Chapter 320
Man, my face was on fire!
Even the corner of my mouth was bleeding.
I licked it, tasting that metallic tang of blood.
"Get outta here. Don't make me come after you!" she shouted.
"I'm not scared of you!" I retorted.
I grabbed her hands and feet, letting out all the pent-up anger and frustration. "Who do you think you are? Just 'cause you got some cash, you think you can walk all over people? Think you can stomp on someone's dignity? Does that make you feel big? You like messing with other people's lives?"
I kept going, "Listen, Linda, you're dead wrong. I never wanted to get mixed up in your crap from the start. Why do you keep poking at me? Since you won't back off, I won't either."
"If you got the guts to come after me, I'm not scared. But trust me, once your fling with me gets out, Katherine's gonna get that promotion!"
"Steven will see you as a cheating mess, and then Katherine will take your spot, grab your shares, and slowly drain the company's assets. By then, Linda, you'll be a total loser!"
"Come on, keep kicking, keep hitting. In the end, you're just a sad little worm who can't even keep her own husband in check. You're a complete failure!"
I was laying it on thick. Katherine never wanted Skyliho Group's shares!
Linda was fuming, leaning back in her chair, chest heaving, but she couldn't even come up with a comeback.
The scariest people are the ones who want nothing.
Once someone has desires, they have weaknesses. The more they want, the more weak spots they have.
"Mrs. Foster, why'd you come to mess with me?" I leaned over the center console, reclining the passenger seat. Linda snapped, "John, what are you trying to do?"
"Take a guess!" I said in a playful tone.
"If you touch me, I won't let you off easy!" she warned.
"Too late for that now." I smiled.
I was itching to teach this woman a lesson. Once you start, there's no going back.
Especially in this car, thinking about Steven getting it on with her here got me fired up.
Getting back at Steven would be a way to avenge Katherine.
I tore her flimsy stockings, and Linda kept struggling. "John, I will never let you off!"
"After last night, I never planned on backing down, Mrs. Foster."
I started kissing her, stripping her pants...
I was ready to go...
I slowly entered her...
Even though she was tight, I still managed to get in.
I moved inside her...
Soon, she was all wet.
Before long, she hit her peak. I could hear her heavy breathing as I kept going...
I don't know how long we went at it, but we were both spent.
Finally, I finished inside her.
The car was filled with a steamy vibe. Linda was ashamed and pissed, probably didn't expect herself to be so low.
She looked at me with pure hate, but she had to clean up the mess herself!
"John, one day, I'll get back at you!"
I rubbed my sore back. "Mrs. Foster, from today on, I'll be at your service!"
I said it with a smirk.
Opened the car window, letting the smell out. Linda kept glaring at me with pure venom.
I didn't care.
Back at the company, it was already noon.
Since her stockings were trashed, she had to head upstairs with bare legs. Lucky for her, the execs had their own elevator, so no awkward elevator rides with the crowd.
I didn't follow her up. Instead, I hit up the car wash and wiped the dashcam records clean!
Right then, my phone buzzed. It was my cousin, Daniel Harrison. "Yo, John, I'm at your company!"
Oh crap, I totally spaced on that.
"Hang tight, I'll be there soon."
At our last family shindig, I promised my aunt I'd let Daniel come over to help out.
This had been dragging on for almost a month. After the car wash, I rushed back.
Sophia at the front desk greeted me as I walked in. "Mr. Cena, someone's here to see you!"
"Where?"
"In the meeting room!"
"Got it."
I nodded. I had already told Daniel to keep our family ties on the down-low to avoid any favoritism drama.
Walking into the meeting room, I saw two young folks sitting there.
"Daniel!"
"John, you're back!"
This kid with dyed yellow hair and a hip-hop vibe was my cousin, Daniel!
"Who's this with you?"
"John, meet my girlfriend, Mae Cooper!"
"Hey, John!"
Mae looked pretty average, but her outfit left me speechless.
I nodded, "Take a seat."
Mae seemed a bit shy, while Daniel was all pumped, looking around. "John, you're killing it, running such a big company!"
I handed him a pack of high-end smokes. He took it, grinning, "Thanks, John!"
I lit up, and he quickly lit mine for me. I chuckled; the kid was thoughtful.
It's good to be considerate, just hope he's not too dull.
After lighting my cigarette, he happily lit one for himself. "Mom told me to come over. I didn't believe it at first, but now I do. You've really made it."
"It's just the start," I said. "I got five companies. A media company, a new media company, a dance company, a beauty company, and an e-commerce company. Which one do you wanna join?"
Daniel's eyes widened, "John, you really got five companies?"
I nodded, "Yep, WY Media Company is now a conglomerate."
Mae looked just as excited.
"But let me be clear. No matter which company you join, you start from the bottom. Work hard, and I'll treat you right. But if you slack off just 'cause we're family, I won't go easy on you."
He pounded his chest, "John, don't worry. I'll work hard and not let you down!"
I knew this kid well. With some grooming, he could be a real asset.
"John, which company do you think I should join?"
"The media company is the core. New media is the future. The dance company is mostly girls, which might be tricky for you. The beauty company also needs more girls, and the e-commerce company will be the backbone in the future."
"Then I'll go with the e-commerce company!"
I nodded. Young folks these days dig that field. "Alright, I'll let HR know. But you gotta dye your hair back, cut it short, and wear formal clothes!"
Daniel nodded, "I'll do it right away."
"Got enough cash on you?" I asked.
"Don't worry, I'm good!" He grinned, then glanced at Mae. "John, I got a favor to ask!"
"What's up?"
"Can Mae also work at the company? She's been with me through thick and thin, and I'm worried about her."
Before he could finish, Mae jumped in, "It's okay, I can find a job nearby."
