Chapter 189 Crocodile Family
Crocodile Haven...
Alice and Susan fell into the water one after another, splashing loudly and creating huge water splashes that startled the crocodiles.
Luckily, Alice and Susan landed on the water's surface. If they had landed on the artificial rockery, falling from hundreds of feet above, they would have undoubtedly perished!
It was also fortunate that Alice and Susan could swim. Otherwise, they would not only risk drowning but also face the danger of being crushed.
Upon entering the water, Alice and Susan quickly adjusted their positions and swam toward each other. They saw the terrifying crocodiles and held onto each other tightly.
The crocodiles were momentarily stunned but soon realized what was happening.
Those two people must be the food dropped by the tourists above.
Such a fresh and adorable meal, and they were still alive!
Crocodiles from all directions swiftly moved toward the delicious and tender prey.
Each crocodile was about nine to thirteen feet long, creating a truly horrifying scene.
"Stop! You can't harm my daughter!" Ivy shouted as she descended.
All the crocodiles looked up, staring dumbfounded at the sky.
How did this tourist manage to fall down as well? Was she tired of living?
Ivy fell and landed directly on top of a crocodile.
The crocodile was hit and sank to the bottom of the water but quickly resurfaced.
"Mommy!"
"Mommy!"
Alice and Susan hurriedly swam to Ivy's side.
The onlookers breathed a sigh of relief at the sight. Thankfully, no one died.
However, being surrounded by so many crocodiles, even if they survived now, their days were numbered.
As the crocodiles approached one by one, Alice and Susan trembled in fear.
"Mommy, are they going to eat us?"
"Mommy, I'm so scared..."
"Don't be afraid. I'm here." Ivy protected her children tightly.
Strangely, when the crocodiles got closer, they didn't immediately attack Ivy. Instead, they gathered and seemed to be having a discussion.
Ivy wondered what they were planning as she suddenly felt a wave of energy from Hara's Magic Pearl.
Then, miraculously, she could understand the crocodiles' conversation.
An older crocodile spoke with a deep voice. "My waist still aches from the hit. This woman has a Magic Pearl inside her. She's not an ordinary person. Based on her aura, she's also a water creature who has lived for at least ten thousand years."
The second crocodile spoke with a youthful voice. "Really, Scaley? Are you sure she has a Magic Pearl? She's lived for ten thousand years?"
The older crocodile clarified. "It's not that she has lived for ten thousand years herself, but her Magic Pearl is that old. It seems like she obtained it by force."
"Is that so? I never expected this woman to be even more ruthless than me!" the third crocodile spoke with a shrewish tone, maliciously saying, "Since her Magic Pearl was obtained through force, we don't need to be polite. Let's eat her flesh, drink her blood, take her Magic Pearl, and kill her children as well!"
The fourth crocodile wagged its tail and spoke in a girlish voice. "Toothless, that's not right. They're just children. I want to be friends with them."
The fifth crocodile said, "Rex, have you gone crazy? How can you be friends with humans? Don't forget how our family of five ended up in this miserable place. Don't forget how our parents died. Humans are all wicked!"
The third crocodile agreed. "Spike is right. Humans not only consume our meat, but they also lock up the old, weak, sick, and disabled, including the wicked Crocodile King in Crocodile Haven, causing us to live in constant fear and unease.
"What's even more infuriating is that humans skin us to make clothes, bags, and shoes! They are cruel to us, so why should we be polite to them?"
"Yes, no need to be polite to them!" the fifth crocodile declared with a menacing aura, saying, "Wally, Rex, you two little ones, watch closely. Today, I will personally teach you how to subdue humans!"
