Chapter 58 Give Blake Some Space
The thought of being surrounded by so many unmarried men, all with such strong bodies, made Ivy deeply regret her decision to stay on this ship. She felt foolish for agreeing to it in the first place.
"Blake, what's going on between you two? Did you have a fight?" His brothers were all very concerned.
Blake let out a deep sigh. "Luna wants to leave us."
"Why?" His brothers didn't understand.
"Luna, why do you want to leave? Do we treat you badly?" One of them asked.
"We're rough men and sometimes we don't think things through. If there's anything we've done wrong, just tell us and we'll fix it." Another added. "Yes, if there's anything that makes you unhappy, just say it!"
Ivy said nothing and hugged herself tightly. She had only been on this ship for one night; how could she feel any deep connection with these men?
The nicer they were to her, the more panicked she became.
Blake sighed again and said helplessly: "Luna...she already has someone she loves and wants to be with him immediately."
"Ah..."
All the guys were extremely disappointed.
They had thought Ivy would become their sea wife but now they realized that Ivy already had someone she liked. No wonder Blake was upset!
Old Five said: "Even if you want to go back now Luna, shouldn't we wait until the rain stops? We won't sail in such heavy rain because it's not safe."
Old Nine added: "When the rain stops, we can send you back home."
"Don't make promises recklessly!" Old Two scolded him before turning towards Blake. "You're our leader; decide what should be done next - whatever your decision is will be ours too."
Although Blake wanted Ivy to stay with them he knew that Ivy didn't want to. What could he do?
He stared at Ivy with a heartbroken expression, unable to muster any enthusiasm.
"Luna..."
"Don't come near me!" Ivy screamed in panic.
"I'm not going to hurt you," Blake said from afar. "I just want to talk to you. Don't worry, I won't bully you."
Ivy hugged herself tightly and her voice trembled nervously: "I told you already - I have someone I love. If you guys insist on being unfriendly towards me...I will never forgive you..."
