I was on edge. "What are you getting at?"
Steven sneered, "John, you didn't really call the cops, did you? If you had, they'd be here by now."
I kept my cool. "Nope, you're wrong. I called a friend before I came. If I don't check in by midnight, he's calling the police. They'll surround Golden Sunset Estates. It's just a matter of time. And you're in no shape to move. Even if I let you go, you wouldn't get far."
I was good at bluffing. I could even scare off ruthless organ traffickers.
Sure enough, Steven started to waver.
I glanced at the clock. "It's ten now, two more hours to go."
The calmer I acted, the less likely he was to do something stupid.
Amelia and Katherine, standing nearby, looked shocked.
Then Steven laughed. "John, you're thorough. Promoting you to assistant was the right call. I can let you go, but you have to do something for me."
Suppressing my excitement, I knew whatever Steven wanted wouldn't be good. "What is it?"
Steven pointed at Amelia and Katherine. "I want you to sleep with them."
We were all stunned.
"No way!" Amelia said.
"Steven, you're disgusting! You want John to touch me to keep him quiet? You jerk!"
Katherine cursed, "You're a jerk!"
"Shut up, you witch!" Steven snapped, "You know what happens if you piss me off!"
Katherine glared at him, "You're a monster, a total monster!"
I looked at Amelia and Katherine, feeling conflicted. If I didn't do it, we might not get out of here. If midnight passed and the police didn't come, Steven would find out, and then we'd be in real trouble.
But if I did, how would Amelia and Katherine get along afterward?
Even though both women were mine, I had never been with Katherine.
Besides, I didn't want my women to be seen by others, even if Steven didn't count as a man anymore.
"Mr. Walton, don't you think you're being too despicable?" I said coldly.
Steven laughed. "You walked in here yourself. I didn't ask you to come. Now that you know my secret, do you think you can just leave?"
I was silent for a moment, thinking this might be the best arrangement. I had been worried about how to make these women get along, and now Steven was giving me the opportunity.
As for him knowing my weakness, that was a minor issue. After tonight, I'd find a way to get rid of him legally!
Looking at it from another angle, this might not be a bad thing.
"I originally wanted to be with Amelia, but I'll let you go first today. And Katherine, don't be fooled by her serious demeanor; she's actually very wild!"

Then Katherine said, "What are you waiting for? Isn't this what he wants? Let's give this loser what he wants and let him see me with someone else!"
As she spoke, Katherine whispered in my ear, "Don't be nervous. I should have been with you a long time ago. From today on, I'm yours!"
Hearing this, I sighed in relief and, without any hesitation, went through with it.
Katherine seemed to want to provoke Steven, making her voice particularly loud. Steven's expression was a mix of excitement and something else.
