Chapter 110-113 (Revised) The Shining Diamond Ring

"What?" Ivy thought she had misheard.

"I said, let's get married and give our children a complete home." Alexander smiled gently, revealing his charming dimples.

Ivy was dizzy with the mesmerizing smile.

"Ever since I met you four years ago, my boring life has had hope. I've been searching for you and waiting for you. I never expected that after meeting you, you would give me such a big surprise-giving birth to sextuplets.

"You've made my life more colorful and my emotions more real. I'm willing to do everything to protect you and our children.

"But, I'm not good at sweet talk and taking care of people. After all, it's my first time being a father, and I've never been a husband. There may be many things I can't do well. As long as you tell me, I'll redo it immediately until you're satisfied."

Ivy was so overwhelmed that she couldn't believe these were the words coming out of Alexander's mouth.

Alexander took out the diamond ring he had prepared long ago, grabbed Ivy's hand, and forcibly put it on Ivy's finger without waiting for Ivy's answer.

At this moment, Ivy's emotions were complex, like mist and rain, yet also like the wind.

The shining diamond ring, the handsome and invincible man, the gentle smile, the beautiful words-everything was like a dream.

These were things Ivy never dared to think of after giving birth to her children. Now, everything had come to her.

Watching the ring slowly slide onto her finger, Ivy still felt like it wasn't real.

Staring at the ring absentmindedly, Ivy said, "Alexander, does your grandma know about this? My status is too low, and I'm not worthy..."

Before Ivy finished speaking, her mouth was blocked, and she was a little confused.

Alexander lightly kissed Ivy, pinched her chin, and softly said, "Don't care about my grandma's opinion. Don't remember what she said. You are going to marry me, not her!"

With that, Alexander's soft lips approached once again and covered Ivy's in a dominant yet gentle manner.

Ivy was still recovering from the previous kiss when the second one caught her off guard, making her shiver.

Did they finally get together like this?

Happiness came too fast, making Ivy feel a bit panicked. Ivy was afraid that when she lost it, it would disappear even faster.

Ivy wanted to refuse Alexander, but Alexander held her tightly and didn't give her any chance to escape.

Gradually, Ivy let her guard down and completely immersed herself in Alexander's kiss.

Just as the two of them were deeply kissing, a loud voice interrupted them.

"Mr. Ashford, Ivy, dinner is ready!"

Hearing the voice, the two panicked and separated from each other.

When their eyes met, Alexander bit his lip discontentedly and raised his eyebrows at Ivy.

Ivy's face turned red with embarrassment, and she wished she could disappear into the ground.

Ivy thought she was so unconstrained and wasn't reserved at all just now.

When Maria entered the room, she saw that something was off and awkwardly said, "Did I come at a bad time?"

"No, no, we were just about to leave," Ivy quickly waved her hand.

The diamond ring on Ivy's hand was exceptionally bright, and as Ivy swung it back and forth, it made Maria's eyes feel a little dizzy.

"Diamond ring! Oh my god!" Maria exclaimed excitedly, shaking her own hand. "Is your relationship moving too fast?"

"Fast?" Alexander raised his eyebrows. "Don't forget, our children are already four years old!"

"That's right. You've been together for four years already..." Maria blushed at the memory of Ivy's experience from four years ago that Ivy had shared with her.

"Since you guys have decided to be together, I'll treat you like family." Maria pointed to herself and said to Alexander, "From now on, I'm your sister, and my mom is your godmother. Got it?"
