Chapter 105: Full of Fury

"That was a brilliant move, Luna!" Liam exclaims as I show him the loose piece of fence. I hold it and pull it out easily while he tries to get closer to see. Suddenly he screams in pain when he moves.
"What's happening? Don't move, you're already badly injured, my mate" Robin says, trying to calm Liam. I don't like this situation at all. Not only are we trapped, but these men seem determined enough to have attacked Liam without hesitation. Something tells me they're not messing around.
"Now I get it. These bars contain wolfsbane, that's right!. They're meant to hold wolves, not humans," Liam says excitedly.
"Maybe this is our way out, is the only way!" I murmur.
"We have to get out. From what I've seen, I think this is an ancient temple. These evil wolves have taken it over, which is sacrilegious," he scoffs.
"But how?" Robin asks.
"If I create a distraction, Luna, do you think you can get out? If I'm not mistaken, temples like this have underground passages and maybe some well hidden ones. That must be how they stayed unnoticed in the forest," Liam mentions.
"Underground passages? How do we find them?" I ask intrigued.
"I don't see how we can escape and trick them. There are only three of us and we're surrounded. From what little I saw, there are many levels and warriors," my friend says in despair.
"I don't know yet, but hold on my love, we'll find a way," Liam says, putting his injured hand through the gap between the cells and comforting Robin. I know it would help him heal. Hours go by and we keep making plans. I try to keep my head clear, not to despair, but it's all very difficult.
"Someone's coming," Liam whispers, and we all fall silent. We do as he says and lean back in our cells.
I put the loose bar back in its place; I'm scared, I don't know what could happen here. I think if we stay, things will get worse. The man who enters is huge and terrifying, dressed in black and taking long strides.
"How are our prisoners? I'm here to see if our stupid beta is any more cooperative today," the man says. I watch in horror as two more behind him open the cell and grab Liam, but they don't take him away. Instead, they start beating him right in front of us as Robin screams. They kick him in the stomach, in the chest. One holds him down while the other uses him as a punching bag.
"No, please!" she cries, clutching the cell as Liam grits his teeth to keep from making a sound.
"Look at the stupid wolf, holding it in, so his human bitch won't suffer. But we know how you could suffer more. It's so easy with wolves... good thing I don't have a mate yet," the man says maliciously, and I watch in horror as he opens Robin's cell and drags her out while Liam screams.
"No! Stop this!" she screams.
"Let her go! Don't hurt her! You bastards! You have no dignity!" he shouts in desperation as my friend hyperventilates. The wolf is tall and looks vicious. There's no doubt in my mind that he's enjoying this.
"Let's see if we can convince you more and break your loyalty now that we have your mate, beta," the big man says, pushing Robin and cornering her near my cell. I scream and clutch the broken piece in my hand; it's my only advantage and the situation is critical.
"Don't touch her! Don't even look at her!" Liam shouts in panic as the two wolves hold him down and the large one approaches Robin with evil intent.
"I have to admit, for a human... this bitch is gorgeous. If I had to mate with one, it would be her. Look at her shiny skin, her long hair... she's very beautiful, yes… she is," the man says, stroking Robin's hair as she sobs and tries to pull away, but he holds her tight. They keep hitting Liam and I'm scared.
"How many mates do you have, sweetheart? They're twins, right? So you like having two dicks inside you..." the man whispers, stroking Robin's face. I feel like I'm going to explode. I start to kick and shake the bars while the man laughs.
"This one right here is less graceful, an ugly bitch, an Alpha's bitch, can you believe it? Have they fucked you too, little one?" the man asks me and I growl.
"Let her go! Leave them alone!" Liam manages to say as he receives more blows.
"But they say she's going to be a Luna and that she took care of the wolf. We don't know where that stupid animal came from, but it seems to be true. Do you know what it would mean for us if a human became a Luna? It would mean that we aren't a superior species, but that we are equal to you,' the wolf growls and comes so close that I have to face him. I slowly move the loose piece while he stares into my eyes.
"I'm not equal to you," I whisper.
"At least you're aware of that, you piece of human garbage..."
"No, I'm better than you, I'm better than a damned Night fucking Dog!" I growl angrily, and with one swift move, I push the bar, the wolfsbane covered piece of metal, through the gap right into the man's stomach, and he screams in pain, the end is kind of sharp and I use all my force.
I brace my legs against the bars, pushing hard until they give way a little more, and I continue to jab the metal into his body. There are screams, the man howls, Robin falls to the side and grabs something and starts to hit him over the head.
I don't know if this is the best opportunity, I had a life full of plans, but ever since I was kidnapped by these savages, everything has fallen apart. And now, literally now, I've got nothing, just this bar that's burying itself in this shameless man who wants to hurt my friend, who hit Liam.
And I don't know if that's luck or good fortune. Maybe luck is taking the opportunities that come your way. My hands hurt from pushing the bar into the man, I faintly hear the surrounding chaos, the situation has completely turned around.
At that moment, Liam seizes the opportunity and attacks the two wolves. He's full of rage, he doesn't seem to feel the pain of his injuries, his wolf must be screaming inside him. Robin also recovers, and I see madness in her eyes, she strikes the big man who's wounded, and anger and aggression come from within me, from all of us. By all the heavens...
I want to kill them.
I want to finish them all.
