Chapter 341 Exterminate the Lowe Family

Central Island hadn't really changed much since William last left, except now it looked a bit more beat-up and chaotic.

At least, that was how it seemed from up in the sky.

Yep, William was up in the sky.

He was standing on the Magic Energy Steel Glider he swiped from the Honor Legion, heading straight for the Lowe Family's turf.

Last time William left, he knew he had beef with the Lowe Family and that a showdown was inevitable. But with Cloud Peak Manor being way stronger than the Lowe Family, he didn't sweat it too much.

After saving Gemma last time, he ran into a zombie horde and then headed to Accraville City, which made him brush off the Lowe Family even more, thinking they were small potatoes.

But this time, the Lowe Family picked the perfect moment and teamed up with the right folks to hit Cloud Peak Manor.

They almost pulled it off. William's earlier mistake nearly turned into a disaster.

William had made plenty of mistakes, but some of them needed to be paid with blood.

He rode a motorcycle he got from the Fierce Roar Warband, tricked out by Ernesto Peterson's skills, and first headed to the Accraville City prison. But no luck, the place was empty. Arthur and his crew had bailed right after getting back, and no one knew where they went.

It had been four days since they left Cloud Peak Manor when William arrived, Arthur had enough time to vanish without a trace in the post-apocalyptic world.

While feeling bummed, William also had to give props to Arthur's gut instinct and resolve. Not everyone could ditch a base they built from scratch because of some uncertain danger, but Arthur did. He left in a hurry, even leaving behind valuable stuff, showing how urgent it was.

With no sign of Arthur, William headed straight for the Lowe Family. Thanks to his super-fast modified ride, he got there in no time.

The Lowe Family didn't have Arthur's resolve. They might've sensed the danger, but this was not just their post-apocalyptic base, it was their ancestral home. Leaving would be a tough sell.

The chaos William saw was the result of the ongoing clash between two opinions over the past few days.

The Lowe Family had split into two camps. One camp thought they should bail immediately. Cloud Peak Manor was too close, and if they came for revenge, the Lowe Family wouldn't have time to react. They figured it was better to leave now and start fresh somewhere else.

The other camp believed that with the lake's protection, nothing serious would happen. Even if Cloud Peak Manor found a boat, the Lowe Family could take them out on the lake. Plus, this was their ancestral home, and they couldn't just abandon it. There was also the three-star roulette, which was super useful now.

So, the disagreement turned into arguments, and in the past two days, there were even violent clashes, with several people getting hurt.

But no matter what, they were stuck here, and William had arrived.

The white-level Magic Energy Steel Glider was so flashy in the air that William got spotted the second he entered Central Island. But with him gliding in from the sky, the Lowe Family had no way to stop him, so he landed without a hitch.

"Who are you..." The guy's throat was slit by the Edge of the Moon before he could finish, blood spraying everywhere.

The fight was on.

Though, calling it a fight might be a stretch because no one could even touch William. Even a two-star Evolving Person barely lasted five seconds against him, maybe getting off one skill before getting taken out, no contest.

At first, the Lowe Family members rushed out to fight back, but as William walked through the blood and bodies, even the toughest warriors started to freak out and crumble in the face of his unstoppable power.

So, the fight turned into a chase, and then into a massacre.

William, about to enter the Secret Realm, had turned into a killing machine to make sure Cloud Peak Manor had the best shot at survival. He didn't even spare the forces in Accraville City that hadn't directly attacked but had teamed up with the Honor Legion.

It was totally unfair for anyone. By peacetime standards, William was committing mass murder.

But in the apocalypse, people kill for less.

Maybe if Yangos hadn't shown up and forced William to activate the Secret Realm, he wouldn't have been so dead set on wiping out these forces. But their luck was just that bad.

"William, what are you doing?" Terrence finally showed up with his men, his eyes red and his body shaking. He'd rushed over as soon as he heard the news, only to see the mangled bodies of his carefully nurtured family members. These were his key people, who could've become two-star, three-star, or even higher-level Evolving Persons. But now, they were just broken limbs!

"You're here," William said, turning to Terrence. "Die now."

Sprint activated, Seal Mountain Knife activated. Terrence's lance barely lifted before he and his weapon were split in half.

After losing three sons, Terrence had gone nuts, using all the Lowe Family's resources to get a three-star potion and become a three-star Evolving Person. He thought he was ready for revenge and even considered challenging William during the attack on Cloud Peak Manor.

But in his final moment of consciousness, Terrence finally realized just how powerful William was.

Terrence's appearance and death were instant. With his body falling, the last bit of resistance from the Lowe Family vanished, leaving only cries, wails, pleas, and curses before death.

The Lowe Family was wiped out, not because of the beast horde that would've taken them out in the previous life. In this life, they were erased from the world early by a reborn man, William.

On the other side of Central Island, Valerie Lowe knelt by the shore, staring at the burning home with wide eyes. Her hands clutched the hard ground, nails cracked, and finger bones broken, but she felt no pain. She had only one thought—Revenge.
