Chapter 166 Hugo VS Frederick
Frederick's brow furrowed, clearly hit on a sore spot!
Hugo smirked, his expression somewhat mocking. He grumbled, "Is that why you won't let my mommy see Dennis? How childish!"
Frederick's face darkened, being mocked by a five-year-old for the first time in his life!
Hugo continued, "Not only are you childish, but you're also sick! Have you forgotten who brought her to Dennis in the first place? And what was the purpose of bringing her to Dennis?"
"Dennis has psychological issues, and you wanted to use her to help Dennis get better! You were worried when Dennis didn't like her, and now that Dennis finally likes her, you're worried. Don't you think you're sick?"
"And just because Dennis likes her too much, you assume she wants to take your son away. Even kindergarten kids wouldn't think that way; it's pathetically childish!"
"Yes!" Dennis agreed with Hugo, affirming three times in a row.
Frederick glared at Dennis, then at Hugo, clearly unhappy!
Pathetically childish and sick? Isabella was bold, and her son was just as bold as her!
They were all bold to the point of impudence!
"Dennis said he wants to go with Isabella, doesn't that prove she wants to take my son away?"
Frederick's sinister expression almost made Paul cry, but Dennis and Hugo weren't afraid of him at all.
Dennis frowned, frustrated, thinking Frederick was hopelessly stupid!
Hugo continued, "Of course not! Dennis is Dennis, my mommy is my mommy. It was Dennis who said he wanted to go with my mommy, not my mommy who said she wanted to take Dennis away! These are two different things!"
Frederick argued, "If Isabella didn't encourage Dennis, how could he say that? I raised him myself; he wouldn't say such things out of nowhere!"
"You know you raised him yourself! So, shouldn't you reflect on why Dennis said that?"
"It's because you won't let my mommy see Dennis, and Dennis is angry, so he said those harsh words. It was out of anger! It's obvious Dennis is mad at you!" Hugo retorted."
Frederick fumed, "If it weren't for Isabella, Dennis wouldn't be angry!"
Hugo was even angrier, uttering, "If it weren't for my mommy, Dennis would still be in his shell, possibly in danger!"
Frederick was left speechless. The facts were undeniable!
He stared at Hugo for a while, then said with a dark face, "I just called Isabella and told her she couldn't see Dennis anymore, and Dennis immediately started throwing a tantrum at me. Isn't that proof that Isabella complained? Her actions are clearly sowing discord between me and Dennis, trying to take my son away!"
"My mommy didn't complain to Dennis; we told Dennis ourselves!" Dennis, fuming, couldn't help but interject, "You accuse people without evidence; you're simply unreasonable!"
Unreasonable?
Wasn't that his catchphrase?
Frederick felt like his words were being stolen.
He glanced at Dennis and then argued, "Telling Dennis is just as ineffective as if Isabella were to complain herself; after all, you are her sons!"
Hugo said, "If you put it that way, then we have nothing more to say. We are indeed our mommy's sons, but believe it or not, she didn't know we told Dennis."
Frederick asked, "You have contact with Dennis?"
"Yes, my mommy wants Dennis to get better and make more friends, so she gave us Dennis's contact information. We're good friends."
"And you know about Dennis wanting to call your mommy 'mom'?"
"Yes! We understand."
"What? Understand?"
"Yes, our mommy is the best in the world. She's gentle, kind, and sincere. Anyone who gets to know her will like her." Hugo looked meaningfully at Frederick as he continued, "If someone doesn't like her, it must be because they have a serious issue, a significant one!"
Frederick was silent. Was that a dig at him?
Frederick stared at Hugo for a few more seconds and asked, "Are you okay with Dennis calling your mom 'mom'?"
Hugo retorted, "Why not? It makes Dennis happy, it makes mommy happy, and it makes us happy! Since it makes everyone happy, why wouldn't we be okay with it?"
"Aren't you worried Dennis will take away your mother's love?"
Hugo was speechless, "Having another brother makes us happy, why would we worry? Your thinking is so narrow-minded!"
Frederick was silent. They accused him of being childish, sick, and called him narrow-minded now!
It was no wonder they were raised by Isabella; they all possessed remarkable courage.
"You don't want Dennis to call my mommy 'mom,' do you? Tell me why," Hugo squinted his eyes and asked.
Frederick said unhappily, "Because I don't want to be with Isabella."
"What?"
"Dennis said if he calls Isabella 'mom,' I have to be her husband. I only have feelings for Dennis's mother, not Isabella. I can't be her husband, so I have to refuse Dennis's request!"
Hugo laughed coldly, "Don't worry, my mommy doesn't like you either. She would never let you be her husband."
Frederick frowned, but before he could speak, Hugo added, "You're not smart enough for my mommy. Even if my mommy doesn't mind, I do!"
Frederick's face darkened as he retorted, "I'm not smart enough?"
"Yes, your IQ is too low."
"Who told you that?"
"Is there even a question? Your actions have already exposed your IQ! Tonight, you not only offended my mommy, but you also angered Dennis. Now they're both mad at you!"
"But you could have achieved your goal while making them both happy! Why did you have to make them angry? It only shows your IQ is lacking!"
Frederick was suspicious, inquiring, "You know what my goal is?"
"You just don't want to lose Dennis."
Seeing Hugo guessed right, Frederick immediately asked, "Then tell me, how can I achieve my goal while making them both happy?"
Hugo suddenly became aloof, uttering, "I don't want to say."
Frederick squinted his eyes as he questioned, "You don't want to say, or you have no way?"
"Of course, I have a way! A good way. I can help you keep Dennis without offending him and handle this matter properly."
"If you have a way, why won't you say it?"
"Saying it would be helping you. Why should I help you? You made my mommy cry; I don't want to help you," Hugo said, as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
Hearing that, Frederick said, "If you really have a good way, I can apologize to your mommy and allow her to continue seeing Dennis."
Hugo squinted his eyes, waiting for this sentence!
Isabella's tears tonight wouldn't be in vain; he must apologize, and he must do it willingly!
