Chapter 1615 Sincere and Genuine
"I'm not interested," Sadie snapped, refusing to take what Alan was offering. "I just want to know where Noah and Nathan are. I can't rest until they're back."
"I get it," Alan said, looking at her with concern. He reached out to touch her cheek. "You've got dark circles under your eyes. Haven't been sleeping well, huh?"
Sadie stepped back, avoiding his touch. She frowned and said, "Help me get Noah and Nathan back first. Once my kids are safe, we can talk about anything. Until I see my sons, I won't agree to anything you say."
"So, you're saying if I rescue your sons, you'll be with me?" Alan asked, a playful glint in his eyes. "Is that it?"
Sadie looked down, unable to meet his gaze, but she gritted her teeth and answered, "Yes."
"But if you're not my girl, why would I help you rescue Noah and Nathan?" Alan said, coaxing her. "So, you see, it's a paradox!"
"Last night, didn't we already..."
Sadie couldn't bring herself to finish the sentence, feeling too ashamed.
"Exactly. We were together last night. That's a fact. So, what's the point of playing hard to get now? Just relax and be my girl."
Alan might not excel at many things, but he knew how to handle women.
"Only if you become my girl will I treat your problems as my own and help you rescue your sons with all my heart."
Sadie finally understood that convincing him otherwise was impossible. Alan was like a starving wild dog; he needed to get his meat before offering any benefits.
"Alright, don't be mad," Alan said, gently touching Sadie's face and coaxing her. "I've got some wine. Let's have a drink. Last night, you loosened up after drinking. Have a bit more today, and you'll feel better."
He handed her a glass of red wine. Sadie took it and drank it all in one go.
"Good girl!" Alan said with a satisfied smile, finishing his own glass and pouring them both another half glass. He clinked his glass against hers.
"I'm here now. I'm not going anywhere. Just tell me where Noah and Nathan are."
This time, Sadie didn't drink. She waited for Alan to give her some information.
"Open it and you'll see," Alan said, pointing to a jewelry box.
Sadie hesitated but opened the box. Inside was a stack of photos. She picked them up and saw they were pictures of Noah and Nathan tied up. Her heart sank, and she urgently asked, "Where did these come from?"
"That's not important. But from the photos, you can find out where they are," Alan said meaningfully. "You can give the photos to your bodyguard and have them investigate."
Sadie quickly took pictures of the photos and sent them to Jesse, instructing him to find clues from them.
"See, I didn't lie to you," Alan said with a smile. "I told you, you'd like this gift!"
"Alan!" Sadie looked up, glaring at him angrily. "If you could get these photos, it means you already know where Noah and Nathan are. Why didn't you just tell me?"
"Yes, I know," Alan admitted. "But if I told you directly, would you come to see me again?"
"You..." Sadie's face turned pale with anger.
"If you weren't so stubborn, if you were sincere about being with me, I might have already told you the address, and Noah and Nathan would have been rescued by now."
Alan sat on the couch, looking at her with a naked desire in his eyes.
"Sadie, you still have a chance. Show me your passion and sincerity, and I'll tell you the address tonight. I'm a simple man. If you treat me sincerely, I won't let you down!"
