Chapter 39
Jose was the next to panic screaming out my name and searching the other side of the boat "MIA... THIS ISN'T FUNNY!" One of the crewman called out for me in a tone that told me not to play around "If you are ok at least say something please before I have to call your parents and wake my boss!.” I started laughing and swam back so they could see me and that I was fine "Seriously chill out, I know the island and it's probably the safest ones I've been in. Asher really you know this so why don’t, you help a friend out!" I yelled up at him. Once Nicholas saw that I was good he tore off his shirt and dove in with Jose freaking out not wanting him to do anything stupid. I couldn't help but laugh seeing Jose yelping like a girl "Well I know who the female in the relationship is now....." I yelled up at him. Nicholas begged Jose to get in which took all of 40 seconds or so and he was even more brazen as he ripped off not just his shirt but his swim trunks too. I had already seen it many times than I had liked, but he was my only gay best friend besides Nicholas and knew how they both could get.
Asher was next and naked as a bird too surprising all of us with not just his ripped chiseled chest but the magic stick, he willed between his legs. "Nice.... Asher...now that is a man.... GOD blessed you very well..." I said as my mouth started to water and my center core began to ache. Asher popped up right beside me and pulled me close and put his lips around mine, stealing a kiss that seemed to go on forever. I was the one to pull back in shock and was ready to slap him but held back not wanting to hurt him. "Dude.... Really...." I yelled out as I swam backwards and before I knew it Catherine was diving in buck ass naked too. I couldn’t believe what had just happened with everyone naked but Nicholas and, I. It even included a few of the crewmen and women who chose to be naked too. “Well, I guess I had a good idea, but really wasn’t sure what ya’ll were going to do…. that reminds me does the other crew staff not, like to hang out after a job?” I asked wanting to see if they would say anything about Sharene.
Haley laughed “No that’s not it, it was just a super long day, and we are here for the whole month. Brendon has kids so he tries to get in a call every night before they head to bed, and his wife had a baby not too long ago. Then there is Matthew who just has an attitude today because his girl broke up with him yesterday. Then we Sharene does school at night online and keeps to herself a lot, but also rotates on cruises. That’s only when they need her expertise for routines and shows that she also does in Vegas a couple times a year for dance and body competitions and….” “Then we have Maxine” Chef Brian cut in googling Maxine. It was hard not to think about Sharene even more thinking about what she might be going to school for and what her body must really look like under the uniform. “Oh, wow well then, I guess that’s awesome for them, what are the ages of everyone on the crew? I’m assuming over the age of 21 since you have to be legal for alcohol reasons and shit” I asked wanting to know everything I could.
Brian laughed, but it was Haley who spoke up “Yes Mia we are all over the age of 21 with me being 25, Brian here 30, Capt. Vic almost 55, Maxine is 35, Matthew 28, Brendon 37 and Sharene just turned 21 the day we started here so she’s the baby of us all. I’m really happy about that since the last few crews I was the baby. Now how about we take this back to the deck and get some drinks made, that’s only if ya’ll want.” Catherine, Asher, Jose, and Nicholas were up for that while I was still reeling from what I had just learned about the crew and the one person I wanted to know more about. I watched as they all got out of the water and headed towards the bar at the back of the deck. “Don’t…. she did not come find you after everyone left or come back out of wherever she is… trust me let her come to you… You have never gone chasing and I’m not about to let you” my brother Ethan said harshly in my ear. I knew he was right, but there was just something I could not just let go of, and after hearing what she was doing and how old she was I just needed more.
Taking a deep breath, I finally decided now was a good time to head back to the yacht for the night. “Damn it, Ethan… you’re only thinking like a guy, and ok so I leave her alone now… but what if this was my only chance…” I thought before I swam towards the boat to get out after everyone was calling out for me. I hopped out of the water and was tossed a towel by Brian who was checking me out even though I tried to ignore it. “Damn girl I hope you don’t mind me saying, but when I first met you, I thought you were much older… your parents are your bio-parents or were you adopted because you are like almost 3inches taller than your pops and like 6inch taller than ma.” Jose and Nick laughed at what Brian had just asked since I looked like my parents to a T and there was no doubt, they were my parents. I finished wiping off and taking the cocktail that was handed to me thanks to Nicholas. “Ha well my parents are yes, my bio-parents as you called them. I take after my father’s side of the family… well more like the men on both sides since my mother’s side had short woman, but tall men and my father’s side is a mix. My brother would probably be just as tall if he were still alive, shit maybe even taller since he was pretty tall at 3 years old. Thanks for the complement though but it’s not that big of a deal I just hope I’m done growing, sometimes I feel like a giant” I frowned before I downed the drink and gave it back to Nicholas. He was waiting for it knowing I’d need another when I never talked about my brother ever and yet I was talking about him now. Even Catherine came to me and handed me a couple of shots. “Jesus, relax you two I’m fine you don’t need to liquor me up…” I promised with a laugh knowing exactly what they were doing.
Brian looked to be confused on what had just happened and wasn’t shy about asking either, “What was all that just about? Did I overstep somewhere that I shouldn’t have gone?” I shook my head and wrapped my hair up in the towel with the weight of it killing my neck. “Nah I just usually don’t talk about my dead twin brother who died when we were only 3 years old. My parents don’t like it, well didn’t like hearing his name so it is or was a bad word in my house… long story but anyways… lets’ talk about something else” I begged as I took a seat at the table where some snacks had been placed.
