Chapter 834 The Bracelet is Very Beautiful
She showed off her wrist, held her hand up to her face, and took a smiling selfie to post on her News Feed.
Molly quickly forwarded the post to Vera, "Hey Vera, check out the News Feed. Susan came back home yesterday, and Randall went to see her today."
Vera, with her hair all messy, was lying on the bed scrolling through her phone. "Not bad, Randall's getting smarter. He knows to give gifts to Susan. That bracelet Susan's wearing is definitely from Randall. He even bought Cindy a pair of earrings. Cindy's so touched, she doesn't even want to wear them."
Both of them liked the post and commented, "The bracelet is beautiful."
Shawn also commented, "The bracelet is beautiful."
After that, Shawn asked his two daughters in the group chat, "Molly, Vera, do you both like Susan's bracelet? I'll buy it for you!"
Then, Shawn tagged Susan and asked, "Susan, where did you get it?"
Soon, Susan replied, "Randall gave it to me."
Randall, who was driving, received a call from Shawn.
Susan, sitting in the passenger seat, answered for him, "Hello, Grandpa, it's me."
Susan's voice came through.
Shawn asked, "Are you home?"
"No, Randall came to see me."
Shawn felt relieved that Randall had finally done something right. He asked Randall's location again.
"They don't really want it; they're just teasing me and Susan. How can you not see that?"
Shawn, frustrated, argued with Randall, "Only you can see that. You think I'm old and clueless. I'll buy gifts for Teddy when I get back, but not for you."
After hanging up, the busy Shawn video-called Teddy, who had just woken up.
Vera stayed at the Linister Mansion overnight. Early in the morning, Patrick and Warren went to work together. Before leaving, Patrick hugged Teddy's legs, looking very worried.
Without asking, Vera knew what he was concerned about. She held Teddy and helped him stand by the sofa.
Early in the morning, Teddy was made to exercise, still sleepy, holding onto the sofa, crying and whining, feeling very aggrieved.
Vera responded, "Calling for Mom is more effective than calling for Dad. It's your dad who wants you to exercise, sweetheart. You should be learning to walk now."
Shawn watched the video, "Teddy? Grandpa's here. Why is Teddy crying again?"
Teddy turned to look at Shawn on the phone, feeling even more aggrieved, tears streaming down.
Shawn turned the camera to show the beautiful scenery, "Jealous?"
Teddy cried even harder. Brianna covered her mouth, laughing. Shawn actually asked Teddy if he was jealous.
After confirming that Vera didn't really want the bracelet and was just teasing, Shawn decided not to buy the bracelets for his daughters.
Shawn picked up a woven bag, a cheap mass-produced item. "This looks nice. It can be a gift for them. Perfect for shopping trips."
Zoey and Max also went along. Zoey held the bag, which had a flower bigger than her palm. "They'll look great carrying this."

Vera was at home, sending a video of Teddy to Patrick, who sighed, already feeling the stress of parenting.
Susan was only focused on Randall for the first couple of hours after seeing him. In the morning, she called her mom, asked about lunch, and in the afternoon, while watching a movie with Randall, she was chatting with Sadie on her phone.
Randall felt slightly annoyed and pulled Susan's head under his arm, taking her phone away. "Hey, pay attention during our date or I'll post your childhood photos on my News Feed."
Susan looked up, pouting, "Randall..."
Randall didn't give the phone back.
After the movie, while shopping, Susan was looking at maternity radiation protection clothes.
Randall finally noticed something odd and casually asked, "Is your mom pregnant?"
Susan was speechless.
She nervously held her phone, looking at Randall, not daring to speak.
Her dad had told her not to tell anyone. How did Randall know?
Seeing her reaction, Randall was stunned. "Your mom is really pregnant?"
Susan blinked innocently.
Randall confirmed again, "Your mom is pregnant!"
Susan weakly nodded, "Randall, isn't it a surprise?"
Randall scratched his head. Sadie was pregnant!
"My dad told me not to say anything too early. No one else knows, and my mom is older, so only we know. Randall, you mustn't tell anyone."
Randall said, "When your mom has the baby, people will think it's ours when you take the baby out."
Susan blushed, "It's not mine."
Randall took a few minutes to process the shocking news. "I need to go home and push my parents to try again."
Susan said, "Randall, you'll definitely get beaten."
"No worries, I'll stay outside." Randall finally understood why Susan had been distant recently.
As long as it wasn't because of another guy, he could accept it.
Knowing this, Randall accompanied Susan to buy some gifts. When they returned to the Morales Mansion in the afternoon, Ulysses and Sadie knew Randall had found out.
They both thought Susan had spilled the beans.
Randall had to leave early in the afternoon because he had work the next day.
Susan walked Randall out, repeatedly reminding him, "Randall, you need to wash your sheets and pillowcases often, or there will be lots of mites."
Randall agreed and reminded her, "Take care of your mom, but don't neglect your studies. I'll pick you up on the 26th?"
"No, I'll go over on the 28th."
Randall asked, "Don't you miss Teddy?"
Susan thought for a moment, "Okay, pick me up on the 27th, Randall."
As Randall was leaving, he joked, "Teddy is more attractive to you than I am."
Susan stood on tiptoe and quickly kissed Randall, "No way, you're the most attractive to me."
This time, their farewell wasn't as emotional as before. Randall watched Susan go back inside, then drove away as the sun was setting.
When Susan returned home, Ulysses and Sadie asked her, "Did you tell Randall?"
Susan shook her head, "No, Randall figured it out himself, and I didn't deny it."
