Katherine said, "Go on!"
I shook my head and stood up. "Mis.Wilson, I have some things to take care of. You might as well rest well at the hotel. I'll come pick you up after I'm done."
She sat up, her face flushed, "Where are you going?"
"Work stuff." I smiled. "You seem to have not rested well these past few days, with quite obvious dark circles. Get some good rest. I'll come over after I'm done."
She frowned. "Come pick me up at five."
I nodded. "I'll leave now."
Leaving the room, I glanced at the 808 and couldn't help but switch to another account. I sent the video I just took to Jenny. After that, I took the elevator down and headed straight to the cafe by taxi.
When I arrived at the cafe, it was close to three o'clock. Luckily, Frank hadn't arrived yet.
"Mr. Gonzalez, sorry for the wait." I sat next to Marry who suddenly furrowed her brows. I realized that I had the scent of Katherine on me. Fearing being late, I had forgotten about it in a hurry.
But at this point, I could only pretend not to know. After a while, Frank called, and I hurried out to greet her. "Frank!"
"John, have you been waiting long?"
"Not at all. I just arrived."
I took his hand and led him to the private room. Marry stood up, and Mr. Gonzalez quickly came over. "Hello, Mr. Allen!"
Frank reached out his hand, "Hello, Mr. Gonzalez!"
"Frank, do you two know each other?"
"Yes, we've met a few times." Frank nodded.
"Come, please have a seat." Mr. Gonzalez warmly welcomed.
"Is Ms. Walker here too?" Frank asked.
"Hello, Mr. Allen!"
After Frank took his seat, Mr. Gonzalez personally brewed coffee.
After chatting for a while, Frank said, "Mr. Gonzalez, you've had your coffee. Let's talk business. Three production lines, fifteen percent premium, delivery in half a month, payment in two installments."
As he spoke, he took out an agreement from his briefcase. "Take a look, any issues?"
Mr. Gonzalez took the agreement and looked at it. After a while, he said, "The contract is fine. I trust working with Mr. Allen."
"No problem, then let the legal department draft the contract," Frank added.
Within two days, the first production line was officially delivered.
After signing the contract, Mr. Gonzalez's smile never faded. "Pleasure doing business with you!"
"John, my company has other matters to attend to. I'll call you later." Frank patted my shoulder and said.
"Frank, take care." I continued.
After Frank left, Mr. Gonzalez took my hand. "John, you've really helped me a lot. To express my gratitude, I'll leave the promotion services for the second half of the year to your company."
"Thank you for trusting me, Mr. Gonzalez."
Mr. Gonzalez patted my hand. "I'm hosting a banquet tonight. You and Marry must grace us with your presence."
"Mr. Gonzalez, you're too kind."
"Consider it settled." After that, he turned to Marry and said, "Marry, call Edward and have him join us for dinner tonight."
Marry nodded. "Okay."
"Deal." He stood up. "I'll go back and arrange some work matters. See you at seven tonight."
Mr. Gonzalez left, leaving just the two of us in the private room.
"Marry!"
"Don't come over."
"What did I do?"
"You know in your heart!"
I protested. "I really don't know. Please enlighten me, my lady!"
"Don't call me that." Marry sat there, humming. "You went to see another woman, didn't you?"
"How did you know?"
Marry, embarrassed, said, "Fine, you dare admit it!"
"Why wouldn't I admit it?" I said, "I went to see the deputy general manager of Skyliho Group."
I pulled Marry into my arms. She tried to struggle, but I held her tightly and then explained in her ear.
"Are you telling the truth?"
"Of course."
I chuckled. "Besides, in such a short time, what could I do? If you don't believe me, you can check for yourself."
"Check what?"
I smirked and whispered a few words in her ear. Her face blushed instantly.
"Ugh, you scoundrel, I won't!"
"You're calling me a scoundrel. This kind of behavior suits my style." I held her earrings, and her body immediately softened. I kissed her neck wildly, my hands wandering on her body.
"Don't!" Marry resisted.
However, all resistance was futile. Marry, seeing she couldn't resist, closed her eyes and let me have my way.
After satisfying my desires, Marry blushed and glared at me. "Look at you, you've left love bites all over me. How am I supposed to face people!"
As she spoke, she took out concealer to cover the marks!
"Next time, I'll only kiss places that aren't visible, okay?"
"Ugh, I won't let you have your way!"
After playing around for a while, we left the cafe. "You go back first. I have to pick up the deputy general manager of Skyliho Group."
"You don't need to stay at Skyliho Group anymore."
"I know. I'll leave once WY Media Company is on track."
She nodded and drove me back to the Sevan Grand Hotel.
The media conference ended successfully, and the security had been withdrawn.
