Once Allie and Philip are fine I step out of the room to give john a call to find out what is going on there. “dude where the fuck are you?” john answered the phone. “I’m home Allie went into labor early. She was poisoned.” growling out the words. I hear john sucking in a breath. “I am having wade and the warriors pack up everything in this cabin of horrors. I want to burn it down before we leave. They had Hannah chained to a blood-stained bed man. I know she's a bitch but…” “I know. I know and once you strip the whole cabin of all things that could help us bring it to ash. I want you to film it starting with that room I want to show Allie it's gone.” “Allie?” I know John doesn't know about that room as I do and it's not my story to tell. I don’t answer just let the question die. He seems to get it.
“will we have a problem here though? One of the guards we left at the hill pack reported a flashing bright green light and then waking on the floor and the cells empty.” “what?” closing my eyes and looking up to the sky silently asking the goddess to give me a hand or a clue. But nothing. “Have them search the packhouse and any other buildings on the land. Pack it all up to be brought back. Since they were still in our custody it's our problem.” half and order half thinking out loud. Stopped my thought thinking about the mate in the cells. “nope there was a bright ass light that tried to burn my eyes out but it was like white or rainbow.”
“ya I saw that too and when I could open my eyes again I was just outside Allie's hospital room. Anything else what about the rogues at the cabin? Any alive and in custody?”
“see the thing is I just walked outside the cabin and not one rogue is here. Scent gone. Dead ones are gone. The warriors are all unconscious on the ground.”
“what?”
“man I don’t know what is going on. My head is starting to hurt.” john sighs out. I can't blame him I am at a loss of words myself. I feel the pressure of a link. “umm alpha I don’t know-how. Well, no one knows but well fuck sir I am so sorry….” “let me guess she's gone and the rest of the rogues on the floor are unconscious?” I ask a sense of defeat filling me. “yes sir. I am having all the video feeds pulled from the last check until now I will have them on your desk shortly.” he rushes out. “take your time. Take a breath I know you didn’t do this. But will you send Stephanie a memo about this and that I will be having Ambrose come down and look at things.” with his yes alpha I cut the link. “well looks like the mate disappeared as well. What the hell happened man?” neither of us had an answer. Settling final plans for them to demolish the lands and pack up the offices. They will return to the pack.
A blonde mountain flies past me. “Kyle” “will” as he keeps going. Stopping dead almost falling on his face. “will?” “yes. Now what have you rushing?” raising a brow at him “what? Huh? How are you here?” turning his head back towards the room Allie is in then back at me. “the Luna she in trouble the doctor said she called you. How are you here? Are you here?” he reaches his hand out extending his forefinger. Just before he can poke me I smack his hand away. “yes I am here idiot. Allie is fine. Tell me what's going on here.” his shoulders drop “I was going to call you as soon as I got an update on the Luna. There were rogues all around our border non-attacking just watching us. I was at the southern border when the doctor linked me about the Luna. I left Malik in command and came here. They are to link if they move.” “link him” I have a feeling she is going to be unconscious like many other wolves.
“I can't link him,” Kyle says in confusion. “I figured as much. Something odd is going on.”
“ how is the Luna?”
“Allie and my son are doing good.” son I have a son. I can't keep the smile off my face. “will you have amber bring Allie something to change into?” he nods and takes off back towards the house. Turning back towards allies room smiling I can't contain how happy I am right now. I can feel how tired Allie is. Walking back into the room I see Allie getting back in a now clean bed. Wearing one of those horrible hospital gowns. I cant see Philip anywhere panic starts to rise in me when Allie says “they took him for some tests he will be right back.” relief floods me as I make my way to Allie. “I asked Kyle to ask amber to bring you clean clothes. Is there anything else you need?” “coffee I would like a big, big cup of coffee. You got me hooked then knocked me up and I couldn’t have it anymore now I can so fill me up.” I think I created a monster here. Laughing at her before I can do anything there is a knock on the door. In comes one of the kitchen staff with not only a big cup of coffee but a basket full of goodies. “Luna we wanted to bring you something we heard about what happened..” pain and sadness on her face. In the short time that Allie has been here, she has grown on everyone.
