Chapter 851 Stopped by a Dragon
"Will you release my nine brothers and Maria if I agree?" Ivy asked.
"That's for sure. As long as you belong to me, anything can be arranged!" God thought Ivy was about to agree and leaned closer with a handsome face. "Stop having children with Alexander. He's just a bit of my divinity. Just give birth to me directly, for I am your true husband, or rather, in mortal terms, your beloved. I am your true beloved!"
Ivy stared at this incredibly handsome face, identical to Alexander's, feeling a momentary conflict.
In the space ring, Alexander clenched his fist tightly as he heard these words.
He was worried that Ivy would actually choose God.
If that were the case, what could he do? As a wisp of divine energy that could dissipate at any time, even if he won, he couldn't provide Ivy with long-lasting company!
Unless he could make himself immortal.
Seeing that Ivy didn't object, God became even more confident.
"All right! As long as you agree to have children with me, I will announce in the Six Realms that I will marry you and will throw a grand wedding for you in the heavenly realm."
In the space ring, Alexander's fist clenched tighter and his nails dug deeply into the flesh of his palm.
"Ivy, will you agree to him? Will you?" Alexander kept asking himself in his mind.
Ivy had no intention of agreeing to God, but she was worried that God would use some sort of soul-binding curse or similar spell on her, leaving her with no control over her own actions.
"God, give me some time to consider!" Ivy said and fled without looking back.
She planned to go to hell immediately to find Satan and see if there was any way to deal with God.
Just as she stepped out of the gates of heaven, Ivy was stopped by a massive dragon.
This dragon was over ten meters long, its entire body shimmering silver, as if it had been crafted perfectly by a silversmith.
Ivy had seen all kinds of dragons in various movies and TV shows, but only today did she realize what a true dragon looked like.
Majestic, commanding, powerful, and awe-inspiring, no words could adequately describe the emotions she felt when she saw this dragon.
However, she was puzzled. She was wearing an invisibility cloak, so how did the dragon see her?
"Why did you stop me, dragon? I'm wearing an invisibility cloak, how did you see me?" Ivy asked.
The dragon let out a resonant voice, "The mirrors in the celestial prison, called Dragon Scale Mirrors, are made from scales on my body. Do you think I can't see you?"
Could this dragon be a dragon king?
"Dragon King, why did you stop me? We have no grievances!" Ivy worried silently. Could this dragon be planning to eat her?
"Because we have a common enemy!" The dragon shook its body and said domineeringly, "Come up to my palace and talk. It's not safe here."
"It's all God's spies!"
Ivy could tell that the Dragon King's enemy was God.
The Dragon King intended to win her over, wanting to team up with her to take on God.
Coincidentally, she couldn't ask for anything better.
Ivy immediately flew up and leaped onto the dragon's back.
The giant dragon let out a roar and shot up like a rocket.
The wind howled in her ears, causing her clothes to flutter violently. Ivy was afraid of falling off the dragon, so she quickly clung onto its neck.
"Hold on tight, I'm accelerating!" the Dragon King said.
"Okay!" Ivy quickly held on tightly. This was the first time she had ever ridden a dragon!
The sensation was extremely thrilling.
