Chapter 1666 Tristan Arrives

"Call the cops!" Sadie shouted urgently.

Otto and the others had just grabbed their phones to call for help when the assassins charged at them.

Chaos erupted.

Rylan and Sadie had only five people, two of whom were injured, while the attackers numbered in the hundreds. They were completely outmatched.

Sadie felt utterly hopeless. Was she really going to die here today?

Before she could think further, someone attacked her from behind, slashing her shoulder and forcing her to one knee.

Sadie was now covered in blood, on the verge of collapsing.

At that critical moment, several silver cars sped towards them, crashing into the assassins attacking Sadie and stopping right beside her.

Immediately, a dozen people dressed in white jumped out of the cars and joined the fight.

Sadie struggled to lift her head.

In the sunlight, a tall, slender figure walked towards her, backlit, dressed in white like a savior, slowly extending a hand to her.

"Tristan!" Sadie stared at the person in front of her, thinking she must be dreaming.

"Get up!"

Tristan's voice was still cold, his gaze icy.

But Sadie felt deeply moved.

Just like over two years ago, when she faced a life-or-death crisis, Tristan had descended from the sky at the last critical moment to save her.

Now, he had appeared once again.

Sadie placed her hand in Tristan's, using his strength to stand, but due to her severe injuries, she was unsteady and nearly fell.

At that moment, another assassin rushed in to attack.

Tristan shielded Sadie, kicking the attacker away. The man flew a great distance, crashing heavily into a truck before falling to the ground.

"Finish this quickly!" Tristan commanded coldly.

"Yes!"

The James Family's bodyguards were all highly skilled, quickly forcing the attackers to retreat.

Some of the attackers, seeing the situation turn against them, hurriedly jumped into the truck, trying to escape.

Tristan grabbed a gun and shot at the truck's tires, blowing them all out.

The assassins were trapped in the truck, unable to flee.

In the distance, sirens wailed as the police approached.

Tristan pushed Sadie into a car and handed her a phone, instructing sternly, "The kid's not in Newark. Terry's gone to get him. He'll call you in ten minutes!"

"Tristan."

"Go back first." Tristan glanced at his watch. "I got other things to handle."

With that, he turned and got into his car, leaving swiftly with his team.

"Ms. James, we should head to the hospital."

"Have Otto take Aurora to the hospital. We're going straight to VIC Group," Sadie ordered decisively.

"But you're seriously hurt."

"Stop wasting time," Sadie snapped. "It's almost three o'clock. We can't afford to be late!"

"Yes." Rylan dared not argue further and immediately had Otto drive Aurora to the hospital.

Then, he and another subordinate drove the James Family's car, accompanying Sadie to VIC Group.

"The Graham Family gave us false information, deliberately setting up an ambush here to lure us in!" Rylan reflected, feeling a bit impressed. "In this regard, Terry is still better than me."

"Tristan's team undergoes military-style devil training. They're top-notch in tactics, but in business, they need to learn from Micah," Sadie remarked. "Luckily, Terry didn't fall for it."

"From what Mr. L said earlier, is Terry about to rescue Noah?" Rylan asked anxiously.

"Almost!"

Sadie kept her eyes on her watch, waiting for Terry's call.

Ten minutes passed, and the phone finally rang.

"Terry."

"Mom."

Hearing the voice, Sadie was momentarily stunned, then tears of joy filled her eyes. "Noah."

Blimey, My Kid's the Heir to the Billionaire Boss!
