Chapter 42: Entering Her Heart
"What have you done to me?" Willow asked angrily.
A woman's mind is fickle, something ordinary men can't easily figure out.
When you express no interest in a woman at all, she will surely get angry. It was a popular trope in novels where a woman, upon discovering a man's lack of interest, plots to ruin him. Women can be truly terrifying.
Of course, Willow was definitely not the malicious type, but if Skyview showed no interest in her, she would be upset—this would be a huge insult to Willow!
Now, Willow was a bit angry.
"I kissed you," Skyview said with a grin.
"Did you kiss my lips?" Willow asked.
"Your lips are very soft," Skyview replied.
"Jerk!" Willow exclaimed. "That was my first kiss!"
Skyview chuckled, "Don't be mad, I'll take responsibility for it!" He said with a smirk.
Willow raised her fist and angrily pounded Skyview's chest.
"I'll beat you, you villain!" Willow scolded.
"Hit me, and you'll regret it!" Skyview teased.
Willow couldn't continue, she spat, "Skyview, how did I not notice before that you have such a narcissistic side?"
"Because I'm too handsome. Usually, when a man is too handsome, you tend to overlook his other qualities," Skyview shamelessly remarked. "Congratulations, you've discovered my narcissistic trait!"
Willow sarcastically remarked, "Are you proud?"
"I'm not just proud," Skyview said seriously, "I'm extremely proud for being a handsome man!"
Willow retorted, "You're shameless!"
Skyview laughed, "Thanks for the compliment!"
"You..." Willow realized she was at a loss with Skyview. "Did you just kiss me?" Willow asked.
"Of course not," Skyview solemnly declared. "If I only kissed you, it would be a waste, so I also touched your body!"
"How did it feel?" Willow asked through gritted teeth.
"Big, round, white, and soft!" Skyview described.
"Get lost!" Willow grabbed a pillow and hurled it at Skyview.
Skyview didn't dodge and got hit by the pillow.
Since the pillow was soft, it didn't hurt when it hit him.
Keeping Willow from getting angry was more important.
"Willow!" Skyview disregarded everything and grabbed Willow's hand, saying earnestly, "I really like you!"
"Is that your excuse for violating me?" Willow blushed.
"Yes!" Skyview affirmed. "Not only now, but in the future, I will do these things decently. I want you to be my wife!"
"You're shameless!" Willow scolded.
Skyview proudly stated, "As long as you are willing to be my wife, I can give up my pride."
"You..." Willow couldn't find the words.
'Skyview isn't that bad to look at. He has a decent character and is worth a fortune of five billion. He's young and promising. And he treats me well.' Willow started analyzing this man.

"My standards for a husband are also high!" Willow emphasized.
"How high?" Skyview inquired.
Willow looked at Skyview and said, "I hope my husband is a man of great achievements."
"Aren't I?" Skyview questioned.
"Not really," Willow remarked.
"So, what do you want?" Skyview asked.
"As long as you truly make a significant achievement and gain recognition from society, I will accept you as my husband," Willow explained.
"Great!" Skyview declared boldly. "I've always wanted to be a successful man. This suits me perfectly! Just wait and see, it won't be long before I become your husband!"
"I'll be waiting for you," Willow replied.
"But I have one condition," Skyview added.
"What condition?" Willow inquired.
"I hope that before you marry me, you won't have any intimate relationships with other men," Skyview requested.
"So, you want me to remain a virgin for you?" Willow clarified.
"You can see it that way," Skyview confirmed.
"Fine, I promise you," Willow agreed.
"Let's pinky swear!" Skyview smiled, extending his finger.
Willow found Skyview to be quite childish, but she appreciated his innocence. So, she hooked her finger with Skyview's, saying, "Once we make a promise, there's no turning back!"
After this childish act, the two looked at each other and smiled.
Skyview knew he had successfully won over Willow's heart, and all he needed was to be a truly successful man.
The first step had been taken successfully!
