Chapter 135 You Were a Real Expert

Richard could tell Dominic knew the answer. Dominic tested him on purpose.

After careful identification, he returned them to Dominic. "Both of them are fake. None of them are real."

Before Dominic made a statement, Dylan put on a long face. "You are a fake expert. My grandpa bought them at the auction yesterday. Both of them are real jade. And they are worth 11.2 million dollars."

"If you paid 11.2 million dollars for them, then you got screwed." Richard shook his head and said sympathetically, "The two cost at most 10 dollars, and there are many like them in the antique market."

"You are talking nonsense. You are a fake expert!" Kristy said angrily, "I was also at the auction yesterday. An expert from the Appraisal Center appraised these two jades. It is impossible to be fake!"

"Really?" Richard shook his head disdainfully. "You suspect that I am a fake expert. Why don't you suspect the expert in the Appraisal Center is fake?"

"You." Kristy stopped talking immediately.

"Ha ha! Good!" Dominic applauded repeatedly and threw the two jades to the ground.

The jade pendant and jade ring broke into pieces at once, and everyone felt distressed when they saw these pieces.

"Grandpa, why did you throw them? You paid 11.2 million dollars for them!" Kristy hurried to pick them up.

"Don't pick them up. They are fake." Dominic took the genuine jades from his arms and returned them to Richard. "Can you help me take a look at the two?"

Richard carefully observed the jade pendant and the jade finger. He said methodically, "This jade pendant is from is a royal property, with an estimated value of at least 8.6 million dollars. The ring is also from a noble family, with an estimated value of at least 4.2 million dollars. If you get the two for 11.2 million dollars, it's a good deal."

"You are right. You are a real expert!" Dominic put his jades into his arms, helped Richard to sit down, and said, "Mrs. Ashford, please serve him a cup of coffee. Mr. Watson, Mr. Parker, you can take your treasures to the expert for appraisal."

"Well, serve the coffee, the best coffee!" Hearing Richard was a real expert, Mrs. Ashford hastily ordered the maid and stared at Ivy happily.

"I'm sorry, what's your name? How old are you? Do you have a boyfriend?"

Hearing such questions, the other five women were full of hostility to Ivy.

Ivy didn't want to talk with Mrs. Ashford. Ivy bowed and said, "I'm getting married soon."

"Really?" Annabel looked at Ivy carefully. She wanted to remove Ivy's mask but feared it would offend her. Annabel thought Ivy would take off the cover when eating. Hence, she gave up the thought for the time being.

Noticing Ivy wore a big diamond ring, Annabel asked, "I wonder whom you will marry?"

Ivy wanted to say she would marry Alexander, Annabel's grandson.

But Ivy bit her words. She replied, "You will know when the time comes."

"That's right. I'll go to your wedding party then." Hearing such an answer, Mrs. Ashford sat down with great regret. "Oh, what a pity."

At this time, Alexander just came out of the bathroom and found Ivy's back was familiar. Hence, he walked over curiously.

Leo felt similar to Ivy, too. Both Alexander and Leo approached Ivy.

Two familiar figures approached at the same time. Ivy turned around suddenly.

Leo instantly recognized Ivy. He used to be dissolute and often dated several girls simultaneously. He practiced the magical skill of accurately identifying girls by their partial parts to prevent them from finding him playful.

"It's you." Leo almost shouted Ivy's name. Ivy glared at him fiercely, motioning him not to speak her name.

Leo closed his mouth immediately. But he was filled with unconcealable joy.

He found Ivy everywhere but failed. He didn't expect Ivy to take the initiative to come to him. What a lucky man he was!
