Chapter 78: The Wedding
Robin
"I am so happy that you are with me right now, Maddie! I'm so incredible happy!"
"We're going to be presented together, it's... just amazing" she said happily as we jumped on my bed like two little girls.
"With two marvelous, sexy as hell boys!!!"
We had dreamed of getting married or having a family when we were kids, and here we were, in the least expected place: in the pack of our enemies, and I was going to have something close to a wedding in the wolf world.
According to my mates, this was even better, much more important, because humans got divorced, separated and didn't keep their promises, as they tend to say, looking disgruntled..
But tonight... they will swear to love me, to care for me, to respect me, and they told me that in the history of werewolves, no marked mate, presented to the pack and sworn into the world of wolves, had ever suffered.
On the contrary, all wolf women were quite happy when it came to love relationships. And let's face it....hat didn't happen in the human world, no fucking way!.
So my future looked very bright, golden if you can say so... my twins were everything I didn't even know I wanted in my life. They were what I needed, my joy and my love, and I truly wanted to spend the rest of my life with them.
"Do you know what it's like not to worry about them being unfaithful or hurting you, girl? To having the best sex, to have so incredible partners to adore you, And I love them! It's paradise, I'm telling you, and well... you already know it," I say to my friend, winking at her.
"I know, although I... my situation is more complicated because of Logan," she says a little sadly. That damn alpha! I put my arm around her shoulders.
"They're alphas, and the twins say they're just complicated, but I'm sure everything will work out. And if Logan wants to step aside, you still have those two alphas who love you like crazy, his loss!" I tell her, and she smiles.
I was glad the alphas let her stay with me. At first, I didn't like dragons very much, but more and more I understood who they were and more importantly, that they loved my Maddie.
Apparently the brothers were organizing and preparing the presentation, and I knew there were security issues because my twins were very attentive and worried. They had told me that they would explain it to me soon, but they didn't want to worry me during the ceremony. Damn, these guys were intense.
Maddie and I talked about the ceremony for a while, and suddenly I realized that this was really my wedding, and it was inevitable to think about my family.
"I would love for our family to be a part of this," I confess to her. I missed my parents, and the twins had confirmed that we would see them soon.
"I'm sure you'll be able to tell them, though maybe not all the details, you know... that you are marrying two guys" she says, and we both laugh.
Suddenly there's a knock on the door and one f my husbands appear... I swear he, as his brother, lit up every place they entered, to me, they were the only ones who existed.
"Luna... we've come to take you to your room to prepare you for the presentation," Liam says, smiling at me.
"I'll see you at the ceremony, baby" I say, hugging her.
"You'll look beautiful, and of course I'll be at your wedding," she says, and I feel like crying, fortunately, they all left.
I start to get ready, take a shower and smile like a fool as I put on a baby doll, which of course will go under my big golden dress. But I'm surprised when Lionel suddenly appears at my door.
"Mate... for heaven's sake..."
"What are you doing here?" I ask startled.
"Don't worry, mate. We don't have that weird tradition of not seeing the bride before the wedding," he says gesturing with his hands, he doesn't know how to use air quotes. I had been telling him about human traditions, and they all seemed pretty strange to him, even the concept of a wedding.
"I thought, that you'd be busy with the ceremony and everything…" I say as he slowly approaches.
The warriors had few uniforms; the wolves weren't very fond of such rules, but rather wore comfortable clothes. I suppose it made it easier for them to shift and take on their wolf form. Besides, a lot of clothes got lost between flesh and change. I loved that my mates were always well-dressed, but today... he looked damn delicious.
"We were on it, but I came in here and saw you like this... and there are things you can't do and then just move on to the next day. I don't even remember what I was going to tell you," he said, letting out a little appreciative whistle.
We had made love so many times that I had lost count, and each time it was better. What I never got used to was the almost electric tension when we were close, and I could sense what he wanted. They said it was because of the bond and being marked.
And now I felt this intensity. And I knew what was about to happen. It was so fast, I have no idea when it was, but Lionel had me in his arms, pressing me against his firm body, and I stood on my tiptoes to kiss him.
"I can't understand how we were so lucky to have such a beautiful... strong... radiant mate," he said, kissing my neck, licking my mark as I gasped. His hands were already firmly on my ass, my mates were obsessed with that part of my anatomy. Suddenly I hear footsteps and I know Liam has entered the room; his brother must have called him.
"Just in time..." I sigh.
"Damn, you were right... she looks stunning," Liam says as his brother takes my hand and turns me around to show off my outfit.
"You ruined my surprise, it was my special outfit for tonight," I say, raising an eyebrow.
"Don't worry mate, our motto is... don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today" he says and I hear them growl, never taking their eyes off me as they take their clothes off. Now I had two blond, muscular, chiseled, tattooed men completely ready for me, watching me with desire.
"Do you want this baby? Do you want us?"
"You have us..." they whisper.
Oh boy... It seems dessert came before the meal, and I couldn't say no.
