This what, maybe all of two feet ball of fury standing in front of Tyler and Michelle staring daggers at Artemis. The funny thing is this little rabid pup was all lovey with Artemis just this morning and last night. Artemis looked between me and the little pup. Skylar rushed up “Jaz what did I tell you? You have to leave your aunt and uncle alone until after the ceremonies.” “But mama sh-” “enough young lady what did your mother say?” stomping her little foot. Michael having dived behind Artemis peeks out from behind her. Matt picks up Jaz who is not having it. Her little body flopped around like a fish out of water. “Matt put her down she wasn’t hurting anything,” Michelle says looking at Michael who keeps just starting at Jaz. Kneeling Michelle holds her hand out to Michael “hey come here little man let's introduce you to Jaz she lives on the beta sweet so you two will see a lot of each other.” she coos at him. He looks to me then Artemis then Jaz. Jaz stands there with her hands on her hips glaring at her father who had a firm hand on her shoulder keeping her in place.
Going back over to Michelle stealing glances at Artemis as he does. Pulling Artemis close to me kissing her temple. She links “he's so scared. I know what Michelle told me its just my heart breaks for him so much what can I do to help him?” shrugging as that is the question we have been asking ourselves. Watched him shyly talk to Jaz who is very animated while talking to him. When she grabs his hand we all held our breath. His whole body stiffens but she doesn't let go what she does shocks us all she pulls him to her wrapping her arms around him and just hugged him until he hugged her back. We all let out the breath we had been holding. “when you get made part of the pack and move in whiff us we will play all the time and be best friends okay?” I don’t know if it was out of fear of being bullied by her or how he felt but he did nod his head a little. “come on Jaz lets let them all go so they can start your brothers are hungry.” with a nod she leans in kisses his cheek and walks with sky and Matt back to the table with the triplets and twins poor sky five boys a three are nine and two are seven having their only single birth being the only girl Jaz smack in the middle of the boys.
Once Clint got there we took our spots on stage and called the pack to attention. “good evening black rose pack” the room breaks out in good evenings alpha. We will have counselors and any other help you may need to get through this time.” looking out at the sea of wolves some with sad looks from my words others with pained looks not one of those looks seem to be directed at me.
“After the spells over our friends in the packs were broken we have had several emails and calls wanting a new alliance and apology for what they did under the spells. I promise we won't be signing any alliances anytime soon. This pack needs time to heal from the last few years. So we will be closing our borders and setting up new training routines. Let's get back to being one again and help heal our hurt and broken family and friends. To do that we need our pack whole. Shall we start by adding Artemis winter to the pack along with Michelle and Michael hall to the pack.” the room breaks out in cheers and claps. Michelle, Michael, and Artemis come to stand next to me.

To help build and grow the pack?” “I Artemis winter do promise to hold the pack above and before myself.” smiling I slice my palm and she slices hers. Placed our palms together letting the blood mix. I feel her connection to the pack take. With a smile, she steps to the side. Looking at Michelle and Michael I have an idea. “do you Michelle and Michael promise to think of the pack first? To hold the pack above your ego. To help build and grow the pack?” Michelle repeats every word with a smile. Looking down at Michael he glances around. Kneeling to his level I whisper “you just have to say it loud enough for me to hear okay.” a slow nod he whispers out the words. Holding my hand out to him he holds his hand out waiting for the slice. But I let a claw slip out and prick his finger drawing just a drop of blood as it bleeds I slice my palm and wrap it around his finger letting the bond form. “okay little man if you want to go you can make sure you take some cake when you and Clint head to your new room okay.” a small smile tugs at his mouth as he nods looking back at Clint who already had to go boxes in his arms. Michael looks over at Artemis again before looking back at me. Nodding he turns and rushes over to Clint. Nodding to him as he slips out with the young wolf. Making a not to spend a while with him picking out toys and stuff for him to order. This young wolf has a special place in my heart. Standing I re-slice my palm as I slice Michelle's feeling for added to the pack. A sense of wholeness falls over us. Looking over at my family I see Hunter sitting next to Will the look of vacancy gone from his face. I hope the spell that was on him is finally gone.
“Now that is done how about we welcome our new Luna Artemis, our beta female Michelle, and gamma female our own Reena?” I ask motioning for them to join me as the crowd cheers.
