Chapter 201 Come Back Soon
Anthony had arrived, and Ivy must not neglect him.
Ivy quickly moved a chair for Anthony and respectfully said, "Please have a seat. Thank you for your concern. Richard and Samantha weren't frightened, were they?"
"They fainted, but it's okay. We managed to revive them!"
Anthony patted his growling stomach and asked, "Is there a restaurant around here? Actually, we arrived a long time ago, but we were stuck in traffic all the way until now."
"Yes, there is. It's right next door."
After Ivy finished speaking, she faced Blake and the others and said, "I'm sure none of you have eaten, right? Let's go to the restaurant together. Today, my treat!"
"Sounds good!"
Blake led his eight brothers and immediately headed to the restaurant next door.
Anthony and the security guards also went along.
A few curious guests also wanted to join, but Ivy didn't invite them, and they were embarrassed if they were not invited.
It was not that they wanted to spend some time on this meal but that everyone wanted to get close to Ivy.
Who wouldn't want to make friends with such a beautiful woman who was so courageous and capable of curing diseases and saving lives?
Moreover, she had become an internet sensation now.
"If you haven't eaten, come along. You won't get another chance like this. I rarely treat others." Ivy smiled and invited the guests.
Seizing the opportunity, those who were invited swiftly rushed into the restaurant next door.
Due to the large number of people, four tables were occupied.
Blake, Ben, Michael, and a few other guests sat at one table while the other eight brothers sat at a separate table.
Anthony and the security guards sat at a table, and six girls, along with Maria and Ivy, sat at another table.
The restaurant owner was about to close but suddenly got thrilled when four tables of customers arrived. He personally went to the kitchen and cooked a special dish as a complimentary treat.
After enjoying a satisfying meal, everyone went their separate ways.
Blake and the others were the last to leave, and when bidding farewell, they hesitated to part with Ivy.
"Luna, if things don't go well on land, come with us on the ship. We will take good care of you and your child, and we won't let you suffer any hardships."
Oliver also chimed in. "Yeah, Luna, come with us on the ship. It's not safe here."
The others also persuaded Ivy to join them and live on the ship.
Go on the ship?
They expected her and her six daughters to live with nine bachelors. That was impossible.
Although she knew that Blake and the others didn't mean any harm with their words, it was simply not feasible in reality.
"The children have to go to school. We can't live elsewhere." Ivy awkwardly and politely smiled.
"You're right. We don't have a school on the ship," Blake said with a hint of disappointment.
"I wonder when we'll get to see Ivy again."
As the nine individuals were about to leave, Ivy remembered that her shell was still on the ship. She requested Blake to bring it for her whenever he had the chance.
Blake happily agreed, indicating that he and Ivy would meet soon.
Just as the nine brothers crossed the street, there was a loud crack in the sky.
Immediately after, pea-sized raindrops started pouring down heavily.
Blake and the others didn't bring raincoats, so they look at each other, considering going back to the hotel, but they feel awkward about it since they just said their goodbyes. They reluctantly brave the rain without protection.
"Blake, come back quickly. It's raining!"
Upon hearing Ivy's shout, Blake and the nine of them immediately return to the hotel.
"Look at you all. You're all wet." Ivy felt a bit sorry for them.
"Don't leave tonight. Stay at the hotel. After all, there are plenty of vacant rooms, and your clothes are wet. Go take a shower quickly!"
Blake and his eight brothers answered in unison, happily rushing into their rooms at the inn.
