Chapter 349 Next Time I'll Kill You All.

Bradley was the toughest guy in the Honor Ninth Legion, right after Connor, Wendy, and Patrick.

But with Patrick out of commission, Bradley was now the third strongest in the Honor Ninth Legion.

And now, he was just a corpse with a busted head.

The warriors of the Honor Legion were having a hard time accepting this.

They couldn't wrap their heads around how, even with the upper hand, Captain Bradley still got killed.

William was a sneaky one; he ambushed the camp, set traps, and used gear to catch them off guard, taking out a bunch of them.

But those were sneak attacks, not face-to-face fights!

Now that the Honor Legion was all together, they thought for sure they'd win.

But in reality, William just turned and fired one shot, and that was it for Bradley.

A lot of the Honor Legion members couldn't figure out how he did it, and why their defenses didn't do squat.

Connor was in shock too, watching his core team get picked off by William one by one, his stronghold crumbling.

First Patrick, now Bradley. Who was next? Wendy? Or himself?

Once that thought popped up, it was hard to shake.

William took many warriors out and then bolted again, moving like lightning.

The Honor Legion felt a mix of fear and anger, all thinking the same thing, 'If we don't take William down today, how can we ever give our fallen companions peace'

"Today, even if we all die, we must kill him, got it?" Despite his burning rage, Connor forced himself to stay calm, and his determination fired everyone up.

Connor, the Captain of the Honor Ninth Legion, was seriously pissed!

No matter how tough William was, he was just a four-star Evolving person, and he had two powerful enemies of the same level behind him, plus seven or eight hundred battle-hardened warriors, each at least a one-star Evolving person.

Nobody held back anymore. They shook off their fatigue from fighting monsters and went all out.

The pressure on William skyrocketed.

Gunshots echoed non-stop, each one marking the end of a life. The ones getting killed were one-star and two-star Evolving persons. The difference was, William didn't use his Deadly Gunner skill on one-star Evolving persons, but he did use Shooting with Spatial Folding bullets on two-star Evolving persons.

It was freaky!

The Honor Legion had no clue where the next shot would come from or who it would hit.

No matter how brave they were, they hesitated when faced with the sudden risk of death.

Finally, after a dozen minutes of chasing and killing, William reached a hill.

At this point, compared to the Honor Legion, William wasn't in great shape either. Under the relentless attacks, he wasn't seriously hurt, but he had taken some hits. His stamina was dwindling, and without the energy supply from fallen bodies, the vegetation on the ground couldn't provide enough energy for his rapid running and fighting."

His sniper rifle was out of ammo. Those precious bullets were hard to come by and always in short supply. Using his skills had drained nearly half of William's mental energy.

Although William could still fight the Honor Legion, he was already at his limit. Pushing further might put him in real danger.

Seeing William suddenly stop, the Honor Legion members also halted. Whether they wanted to admit it or not, in this short time, William had become someone they feared.

The whole core team of the Honor Ninth Legion was pretty much wrecked. After Bradley's death, only half of the core team was left: Connor, Wendy, the injured Patrick, and a few others. Half of the top brass was gone. Among the mid-level leaders, nearly half of the two-star Evolving folks were dead, and a lot of squads had lost their vice-captains. This loss was much greater than what they suffered fighting in Brook Deadland.

"Today, you're dead, even if we both go down!" Connor glared at William, almost like he was making a vow. His emotions fired up the Honor Legion warriors, and everyone was pumped. William was now their enemy, and only by tearing him apart could they quench their hatred.

"It won't be your turn; I'll do it!" Wendy, keeping her combat stance, was panting heavily, her energy almost spent. But she kept her eyes locked on William. Even if she died of exhaustion today, she would avenge her husband Patrick.

William felt something stir inside him, calmly looking at the Honor Legion warriors below, with an open look of admiration in his eyes.

These members, whether in combat skills or fighting spirit, were top-notch in the current post-apocalyptic world. Their individual and team capabilities were outstanding.

Using the advantage of rebirth, William had built the strong Cloud Peak Manor in Accraville City, but compared to the Honor Legion, there was still a slight gap overall.

Given more time, William figured he could make Cloud Peak Manor surpass the Honor Ninth Legion, even the entire Honor Legion, and any other force in this world. But for now, he had to admit there was a gap between them.

However, this was only in terms of overall combat power. After today's bloody lesson from William to the Honor Ninth Legion, if they wanted to mess with Cloud Peak Manor, they wouldn't gain any advantage. In fact, if they weren't careful, they might fall at the manor guarded by a level-five Pill. He believed they weren't dumb and wouldn't go there anytime soon.

A force in the space was rapidly growing, and William knew the time to enter the Secret Realm was up.

"You guys are really good, but unfortunately, we're enemies." William spoke for the first time today. "I just wanted to show you that if I want to, I can take you all out one by one."

"You will die today!" Wendy, with her fiery temper, had her Skyquake Hammer ready to strike at any moment.

William shook his head, "Your temper is terrible. In the post-apocalyptic world, people die too easily, and it brings instability to your team. If I were your Captain, no matter how strong you are, I wouldn't trust you because you're a ticking time bomb. One loss of control could lead to everyone's death."

"Bastard!" Wendy cursed, and Connor, fully alert, suddenly waved his hand, and a new arrow tower appeared in front of Wendy. At the same time, he threw a round ball with his other hand, which exploded with a bang in front of the team, instantly forming a liquid metal wall.

A low sizzling sound exploded, and Wendy and Connor felt an extreme cold.

"Nice job." William's devilish voice sounded, and after saying this, it gradually disappeared, "Next time we meet, I'll kill you."

The members of the Honor Ninth Legion looked at the destroyed metal wall, the half-remaining arrow tower, and Wendy, who was lying on the ground, vomiting blood, her Verdant Armor no longer shining, and remained silent for a long time.

On the hill, William had vanished without a trace.
