Chapter 104 When Do You Plan to Make Our Relationship Official

In the early morning, the long-awaited warm sunlight poured into the room.

Regina was exhausted, lying limply on Douglas's chest.

She didn't want to move at all.

However, thinking about Douglas's tight schedule this morning, she had to wake up.

As soon as she opened her eyes, she met those pretty and affectionate eyes.

She didn't know when Douglas had woken up or how long he had been watching her.

Last night, they did it twice.

He tried to control himself, not to be too much or too rough, but the time still felt very long for Regina.

She avoided his gaze and made a move to lift the blanket and get out of bed.

He was quick, wrapping his arm around her waist and pulling her back, pressing her bare body against his.

"Where are you going?" His voice was low and pleasant, with a hot breath teasing her ear.

Regina remembered Miranda once saying that a pleasant voice could make someone climax.

At first, she laughed it off.

Now, she truly believed it.

Regina buried her head in his chest, her voice weak. "Going to work."

Douglas stroked her long hair as if petting a kitten. "I permit you to take a day off."

"Why?"

Douglas probably found her serious tone amusing and chuckled lightly. "Because I care about you."

"But you only brought me as the translator. I have to go."

Regina was determined to go to work.

Douglas had no choice.

After a long time, he slowly released his grip on her waist.

Regina got out of bed smoothly, turned her back to him, and started getting dressed.

Last night, she was so exhausted that he had to carry her to the shower.

She still hadn't fully recovered.

Douglas watched her struggle to fasten her bra for a while, then got up, walked behind her, and helped her.

He wrapped his arms around her slender waist from behind, bent down, and pressed his lips to her ear.

The intimate whispering made Regina's heart flutter.

"If you keep this up, I really won't be able to work today," Regina said, her ears blushing with a bit of frustration.

He didn't hide his thoughts at all. "You know, I don't want you to work today."

"Then what do you want?"

"I wanna make love."

His straightforward and slightly roguish words didn't make her feel any aversion.

He was silent for a while, finally asking the question he most wanted to ask. "Were you okay from last night?"

The body didn't lie.

Regina suppressed the pounding in her chest and nodded slightly.

The trip to Garmeny lasted five days.

As Douglas had planned, he took Regina there and enjoyed the private time he wanted.

They quietly returned a day later than the rest of the team.

That day, they indulged to the extreme, not leaving the room at all.

Miranda noticed that after returning from the business trip with Douglas, Regina seemed different.

A woman who had been well-loved was indeed different.

But having never been in a relationship herself, she couldn't accurately describe that feeling.

"Going on a business trip with the boss was fun, right?" Miranda seized the opportunity to probe Regina.

Regina knew Miranda's nature. Her probing was purely out of curiosity, with no malice.

Regina carefully recalled those days, working together, fighting side by side, and passionately entangled in the hotel, doing the most intimate things.

She felt very satisfied and fulfilled. She softly hummed in agreement.

Miranda's smile grew even more suggestive. "I knew it."

In the afternoon, Regina was called to the CEO's office.

There wasn't anything urgent. Douglas just had a sudden urge to see her.

In this big company, if they didn't make an effort to meet, they could go days without seeing each other.

But he found that he was becoming increasingly unable to bear it.

There was a saying that once a person had tasted sweetness, it was hard to endure bitterness again.

As soon as Regina walked into the office, Douglas lifted her onto the spacious, clean desk, and his passionate kiss fell upon her.

Regina was kissed into a state of arousal and anxiety.

In a daze, she kept glancing at the office door, afraid someone might walk in.

In the entire company, only Miranda and Jason knew about their relationship.

Douglas stared at her lips, red and moist from the kiss, his warm fingertip gently brushing over them. Perhaps seeing through her thoughts, he laughed self-deprecatingly and asked, "Mrs. Semona, when do you plan to make our relationship official?"

If it was official, he wouldn't have to feel like they were sneaking around just to kiss in his office.

Regina remained silent as if seriously considering it.

She had never thought about going public before, thinking that they would eventually end, and to avoid unnecessary trouble, it was best to keep things low-key.

But now, their relationship was becoming more solid, and even his family had easily accepted her.

Perhaps if their relationship became public, there would be a lot of gossip.

But what others said didn't matter that much.

Regina half-jokingly, half-seriously said, "How about we pick a good time?"

"What good time?" he said casually, "Every day with you is a good time."

His words, even if they were honey-coated poison, would still be sweetly swallowed.

Later, Regina teased him, saying his skills were too good and that any woman would fall for him.

But he seriously corrected her, saying, "That person can only be you."

After work, Regina planned to go to her old apartment to get some things. Unexpectedly, just as she reached the apartment entrance, a red Ferrari with blinding high beams sped towards her!

Accompanied by the screeching sound of emergency brakes, the red sports car stopped right in front of her, just a few inches from her knees!

Sandra got out of the car and slammed the door shut. She wore exquisite makeup and a bright red high-end suit, looking glamorous yet unable to hide the dead look of resentment on her face.

Sandra saw her car almost hit Regina, but Regina remained calm and unflustered, which made her very angry.

Over the years, what Sandra hated most was that even though Regina was having a hard time, was scared, and in a mess, she still pretended everything was fine.

"Sorry, Regina, I almost accidentally ran you over." Sandra's words sounded familiar.

That year, when she pretended to push Regina into the pool accidentally, she said the same thing.  "Sorry, Regina, I accidentally almost drowned you."
