After the bonding, we get down to our meal. letting the pack know that I will be meeting the heads in one of the offices down here and we will have a plan soon. I am done waiting I want to take this to them. So I have john also get in contact with the closest covens and see if anyone was willing to come work with us. Having the trackers looking into finding a trail to follow from the last attack and the tech teams working on trying to find a link to finding them on the internet there is not much more I can do right now. Once we have a plan in motion the only thing that we can do is wait, I hate waiting. Looking over I see Kim shes been smiling but quiet. Dismissing everyone I ask Kim to stay behind.
“Hey Kim I know it's sudden and all, but can you help Allie settle into the role of Luna?”
“yes. Oh, my goddess yes. I am so happy for you. this also means I can go be with my mate right?” she asks me. Shock is all I feel. When did she meet her mate? Why didn’t she tell me?
“Kim when did you meet your mate and why didn’t you say anything?” guilt made its way into my whole being. Looking at her she looks down like her shoes are so much more ingesting. Clearing my throat wanting an answer but willing to wait. “I met him last year at the last meeting of the packs.” racking my brain who at the meeting did she spend a lot of time with and I can't put my finger on it. “well he will be alpha in a few years. He's just in his third year at the academy. So we decided to wait until he finished the academy and is back at red rock pack.” she tells me I am happy she found her mate I wish she would have told me sooner but never the less I will help her make the journey to the red rock pack. Smiling at her “can you stay a month to help Allie settle in a little then I will pay for your move there.” her smile is bright as she nods. Looking over at Allie “how about we start tomorrow I will get Williams's mother's book for you. Let's say nine am sound good to you?” trying not to laugh at her sudden urge to be out of the room as fast as she can. Allie nods and that's all it takes for Kim to disappear. “she seems to be in a hurry.” Allie giggles
Once we are alone Allie walks to the window. Well, I say window but it's just a close circuit TV from out of the window of my bedroom. The scene cycles through many cameras throughout the property, I just prefer the view from my bedroom. I can see our whole town the old cobblestone roads that lead through the town to the old stone and log homes littered throughout. The low profile of the footbridges over the small creek runs throughout the town. The creek not only provides energy for the town but a clean water supply. A lot of the greywater from the houses and small shops inside out small town flows down through filters to a pond that is used to water crops. The clean water at the end then runs down to the lake keeping it full and supporting the fish that breed in there. Over the years since the pack was founded, we have thrived to support ourselves as much as possible.
The black rose corporation was soon established. We have our hands in many different fields making our pack in need of nothing. Out members often take jobs at one of our many companies. Others start their own. Those that want to start their own business but need help have always been able to come to us for help. We get five percent of the business and that money goes into the pack accounts, not the alphas account. I do get paid for being the CEO of black rose corp. But like my father and his father before we make sure the pack account is getting much much bigger cute of the money than we are. You never know when a storm will take out someone's roof. Or a pup gets accepted to a really good school and needs help with tuition. Out pack is loyal and that is why we make sure everyone has everything they need and can reach the things they want.
“WILLIAM” allies voice breaks through my thoughts. Blinking looking down at her. “huh?” I ask I have a feeling she asked me something and is waiting for an answer. She smiles at me and I swear that smile could light up the darkest of rooms. “I asked when you wanted to mark me?” growling I spin to her. She steps back and I step forward slowly. We do this dance until she is up against the wall. “what did you say little one?” I am barely able to control myself and she's pushing all my buttons. She smirks places her hand opens palmed against my chest. Looking me in the eyes I can stop the purr that leaves my throat. “when did you want to mark my alpha?” her tone teasing making my pants too tight. Leaning down pressing my nose to her neck. Taking in a big whiff of her my cock throbbing in my pants. Running my nose up her neck to her ear. “ill mark you when you beg me to.” I tell her kissing just behind her ear. If I don’t leave now I will be making a liar of myself. Pushing off the wall I spin around heading for the door. Stopping just short of the door I look over my shoulder “remember dinner tonight.” with that I leave and head back to my room as fast as I can. I need to get away from the scent of her arousal heavy in the air. I needed a way from her scent.
