As soon as this was said, Hannah and Fiona couldn't hold back their frustration.

Fiona suddenly exclaimed in pain and said to Amelia, "I suddenly have a headache. Can you treat me first? After all, I'm older and can't hold on for too long!"
Amelia slightly curled her lips. She had long seen that this old lady wasn't Annabel but Fiona, Annabel's twin sister.

Hailey and Fiona finally understood why Hannah had forced them to swear loyalty and not fight over Ivy's Magic Pearl and her child before their escape.
Back in prison, Hannah had made a promise that if Fiona and Hailey obeyed her and helped her retrieve the Ashford family estate and all its wealth after Hannah obtained the Magic Pearl and the child, she would aid Fiona and Hailey. At that time, Fiona and Hailey were solely focused on escaping and readily agreed to Hannah's request. But now that they had escaped, they saw no need to uphold their promise.
Fiona turned to the imposter Ivy, Hannah, and said, "Ivy, since you have the Magic Pearl inside you, why don't you use it to heal her throat and have the child cure my headache!" She then reached out her hand to Amelia and urged her, "Come on, quickly help me with my headache. It's killing me!"
Before Amelia could respond, Hannah lost control and angrily exclaimed, "Fiona! What are you trying to do? I've already paid a high price to get you and your daughter out of the prison! Don't forget that you swore not to compete with me for the Magic Pearl and the child!"
Fiona blinked desperately and said, "Ivy, what are you saying? You're scaring the child!"

"I just knew it!" Amelia flashed a pleased expression, basking in the compliments.
Hannah wanted to get Amelia's Magic Pearl right away. She clenched her waist in pain and said, "Oh, Mommy's back suddenly twisted. Please, spit out the Magic Pearl and let Mommy use it to heal..."
"Will you cure us?"
"Of course!" Amelia readily agreed.
