Chapter 72 Mortal? Wizard?
Ivy swam with all her might until she reached what she thought was a safe area, then turned to see if Alexander had caught up.
But she found that Alexander's entire body had stiffened, and he was suspended lifelessly in the water.
"Could something have happened to this man?"
Ivy quickly swam back and found that Alexander had closed his eyes and remained motionless. She became very nervous.

Ivy patted Alexander's face, but he still didn't move. She was terrified.

Leo panicked when he hadn't seen Alexander for a long time and asked Blake, "How deep is this river? Could my Alexander be in trouble?"

"What?" Leo panicked even more. "How could he not be mortal? Who here isn't mortal?"
Well, Ivy wasn’t human! Although it was on the tip of his tongue, Blake refrained from saying anything about Ivy being a witch since only Oliver knew besides him.
"You go down and save them both!" Leo pointed at Blake.
"No need to save them. They'll be fine," said Blake, who believed that even if Alexander were just an ordinary person staying with a witch like Ivy wouldn’t put him in danger
"You heartless fisherman!" Leo cursed before ordering his bodyguards: "Those who can swim should go down and rescue them!"
Splash...splash...
The bodyguards jumped into the water one after another.
In the water,
Ivy tried calling out to wake Alexander but failed, so she began rescuing him by hugging him tightly while using her mind power to drive her Magic Pearl into his body through mouth-to-mouth contact.
"Magic Pearl, please help me save him. You must save him."
With Ivy's thoughts in mind, the Magic Pearl entered Alexander's body and traveled around inside it, removing all his ailments. Not only did it eliminate the symptoms of drowning, but also several chronic diseases such as cervical spondylosis and gastroenteritis.
Alexander was cured of all his illnesses by the Magic Pearl and immediately woke up feeling refreshed.
After saving Alexander with her Magic Pearl, Ivy let it out of her mouth. He felt something leaving his body but had no idea what it was.
But since Ivy allowed him intimate contact, he couldn't miss this chance.
He stretched out a gentle hand to embrace Ivy's waist tightly and held her close to himself before kissing her passionately on her soft lips.

And he started getting handsy with her right away!
Ivy tried to escape from Alexander, but he held onto her tightly without letting go.
A tingling sensation spread throughout Ivy’s body, causing uncontrollable shivers. For one second, she wanted to get away from him, the next second she was entirely conquered by this electrifying sensation.
At that moment, she had lost all rationality and forgotten everything except Alexander's presence.
After several bodyguards went into the water and searched for Alexander and Ivy, they found them and swam over to rescue them. However, when they got closer, they realized these two didn't need saving but rather some space.
One guard waved at others, who quickly retreated to the boat at top speed.
"What happened? Didn't you find them?" Leo asked anxiously, wondering if anything terrible had happened to his Alexander or Ivy.
The guards were too embarrassed to answer, so they hung their heads.
