Chapter 25 Her Heart Hurts!
The next day, Isabella woke up early.
She checked her phone, not worried about Frederick's lack of contact since it was still early.
However, she called the Rose Garden staff to confirm Frederick's plans for the day.
They informed her that Frederick had a morning engagement, so the divorce arrangements were scheduled for the afternoon.
Isabella was relieved to have a clear schedule and decided to wait until then.
After getting ready, she left notes for Hugo, Justin, and Paul and took the opportunity to meet her friends Eleanor and Freya.

"Frederick, as soon as we heard Dennis was hospitalized we rushed through the snow to see him. You don't appreciate us and won't let us into the hospital room. What do you mean?"
Frederick ignored Anna and turned to his grandfather, Nicholas.
"What do you want to say? Don't waste our time," he said, thinking, 'The Valdemar family members care about Dennis? That's impossible.'
Nicholas, holding a crutch, frowned.
He had four children, three daughters, and a son.
His son, Roy Valdemar, was the youngest and Frederick's father.
Years ago, Roy and his wife died in an accident abroad, leaving Dennis and Frederick to rely on each other.
Now, Frederick controlled the Valdemar Group, and the other members of the Valdemar family had always disliked Frederick and Dennis, wanting to take over the Valdemar Group.

Frederick replied indifferently, "Business competition."
"You've never suffered any losses in your business over the years. Why did someone suddenly take your business?"
"I'm human, not a god. Business has always had its profits and losses."
Nicholas became suspicious and asked, "Who took your business? Was it someone from Teronica?"
Frederick knew Nicholas's plan and looked at him coldly.
"Grandpa, you're old, so you don't need to worry about the business. I'll handle everything."
Nicholas frowned. Anna started to roar again.
"Frederick, even though you're in charge of the company now, you can't forget that the Valdemar Group was founded by your grandfather. He has the right to know about the company!"
Frederick looked up. "Have you forgotten that the Valdemar Group founded by Grandpa has long been gone? The current Valdemar Group was established by me."
