel. We're heading there right now. Do you have a location?" Dom asks and I'm already thinking of a plan.
"Southern zone of the Black Forest." What? The Black Forest is no place for our mate. What the hell was the Council thinking? My mate is in real trouble.
"To hell with the distraction!" I growl, and before they can protest, I push one of the cars, sending it rolling down the pack's main street and causing a commotion. I walk over to another, and chaos breaks out in the street.
"Kurt!" Dom yells at me, but he sees it worked.
"What the hell?" I hear voices and screams, and in no time warriors are attending to the wreckage and commotion. I turn to our friend.
"Do you trust us, Beta?" He nods. "We won't let your mate and your brother suffer. We'll come back with everyone and keep an eye on what's going on here," I tell him.
"Be careful, Alphas," is his reply, and I realize that our friend is stronger than we thought, stronger than many wolves I know, because I know that his wolf must be desperate, telling him to go help his mate. He goes out to give orders and take part in the contingency plan the warriors have set up with the chaos I've caused, and hopefully he'll go unnoticed.
"Mate," Ajax repeats over and over in my head.
"We're going to get her, or we're going to die trying."
