CHAPTER HUNDRED AND NINETY-EIGHT
“You're right, I'm not going to have sex with him, not today, tomorrow, or ever,” I declared, their shocked faces as wide as saucers.
“But.. he's nice to you,” Aran said and I sensed a hint of anger in her tone.
He has locked her up for months when she insisted on running away back to her lover. He then captured him, too, and killed him in her presence.
That finally broke her. She has become quite silent but follows all of his instructions without complaints.
“That's not enough, Aran. I'm married already, so I won't destroy the connection between him and me, even if it costs me my life. He shouldn't have done those things he did to you and your response is a coping mechanism, not the answer. Besides, You have rights over your body as much as he does over his. Why should I give him my body mindlessly?”
“Aran and I are just wondering how you're able to say no and he just… let's you go,” Lily said.
“Well, for one, he'll never force a woman outrightly, so that's one thing. On the other hand, I have these powers so if he drives me to the edge, I can make this entire place explode. But besides that, he's probably just tired, so I don't think it's completely a me situation. After six women, he's got no strength in him for someone as stubborn as me. So maybe it's time for you guys to start making demands. Starting with sex.”
“What do you mean? Like we should tell him he's not performing well?” Lily asked with a horrified expression.
“For one, sex should not be one-sided, and also, he should be committed to pleasing you first. If he's possessed by something, why take it out on you guys?”
“But how will we say it? Won't it be..” Aran trailed off, her antenna bobbing up and down.
“Look, he might not even be aware he's hurting you. So start small. Once you guys start, be vocal about how it's making you feel. You're supposed to enjoy sex as much as he is. He's already taking everything else from you, he can at least try to be good in bed.”
“I don't know..” Lily said worriedly.
“Lily, he's not going to bite your head off over this. All his actions are just to get you to the point of agreeing to be with him, and you are there already, so it's your turn to demand that he does his duties properly. You don't have to throw a tantrum like me but voice out your concerns. If he starts hurting you with violent thrusts, tap out!”
Her cheeks reddened as a result of my crude words.
“So did your husband.. please you well?” Aran asked shyly.
Her question nearly made me tear up. Memories of our sexual experience flooded my mind and I couldn't wait to be back in Xavier's arms again.
“You want a straightforward answer or details?”
“Details,” they both chorused, making me smile.
I spent the better part of the night giving them a lot of ideas on how to demand pleasure from Aisen.
He wouldn't know what hit him the next time he went to meet either of these two.
***
The next day, I slept till mid-afternoon.
The girls had left my room quite late in the night and I was having a migraine from all the laughter and conversations.
It was safe to say I'd formed a little bit of a bond with them. Sadly, it won't lead anywhere because I'll need to leave here soon enough.
So I'd poured more of the sleeping drugs into my body so I was knocked out quite literally.
When I finally woke up, it was to a guard trying to pull out my door.
“What is going on?” I asked groggily, getting up from the bed slowly.
The hits stopped as they heard my voice outside.
I opened it to see Aisen, three guards, and some of the women all standing at the front of my door.
“You've been inside all these while?” He demanded angrily
“Yeah, I was sleeping. What is wrong with that?”
“I thought you'd run away!”
“If I could, I would have done that a long time ago, but you'd just press a button, and I'll black out in the middle of nowhere. Besides, why didn't you teleport in here to check?”
“Teleporting isn't something one can just do; the materials used for that are very scarce. I can't be wasting it on you,” he replied, anger still filling his voice.
“Well, I'm fine and haven't run away. Please take your entourage elsewhere, I want to begin my day,” I snapped, getting angry as well.
He looked at me a bit before waving his hand and everybody ran off, clearing up the corridor.
“You are still here,” I say as I go to sit down, still feeling groggy from sleep.
“I wanted to check the stuff on your head. I'm just scared you'll go on a rampage if not, I would have removed it a long time ago,” he said, looking at me with pity in his eyes.
“So if I promise you I won't hurt anyone, you'll remove it?”
“That's the thing, the last time I trusted your words, you took away the victory we'd managed to secure.”
“Oh, I'm sorry I didn't allow you to kill everyone in that ship, even children. Congratulations on being a general who murders defenseless people,” I hissed angrily at him.
Sometimes I remember my child and I cry for hours because I don't even know how he is. I don't even know what he'll be eating. Yet he's going on about me denying him his precious victory.
Seeing that he wasn't going to win with me, he turned around to leave.
“If you're still up for it, I'll take you to the library in the evening, and then I'll pick you up from there for our date. Is that okay by you?” he asked as he got to the door.
“Yes, that'll be fine,” I replied while focusing on anything but him.
“Alright, I'll send the maids to you when it's time,” he added and closed the door behind him.
Before the maids came to prepare me, I decided to prepare myself. My escape plans were being set in motion.
