The rest of the day was a horrible game of keeping Vlad and raven apart. They finished breakfast with a fistfight in the middle of the kitchen. The whole pack is walking on eggshells around them both.
Apart they are their normal selves but anywhere near each other and they turn into horrible angry people. I tried to get in touch with prince Enzo and gamma jasmine only to be blocked. Something is up with them but then again it is our eighteenth birthday. Being that raven is the princess of the shadow demons and the first hybrid shadow demon/ wolf they might be planning something special.
Getting a moment to myself I head to the demon realm to see any of the seers. I tried to get Nyx and Ambrose to be told they are too busy with overseer things and to handle my problems myself. I feel like I stepped into the twilight zone.
Getting to my aunt Braylynn's place her two mates are out back in the garden communing with the plants and stuff. “Hades my dear what do I owe the pleasure?” “I came to see Holder is she around?” “of course my dear. She came in last night your party is tonight.” Smiling as I hug her. “upstairs or out back?” “out back lovey. Would you have one of my dust bunnies in here and help me get ready please.” Nodding as I head out back.
“Awe young lord Hades.” Tre and Tov bow. “grouchy pants wants one of you to help her get ready. Is Holder back there.” “ I’ll go help it’s my true Tre help the young lord find out grand imp won’t you.” “fine but you owe me.” Tov huffed turning around and storming down the path. Following trying not to snicker at him. “what's so funny?” “you two after all these years you still fighting over her” “it's worse lately as I’m sure you’ve noticed. Also, bray is getting older. Being she was not a fated mate but a chosen one for us she’s aging like a wolf still. The overseer is looking for a way for us all to have a few more years.” “is aunt Braylynn sick?” “oh goodness no. Why would you ask?” “well even as a wolf she still ages slower than humans. Yes faster than demons but she’s still young. I mean she could still have pups, what for another twenty years.” “we have had our imps holders father almost ended her as you know. But I know it’s just her life is but a spec compared to ours and I can’t think of a worse thing than to be without her.” “how about you all put it out of your minds for now? If overseer Zyaire said he’s looking for an option you know he is. Live in the now you don’t want to regret a minute if things don’t work out.” “for an imp you got a good head on your shoulders.”

I’m trying to work the dark off.” “I’m sure the young lord won’t mind you continuing your cleansing.” “okay and please don’t tell father I’m here.” He nods and leaves. “well you got pretty.” She winks “wish I could say the same butter.” She breaks out in giggles. “I need to come to spend time with you more. I have missed you. What’s up?” “I know you're trying to wash off a bad vision and all but I need you to look at something for me. You know raven and I turn eighteen today and we could possibly find out mates. Well, yesterday everything was normal for Vlad and raven right but now they are at each other’s throats. Like actually they tried to rip each other’s throats out. I need to know what happened.”
Jumping out of the cleansing pool. Thank goodness she’s covered. There is just something about Holder that demands respect and seeing her naked is not respectful. “no you are lying. I saw it the moment I held the princess. Show me.” She grabs my hand shocking me. Seers are natural beings their souls can’t be judged. So I can’t feel hers so it’s blackness when she touched me. I feel what I imagine are fingers flipping through files but in my head.
“NOOOO. WHAT HAPPENED? WHO DID THIS? I..I.. I have to go.” And she’s gone. Leaving me to fall face-first on the ground. Groaning I roll over to look up at the canopy of moon blossoms in full bloom.
Catching my breath I get up and jump the lines looking for Ambrose, Nyx, or Zyaire. Storming back home to find raven and Vlad being pinned down. Both are covered in blood. A pile of red jello is in the middle of the floor. “explain someone now!” “that fucker tried to poison me that’s what happened.” Raven seethes out. “horse shit you stupid cunt. I did no such things. How did I poison you bitch I have been out with the cattle all fucking day.” She points to the jello “you put something in my blood bag.” “When would I have been able to do that stupid? Don’t you gotta get them from the kitchen? Someone would have seen me messing with your shit. Did anyone say anything? No, then you did it yourself to frame me. I’m gonna rip your throat out. Take this damn off.” Vlad is snarling and growling.
“Dan take raven to the clinic and have her looked at. Ben gather some of that and follow up with them. Tell them I want it tested for anything and everything. Vlad go get cleaned up and meet me in the office.” They all nod. Jumping in search of my mother.
Find my parents at the black site. “mom I need hell I don’t know what I need but everything is so messed up and I don’t know what to do.” Pacing back and forth their desk.
