Chapter 1660 Threat

In just a few seconds, Olivia was convinced that he was the real Micah!

Olivia was super excited, but she glanced around and forced herself to stay calm. "Are you okay?" she asked, trying to sound composed.

"I'm fine. I called to tell you that we can go ahead with our plan," Micah replied.

"But..."

"Don't overthink it. Just trust your gut."

"I need to think about it..."

"This is probably your last chance to decide your future. Think it over carefully. Goodbye!"

With that, Micah hung up the phone.

Olivia held her phone, feeling deeply conflicted.

Suddenly, a loud crash came from the study, followed by a scream.

Olivia knew that Nicholas was using violence to force Alan into submission.

This was the final critical moment. Nicholas had no time left to negotiate; he had to take everything he could at tomorrow's Clemens Group board meeting.

Otherwise, once Micah returned and Tristan got involved, Nicholas would be left with nothing.

So, he had to finalize everything tonight.

And she was part of Nicholas's plan.

As she was thinking, a subordinate suddenly opened the study door and said, "Ms. Graham, Mr. Graham wants to see you."

Olivia noticed the bloodstains on the subordinate's shoes and felt a wave of fear. Her legs were weak as she stood up.

Nicholas rarely used violence at home. The last time was ten years ago when he killed her mother in front of her and her sister.

Olivia knew that if she didn't comply with his wishes, she would meet the same fate.

She also knew that if she continued to obey him, her life would be that of a puppet, controlled by him.

Nicholas would send her to anyone's bed without caring about her feelings.

"Ms. Graham!" the subordinate called again.

Olivia snapped out of her thoughts, hurriedly collected herself, and followed him to the study.

As she reached the doorway, Olivia froze.

Two bodies lay on the floor. They were Alan's loyal subordinates, both dead in a gruesome, bloody manner.

Alan, though unharmed, was covered in his subordinates' blood. He was collapsed on the floor, eyes wide with terror, trembling.

Olivia lowered her head, closed her eyes, and dared not look.

"Olivia, why are you standing at the door? Come in!" Nicholas called from the sofa, smoking a cigar.

His voice was kind and gentle, like a loving father.

But Olivia felt a chill down her spine. She didn't dare look at him. She took a deep breath and walked in cautiously.

"Tomorrow morning, we leave at 8:30. At 9:00, you'll register your marriage at the courthouse," Nicholas said, glancing at Alan on the floor before looking at Olivia. "There will be reporters waiting. You know how to handle it?"

"Yes, Dad," Olivia replied, nodding obediently, not daring to breathe loudly.

"You, give me the antidote first," Alan demanded, clinging to his last bit of defiance. "I already signed the stock transfer papers. Why won't you give me the antidote?"

"Are you out of your mind?" Nicholas snapped. "I told you, I didn't poison you. It's Sadie's ploy to divide us."

"Impossible. I've tested positive for poison," Alan insisted. "And my symptoms are getting worse."

"I told you, it's just a cold," Nicholas said impatiently. "How many times do I have to say it? Even if you're just a pawn, I wouldn't poison you so early. If I were to poison you, it would be now."

Blimey, My Kid's the Heir to the Billionaire Boss!
